SANITARY OUTLET DEVICE
A sanitary outlet device (1, 2) including a housing (3) which has a fitting receptacle (6) with a thread (7) at an inflow end of a flow path (11). A mating thread (8) of a fitting outlet (12) can be screwed together with the thread (7). An outflow-side end of the thread (7) is equipped with a seal (9) by which the flow path (11) of the water flowing through a flow channel of the sanitary outlet device (1, 2) can be sealed outwards at a transition between a screwed-in fixture outlet (12) and the housing (3). The seal (9) forms an inner surface (10), which can be wetted by water flowing in the flow path (11) and which is free of rubber, at the transition.
Fitting securement ring for threaded connector
A plumbing connector and method of connection including: a fitting having external threads on at least the first end; a tube having a first end inserted into the first end of the fitting; and an annular gasket, a compression ring, a lock ring, and a nut coaxial with and surrounding the outer diameter of the tube. The nut has internal threads adapted to engage the external threads of the fitting and is adapted to contain the gasket, the compression ring, and the lock ring upon threading of the nut onto the fitting. Upon threading and tightening of the nut onto the fitting, the gasket is compressed, an inner edge of the lock ring bitingly engages the outer diameter of the tube, and the gasket forms a seal with at least the first end of the fitting, the outer diameter of the tube, and an outer edge of the lock ring.
HYDRAULIC CONNECTOR FOR A HYDRAULIC SYSTEM OF A BICYCLE AND PROCESS FOR CONNECTING TOGETHER PIECES OF TUBE OF A HYDRAULIC SYSTEM OF A BICYCLE
A hydraulic connector for removably joining together a first and a second piece of a tube of a hydraulic system of a bicycle includes a tubular sleeve extending along a middle axis, a first area of the tubular sleeve to be fixed to the first piece of tube, and a second area of the tubular sleeve to be fixed to the second piece of tube. The hydraulic connector also includes a first tubular segment and a second tubular segment. Both of the tubular segments extend along the middle axis and have an internal diameter adapted for receiving the pieces of tube to be joined. The hydraulic connector also includes a first hollow screw, in screwing engagement with the first area of the tubular sleeve, and the first tubular segment is formed in the first hollow screw. The tubular sleeve and the first hollow screw, in every section thereof along the middle axis, have an internal diameter equal to or greater than the internal diameter of the tubular segments.
FLUID CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY AND METHOD OF ESTABLISHING A FLUID CONNECTION
Fluid connector assembly and methods are usable to establish a sealed fluid connection. The connector assembly comprises a female union connector having an axial bore extending therethrough, internal threads, and an internal shoulder. The connector assembly also comprises two male connectors, each male connector having an axial bore extending therethrough and external threads. The connector assembly further comprises two ring-shaped seals adapted to form a fluid seal between the female union and the male connectors. The first seal contacts the first side of the internal shoulder and a front end of the first male connector to form a fluid seal therebetween. The second seal contacts the second side of the internal shoulder and a front end of the second male connector to form a second fluid seal therebetween.

Hydraulic fitting insert
A hydraulic system includes a housing having a housing bore defined by a bore inner surface, wherein the bore inner surface has an internal thread formed thereon and an insert having a flange formed adjacent a first end, a sealing feature formed adjacent a second end opposite the first end, and a cylindrical outer surface extending between the first end and the second end, the cylindrical outer surface having an external buttress thread configured to mesh with the internal thread of the housing bore. The sealing feature and the flange are configured to interface with the housing to provide a fluid seal.
Joining device for conduits and associated joining process
First and second conduits are joined in a manner to control electrical resistance of a conduit circuit. A cylindrical section of an adapter is placed onto an end of the first conduit. A part of the cylindrical section is crimped onto the first conduit while a spacing block made of a polymer material having a previously chosen conductivity is positioned around the end of the first conduit and clipped onto the cylindrical section. The crimping locks the spacing block to the adapter and deforms an assembly comprising the clipping pieces of the spacing block and the adapter, so as to immobilize the clipping pieces relative to each other in a direction parallel to an axis of the cylindrical section of the adapter, and such that an exterior surface of the first conduit engages interior surfaces of the spacing block and the adapter.
Thread connection for connecting components conducting high pressure medium
A thread connection, in particular for connecting components of an injection device for internal combustion engines which conduct a high pressure medium, includes a first component and a second component. The first component has an inside thread, and the second component has an outside thread configured to be screwed into the inside thread. The second component is configured such that a face of the second component is tensioned against a contact surface of the first component upon tightening the thread connection. The first component has an axial region between the contact surface and a first convolution of the inside thread wherefrom material has been removed up to a diameter that exceeds an outside diameter of the inside thread.
