A rotary-vane mechanism can include a rotor and a casing, wherein the rotor includes a drive shaft and one or more vanes. The casing can include a quasi-cylindrical tubular shell or a quasi-spherical shell, and can provide walls that support the drive shaft. The rotor can be mounted within the casing. The drive shaft can extend outward from the casing, wherein the drive shaft touches the inner surface of the casing in one or more contact locations, with the contact location(s) provided by a sealing plate. The casing can include intake ports, exhaust ports, ports for an ignition mechanism, wherein the intake ports are provided with one-way valves. The drive shaft can include one or more guide slots, which can penetrate through the drive shaft wherein the vane(s) is located inside the guide slot(s), and edges of the vane(s) can constantly touch the inner surface of the casing during a rotor rotation of the rotor. Each vane can possess a rectangular shape or a discoid shape, and the sealing plate or a sealing ring can be located along an edge of the vane(s). The rotor and the casing can form isolated spaces inside the rotary-vane mechanism and during the rotor rotation can provide three work strokes for an engine, and two strokes for a compressor.

Screw spindle pump

A screw spindle pump for delivering a cooling liquid for cooling a battery and/or power electronics or a cleaning or supply liquid of a motor vehicle, including a housing in which a working spindle, which is coupled to a drive assembly, and at least one running spindle, which meshes with the latter, are accommodated, and including a feather key-like support element, which is fixed by the housing and against which the working spindle and the running spindle are axially supported. In the housing, there is provided at least one aperture through which it is possible to insert the support element, which, in the assembled position, is received with one end in the aperture and with the other end in a receiving part situated diametrically opposite the aperture, wherein the support element is secured via at least one securing element which closes the aperture at the outside.

A bead gasket for sealing off a gap between a first component and a second component, the bead gasket including: a first gasket layer including a holding element; a second gasket layer comprising a complementary holding element; and one or more folding portions which connect(s) the first gasket layer and the second gasket layer, wherein the first gasket layer, the second gasket layer and the respective folding portion are formed in one piece, and the gasket layers are or can be folded one onto the other by folding over the respective folding portion, such that they face each other in an axial direction, and wherein the holding element and the complementary holding element are in or can be moved into a holding engagement with each other based on a positive fit and/or frictional fit, in order to secure the gasket layers against diverging from each other.

Modified two-phase cycle

A system including a pump, a boiler coupled to the pump, a turbine coupled to the boiler, a two-phase expander coupled to the turbine, and a condenser coupled to the two-phase expander and the pump.

VANE PUMP

A vane pump is provided with: a pump housing having an accommodating concave portion; and a pump cartridge accommodated in the accommodating concave portion, wherein the pump cartridge has: a rotor; a plurality of vanes received in a plurality of slits formed in the rotor; a cam ring formed with a cam face on an inner circumference of the cam ring; and a first side plate provided at the opposite side from a bottom surface of the accommodating concave portion such that the cam ring is located therebetween, the first side plate has a first projected portion projected radially outward, and the pump cartridge is anchored to the pump housing via the first projected portion.

Dual-cylinder two-stage variable cpacity compressor

A dual-cylinder two-stage variable capacity compressor is provided, including: a first cylinder, having an exhaust port connected to a first exhaust channel: a second cylinder, wherein the second cylinder is provided with a ventilating slider, and the ventilating slider is provided with a first gas transit channel and a second gas transit channel; wherein, when the ventilating slider is at a first connecting position, the first exhaust channel is connected to a suction channel in a second cylinder when the ventilating slider is at a second connecting position, the first exhaust channel is connected to a second exhaust channel. The compressor of the present disclosure can vary its own capacity, that is, the variation of the compressor's capacity can be realized by arranging a ventilating slider, which will meet the requirements of variation loads of the compressor in different seasons.

Vane pump including pressure relief groove

A vane pump including a housing having a peripheral wall portion, a bottom wall portion, and a pump chamber; a rotor disposed in the pump chamber to be rotatable; a vane disposed to be slidable in the radial direction with respect to the rotor and partitioning the pump chamber into working chambers; and a reed valve that opens and closes a discharge hole of the bottom wall portion. A pressure relief groove is disposed in a portion of the bottom wall portion corresponding to the discharge section with a clearance secured between the peripheral wall portion and the pressure relief groove. When the vane overlaps the pressure relief groove, a pair of the working chambers on both sides of the vane in the rotational direction communicates with each other via the pressure relief groove.
