TRANSMISSION
A transmission in which multiple shift forks are moved by a shared lead groove of a shift drum has an improved degree of freedom of design of an internal combustion engine as well as an improved degree of freedom of layout of shift forks. The transmission includes multiple shift forks having engaging protrusions that engage with a shared lead groove. At least one shift fork among the multiple shift forks has an opening angle α around a drum rotation center line of a shift drum between a boss center line as a cylindrical center line of a cylindrical boss that is axially supported by a fork shaft of the shift fork, and a fork action part of the engaging protrusion on which the shared lead groove acts in accordance with rotation of the shift drum.

The start condition includes: a condition that a detection value of a gear position sensor that detects a current gear position of the gear transmission falls within a transition region between engagement regions corresponding to respective gear positions; and a condition that a speed difference obtained by subtracting a rotational speed of an output shaft of the gear transmission from a rotational speed of an input shaft of the gear transmission is a threshold or more.

A transmission apparatus which reverses transport gears, including a third transmission shaft provided with a plurality of third transmission members each of which is configurable between a non-selected condition and a selected condition. Furthermore, the apparatus comprises a second transmission shaft provided with a plurality of second transmission members axially arranged at a respective third transmission member and engaged with the latter to establish a predetermined transmission ratio. An activation device is operationally associated with said third transmission members to configure at most only one in the selected condition to select the relative transmission ratio. Finally, the apparatus comprises a gear reversal member interposed between a third and a second transmission member both used for gear reversal so that said third transmission shaft rotates inversely with respect to the other transmission ratios.

The planet carrier of the first planetary gear (5) can be coupled to the ring gear of the second planetary gear (6) by means of the second shifting element (SE2) and the planet carrier of the first planetary gear (5) can be coupled to the sun gear of the second planetary gear (6) by means of the third shifting element (SE3). The sun gear of the first planetary gear (5) can be coupled to the sun gear of the second planetary gear (6) by means of the fourth shifting element (SE4).
