A transmission (3) including a hydraulic unit (advancing clutch (321), backing clutch (322), constant velocity clutch (341), acceleration clutch (342), and PTO clutch (351)) which operates with a working fluid; and a housing (transmission housing (7)) which accommodates or supports the hydraulic unit 321, 322, 341, 342, 351). The housing (7) structures a passage for guiding a working fluid to the hydraulic unit (321, 322, 341, 342, 351). In the housing (7), an oil chamber (73G) is formed on an attachment seating surface (73P) of the hydraulic pump (84), and the oil chamber (73G) is plugged by the hydraulic pump (84).

Hydrostatic assembly

A hydrostatic assembly employing a 1.sup.st hydraulic piston drive unit is described in which the output is increased without using additional servo assemblies by incorporating a 2.sup.nd hydraulic piston drive unit, coupling the drive shafts of both drive units together, and employing a common means to simultaneously adjust displacement of both the 1.sup.st and 2.sup.nd hydraulic piston drive units. In such embodiments, coupling the drive shafts together such that the 1.sup.st hydraulic piston drive unit is rotationally offset with respect to the 2.sup.nd hydraulic piston drive allows for a reduction in the amplitude of pressure pulsations associated with the hydrostatic assembly output, thereby smoothing out operation and improving durability.

HYDROSTATIC AND DIRECT DRIVE TRANSMISSION

A hydrostatic driveline has a power source and a hydrostatic pump in driving engagement with the power source; a primary driveline shaft in driving engagement with the power source. The driveline also has a first transmission portion and a second transmission portion in driving engagement with the first transmission portion. A hydrostatic motor is in fluid communication with the hydrostatic pump and is in driving engagement with the first transmission portion. A vehicle output is in driving engagement with the second transmission portion. The primary driveline shaft is also in driving engagement with the second transmission portion. The hydrostatic driveline may be operated in a hydrostatic mode or in a direct drive mode using the primary driveline shaft and the second transmission portion.

Working vehicle

A working vehicle includes a first hydraulic pump (e.g., a variable displacement pump) with a delivery flow rate controlled by load sensing control, a second hydraulic pump (e.g., a fixed displacement pump), at least one working-machine-related control valve to control at least one working-machine-related hydraulic actuator, a power shift valve to control at least one traveling-power-transmission-related hydraulic actuator, and a power steering controller to control a steering-related hydraulic actuator. The at least one working-machine-related control valve is provided in a first hydraulic system supplied with hydraulic fluid by the first hydraulic pump, and at least one of the power shift valve or the power steering controller is provided in a second hydraulic system supplied with hydraulic fluid by the second hydraulic pump.
