Apparatus and method for calibrating an aerial movement system
An aerial movement system and method for calibrating same includes, generally, registration points and wireless position transceivers proximate the registration points and the object that communicate with a computer and allow for the computer to determine the appropriate amount of support lines to draw in or release.
ANTENNA POSITIONING MECHANISM
An antenna pointing mechanism for pointing an antenna includes a guide and track assembly. The guide and track assembly has a guide member fixable to a support, such as a flying vehicle, and a track member coupled to the guide member and fixable to the antenna. The track member is movable along the guide member for rotating the antenna relative to the support. The track member has a key that extends about a periphery of the antenna along a path having a portion that is non-linear. The key is received by a slot of the guide member. At each location of the track member relative to the guide member, the track member rotates about a rotational axis that is spaced from a coupling location of the track member with the guide member.
Transmission mode fast-conversion structure for photographic sliding rail
A transmission mode fast-conversion structure for a photographic sliding rail comprises an elongated rail, bracket modules mounted on two ends of the rail, a sliding block module sliding on the rail, a sliding block transmission structure, a flywheel module and an electric module; both the electric module and the flywheel module are provided with a claw disc coupling capable of being engaged with a claw disc type coupling of the sliding block transmission structure and a securing buckle inserted into and buckled with a lock catch structure in the sliding block module. in this way, transmission mode conversion can be achieved by way of plugging and pulling, so that there is no need to loosen screws to demount the original flywheel or electric module before mounting a new electric or flywheel module and to tighten the screws finally.
Positioning device
A product positioning device includes a support, a first guide rail, a second guide rail, a support platform, a latching device, and a driving device. The first guide rail and the second guide rail are positioned on the support. The support platform is configured to receive a product to be positioned. The support platform is movable to an end of the first guide rail. The latching device is movable to a position holding the product to be positioned against the support platform. The driving device is movable to a position nearer the support platform. The driving device is further slidably engaged with the second guide rail. The driving device moves to the driving device position as the support platform moves to the end of the first guide rail, and the latching device moves to the latching device position as the driving device moves to the driving device position.
Saddle Lift for Individuals With Special Needs and Others
A lift system having a block and tackle pulley system movable along a track and carrying first and second hooks at a common attachment axis is provided. The first hook is attached at a front end of the saddle while the second hook is attached to the back end of the saddle. Once the saddle is lowered onto the horse the inward tension of the hooks caused by the weight of the saddle is released allowing the hooks to be removed from the saddle without human intervention. The lift system accommodates a range of saddle sizes and weights.
System for mounting camera equipment
This disclosure describes a modular bridging structure and a system for using that structure. The bridging structure has a channel configured to receive a portion of an elongate rail, the channel being configured to receive the elongate rail substantially perpendicularly to a longitudinal axis of the modular bridging structure, and a rail fastener securing the received rail within the channel. Additionally, the modular bridging structure has a leg receiver configured to receive an elongate leg section such that the leg section is attached through a bottom side of the modular bridging structure. There is a leg fastener that secures the received leg section to the modular bridging structure such that the securing point of the fastener is adjustable along a plurality of points along each leg section.
MODULAR MOTORIZED SLIDER SYSTEM
A modular, motorized camera slider system for use with various camera devices, including mobile phones and small, lightweight portable video cameras. A motorized shuttle, straight and curved connectable track pieces, and removable bipod legs enables users to add controlled linear movements to video and time lapse photography. The motorized shuttle supports a camera and moves along the connected tracks, which in turn are supported by the bipod legs or other support system.
Camera Slider with Flywheel
A camera slider assembly for supporting a camera thereon including a frame with a pair of rails and a carriage body that rolls longitudinally along the rails upon which a camera can be supported. A flywheel is supported on the carriage body for rotation relative to the carriage body about a flywheel axis which is movable with the carriage body in the longitudinal direction relative to the frame. A pulley cable is connected between the flywheel and one of the wheels of the carriage body to rotate the flywheel responsive to rolling of the wheels of the carriage body along the rails. A brake member on the carriage body is pivotal on the carriage body between braking and released positions about the same axis as the flywheel. The flywheel can accordingly be rotatably supported upon the brake member to support the flywheel on the carriage body.
MOUNT FOR REDUNDANT FLAT-SCREEN MONITORS USED IN MEDICAL IMAGING APPLICATIONS
A mount is described herein for supporting first and second flat-screen monitors. The mount includes a mounting member with first and second opposing sides, wherein the first and second sides includes first and second power connectors and first and second video connectors for mating with corresponding first and second power connectors and corresponding first and second video connectors of the first and second flat-screen monitors, respectively. The mount further includes first and second power buses for supplying power to the first and second flat-screen monitors via the first and second power connectors. Additionally, the mount includes a video bus for supplying a video signal to the first and second flat-screen monitors via the first and second video connectors. The mount also includes a supporting member mechanically coupled to or integral with the mounting member for supporting the mount on a fixed structure.
Dolly system
A dolly system is disclosed, which overcomes drawbacks related to unwanted noise and jerks of prior art dolly systems. The dolly system comprises wheel assemblies (130) that have independently rotating lateral support wheels (132, 133) in combination with a center wheel (131) that interact with a continuous resilient element (122) when rolling along a rail track, without encountering any gaps or bumps and without producing squeal noise due to so-called wheel-climbing that may occur in curves along the rail track.
