GEAR ACTUATOR FOR DUAL CLUTCH TRANSMISSION
Disclosed herein is gear actuator for dual clutch transmission, including: a driving motor having a driving shaft formed with gear part, a pair of first and second gears gear-coupled to the gear part, first and second guide cams respectively connected to the first and second gears to rotate, a first power transfer unit transferring or cutting off the power from the driving motor to the first guide cam according to rotating direction of the first gear, a second power transfer unit transferring or cutting off the power from the driving motor to the second guide cam according to rotating direction of the second gear, a first finger shaft linearly moved by rotation of the first guide cam and performing a selection operation of an odd-numbered stage, and a second finger shaft linearly moved by rotation of the second guide cam and performing a selection operation of an even-numbered stage.
METHOD OF SETTING REFERENCE POSITION OF ACTUATOR IN AUTOMATED MANUAL TRANSMISSION
A method of setting a reference position of an actuator in an automated manual transmission includes: performing Hall signal comparison by comparing, by a controller, a signal value of Hall sensors with a reference signal value; performing first movement by moving, by the controller, a finger of the actuator to a first end in a shifting direction by a preset distance if the signal values are identical; performing a first selection checking by checking whether selecting operation is enabled; performing a second movement by moving the finger to a second end in the shifting direction by a distance that is twice the preset distance if selecting operation is not enabled; performing a second selection checking by checking whether selecting operation is enabled; and performing a third movement by moving the finger to the first end in the shifting direction by the preset distance if selecting operation is not enabled.
Shift arrangement for a motor vehicle transmission and method for actuating said shift arrangement
A shift arrangement for a motor vehicle transmission has a housing. At least two push rods are mounted on the housing so as to be movable in an axial direction between a neutral position and a shift position. The push rods can each be coupled to a shift clutch. At least two return rods are mounted on the housing. The return rods are each coupled to one of the push rods so that a push rod and the return rod associated therewith are moved in opposite axial directions. A shift cam of a shift member can be aligned with a push rod or with a return rod for the purpose of selecting, and can transmit a pushing force to a selected rod. A driving feature is arranged on the shift member and can transmit a pushing force in order to move an unselected rod into the neutral position.
