System and method for adjusting input polling rate in gaming input devices
A gaming input device implements a method of adjusting input polling rate in various usage scenarios to optimize performance in light of scenario-specific considerations. The device detects a usage scenario and maps it to an optimized input polling rate, then requests the optimized input polling rate from associated firmware and hardware so an adjustment can be accomplished. The automated adjustment to polling rate accounts for problems associated with various usage scenarios, such as latency and power consumption, and allows for optimization specific to each scenario.
METHODS, SYSTEMS, AND DEVICES OF SOCIAL NETWORKING WITH PORTIONS OF RECORDED GAME CONTENT
Embodiments include a system and method that facilitate detecting a request from a player to share a trigger clip of a video game, preparing the trigger clip for sharing and sharing the trigger clip in a message to a third party or to a social media destination. Additional embodiments include storing one or more trigger clips in a library where the trigger clips are available for searching and review by players and others. Advantages include making the trigger clips available for subsequent review, training, coaching and other purposes.

A joystick includes a switching module, an alignment module and a button group. The switching module is used to receive a switching instruction from a user. The alignment module is coupled to the switching module, and an alignment sub-module within the alignment module is activated according to the switching instruction. The button group is coupled to the alignment module. The button group is adjusted to a specific state according to the activated alignment sub-module. In this way, the joystick can realize one-to-many application scenarios to meet various user needs.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SYNTHESIZING SENSOR READINGS
A system, method and computer program product for synthesizing sensor data in a wearable device. Sensor readings are obtained from a plurality of sensors, the plurality of sensors arranged in a first predetermined pattern, where the first predetermined pattern maps each of the plurality of sensors to respective locations on the wearable device. Based on the plurality of sensor readings and a plurality of estimation weights, a plurality of synthesized sensor readings are estimated for a corresponding plurality of synthesized sensors. The plurality of synthesized sensors are arranged in a second predetermined pattern, wherein the second predetermined pattern maps each of the plurality of synthesized sensors to respective locations on the wearable device. The plurality of sensor readings and the plurality of synthesized sensor readings can be output to provide a comprehensive set of sensor readings. The estimation weights can be optimized in a preprocessing phase.

The proposed hardware configuration is generated based on the first hardware configuration and the second hardware configuration and caused to be displayed on a device of the first user.

The method includes applying the correction value to the controller input to increase an accuracy of the controller input when performing the action. In this way, when correction values are applied to the controller input from the mobile device of a user playing a game, the accuracy of the control input is increased so that the user can achieve the intended action in the game.

A game controller includes an assembled shell and at least one control member which passes through the assembled shell and includes, outside the assembled shell, a head for manipulating the control member. The head is pivotable in all directions from a rest position into which it returns in a rotationally elastic manner. The game controller further includes at least one adjusting element for adjusting the stop angle (α) of the control member and is able to be removably mounted on the control member and removed from the control member without disassembling the shell of the game controller. The control member is provided with the removable adjusting element tiltable in each tilt direction until it reaches a stop position in which the adjusting element abuts and allows the tilting of the control member to be blocked.
