A closure device with a first and a second closure part, which each include at least one connecting region, is provided. For closing the closure device, the first closure part is attachable to the second closure part along a connection axis and by rotation about the connection axis relative to the second closure part is movable into the closed position, wherein in the closed position the two closure parts are held at each other via their connecting regions. The connecting regions each include at least one sliding surface and at least one blocking surface such that the closure parts are rotatable along their sliding surfaces relative to each other about the connection axis into the closed position, when the two closure parts are pressed towards each other by external forces along the connection axis.

PLUMBING ASSEMBLY WITH A SWIVEL ADAPTER AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

A hose assembly for use with a tankless water heater. The hose assembly includes a flexible hose, a first connector assembly, and a second connector assembly. The first connector assembly is fluidly coupled with the flexible hose and includes a first fitting. The first fitting is rotatably coupled with the first connector assembly such that the first fitting is independently rotatable relative to the flexible hose. The second connector assembly is fluidly coupled with the flexible hose opposite to the first connector assembly.

WATER PIPE

A water pipe includes a pipe body (1), a woven layer (2) sleeved around the pipe body (1), a first joint assembly (3) arranged at one end of the pipe body (1) and secured to the pipe body (1), and a second joint assembly (4) arranged at another end of the pipe body (1) and secured to the pipe body (1); the woven layer (2) includes bamboo charcoal fibers and polypropylene filaments. The woven layer (2) is sleeved around the pipe body (1) and is not connected with the pipe body (1), and the woven layer (2) includes bamboo charcoal fibers and polypropylene filaments. Bamboo charcoal fibers have the functions of resisting bacteria and removing peculiar smell and can effectively prevent the generation of bacteria on the water pipe and the emission of peculiar smell when the water pipe is used in humid outdoor environments.

Flexible joint

A flexible joint including: a socket including a front end portion provided with O-ring grooves, and a male threaded portion extending outward radially, circumferentially, and stepwisely from the front end portion with male threads formed thereon; a nut including an engaging portion engaged with an outer circumferential surface of the front end portion, and a female threaded portion extending stepwisely from the engaging portion and engaged with the male threaded portion; a sprinkler flexible tube communicating with an inner circumference of the socket, and having an enlarged portion inserted between the front end portion of the socket and the engaging portion of the nut, and a leak-proof portion or a double bent portion bent outward from an end of the enlarged portion; and O-rings fitted over the O-ring grooves, whereby the enlarged portion presses the O-rings to come into close contact with each other, thereby preventing leakage.

Joint Assembly

A joint is devised for connection to an internal tube of a longitudinally extensible hose. The joint includes a sleeve and a tubular insert. The sleeve includes an axial channel for receiving the internal tube. The axial channel includes a diameter-wise smaller section and a diameter-wise larger section. The tubular insert is inserted in the internal tube so that the tubular insert and the sleeve clamp the internal tube. The tubular insert includes an axial passageway, an annular bulge and an annular flange. The axial passageway extends coaxially with the axial channel. The annular bulge is formed on a middle section of the tubular insert and adapted for pressing the internal tube against an wall of the diameter-wise larger section of the axial channel. The annular flange is formed at an end of the tubular insert and adapted for contact with an end of the sleeve.

Anti-rotation device for hydraulic connectors

An anti-rotation device for preventing a hydraulic connector assembly from leaking. Various embodiments of the anti-rotation device provide a mechanism whereby threadably engaged connectors, such as compression fittings, are permitted to rotate only a fraction of a turn after loosening. For many applications, the limited degree of loosening is sufficient to prevent the onset of leaking. Structurally, the anti-rotation device can include a band that is secured to a female nut of a hydraulic connector. Protrusions extend laterally from the band and engage with a stop tab on the male body of the hydraulic connector assembly, thereby limiting rotation of the female nut that would otherwise cause leaks.

METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING RESIN PIPE JOINT

A method for manufacturing a resin pipe joint with a joint body includes the following steps. Preparing a mold and a supply device configured to supply molten resin. The mold includes a first mold for an outer shape of the joint body and a second mold for an inner shape of the joint body. Combining the second mold with the first mold to form a cavity, into which the molten resin is injectable, inside the mold. Supplying the molten resin to the cavity in the mold. Solidifying the molten resin in the cavity after stop of the supply of the molten resin from the supply device. The second mold has a gap that connects the cavity to a discharge space outside the cavity and allows gas to flow.

PRESSURE SLEEVE
20190195405 · 2019-06-27 ·

An apparatus comprising a sleeve that comprises a tubular portion, a receiving portion, and a coupling portion. The tubular portion has an outer diameter that is substantially equal to an inner diameter of a flexible hose such that the tubular portion is capable of being inserted within the flexible hose. The receiving portion extends outward from the tubular portion to thereby define a channel between the receiving portion and the tubular portion for receiving an end portion of a flexible hose. The coupling portion is for coupling the sleeve, and thereby, the flexible hose, to a component.

System for a self-recoiling hose
12025252 · 2024-07-02 ·

A self-recoiling hose system provides an expandible-length hose that automatically condenses to a smaller size upon completion of usage. The system includes an inner elastic tube, a protective sheath, a fluid inlet, and a fluid outlet. The inner elastic tube is an inert, flexible, elongated hollow member capable of transporting fluids, especially water, from a source to a desired location. The protective sheath is a hollow elongated member which sleeves and prevents the inner elastic tube from being directly contacted. The fluid inlet allows fluids to enter the inner elastic tube, while the fluid outlet allows fluids to exit the inner elastic tube.
