Shot Planning and Smart Bullets with Active Electronics
New systems, devices and methods for extremely precise aiming and shooting of firearms are provided. In some embodiments, predicted projectile impacts may be selected and adjusted, prior to execution. In some embodiments, a device including specialized computer hardware and software aids a user in planning a shot(s), evaluating the accuracy of the planned shot(s), adjusting the location of the planned shot(s), and executing the planned shots. In some embodiments, smart bullets with on-board electronics, active aerodynamics, and wireless communications capabilities adjust a flight path of the smart bullet in-flight, to match a selected target location and/or flight path. In some embodiments, an active firearm barrel may counteract and/or otherwise adjust for any other relevant ballistic and other accuracy-impacting factors with a position-actuable firing mechanism to maintain a projected flight path of such a point of impact.
Rifles and muzzle loading rifles receiving propellant charges in break open and bolt action configurations, and barrel extensions therefor
A break open rifle and bolt action rifle having a barrel extension with a breech end for receiving a propellant charge, a muzzle end with an extended attachment structure for receiving a complementary attachment structure of a barrel, and a chamber disposed within and through the barrel extension having a first diameter at a first end and a narrowing portion adjacent a second end opposite the first end, the narrowing portion having a second diameter smaller than the first diameter, wherein the first diameter of the chamber is sized to receive the propellant charge therein, and the second diameter of the narrowing portion is sized to prevent the propellant charge from being further inserted past the narrowing portion, and to prevent a projectile from being inserted through the chamber from the barrel muzzle end. A bolt action configuration having dual diameter non-rotating bolt with an extractor and ejector mechanism for removing a propellant charge.
Caseless magazine weapon (variants)
A magazine caseless weapon is disclosed and can be used for shooting using the caseless ammunition. The weapon includes a handguard or handguard with bipods, or gunstock, magazine, barrel, barrel latch, multifunctional cartridge, conical bushing of a receiver, the receiver, safety spring, safety, trigger guard with magazine box, trigger bar, trigger bar spring, magazine latch, axis, firing pin, spring of firing pin latch, firing pin latch, conical bushing of the bolt, bolt body, firing hammer, mainspring, mainspring latch, hunting or skeletal buttstock, threaded bushing for back plate screw, back plate or adjustable back plate, threaded bushing of bipods, cross screw, cross screw nut, upper screw, lower screw, caseless ammunition, dowel screw, dowel screw nut, latch of adjustable back plate, adjustable cheek piece, latch of adjustable cheek piece, stop, stop lock, threaded bushing of stop lock, lower part, upper part and screw of muzzle break, folding adjustable bipod, and bipod latch.
Firearm
A firearm includes a barrel having a breech end and a vent path through the barrel downstream from the breech end. A receiver is engaged with the breach end of the barrel and defines a chamber. A latch is connected to the receiver, and an actuator is downstream from the vent path and operably engaged with the latch. A bolt is at least partially inside the chamber. The bolt has a locked position in which the latch is engaged with the bolt to prevent the bolt from moving away from the breech end of that barrel and a released position in which the latch is not engaged with the bolt.

VALVE SLEEVE FOR CT40 CANNON
A valve sleeve for a CT40-type cannon that functions in association with a detonation assembly to activate a firing pin. The valve sleeve incorporates receiving means to ensure the mechanical support of the cannon's firing pin during firing events, the firing pin being coupled to the valve sleeve and translatable in relation to it, the receiving means being constituted by a cylindrical firing pin sleeve, a firing pin valve and a firing pin assembly inserted in the substantially cylindrical sleeve and the firing pin being inserted both in the valve and in the firing pin assembly, these means being revolving.
COMPACT FIREARM
A compact firearm has a frame including a barrel defining a chamber, the frame being movable between a closed condition in which the firearm is operable to discharge a cartridge in the chamber, and an open condition in which the chamber is open for loading, a latch movable between a latched condition to retain the frame in the closed condition, and an unlatched condition to enable movement of the frame to the open condition, a firing mechanism connected to the frame and operable in response to actuation to discharge the cartridge in the chamber, and a trigger element operably connected to the firing mechanism to selectably actuate the firing mechanism, and operably connected to the latch to move the latch to the unlatched condition. The trigger element may be operable to selectably actuate the firing mechanism in response to movement in a first direction.

HAMMER ASSEMBLY OF THE AUTOMATIC MECHANISM OF A FIREARM
A hammer assembly of the automatic mechanism of a firearm, comprising a breech (4) that is pushed towards the barrel (3) by a return spring (6). On the breech (4) and/or in the breech case (3) a hammer carrier (10) is arranged in a sliding way that is pushed towards the breech by a striking spring (13). The hammer carrier (10) carries a hammer (11). The hammer (11) is arranged on the hammer carrier (10) movably between the front end position and the rear end position wherein between the front and rear end positions of the hammer (11), there is a play (F). The hammer (11) is pushed to the front end position by the hammer spring (12).
Pivot Arm Trigger Assembly
Adjustability of trigger pull force is enable by the use of a spring interfacing with a trigger shoe counterweight. The spring force is adjustable by use of a set screw interfacing with the spring. A pivot arm member acts between a trigger shoe counterweight and a firing pin release arm to fix the ratio of trigger shoe pull force and firing pin release arm force.
