Method for producing a foam body
A method for producing a foam body for a pressure or hydraulic accumulator has a bubble- or diaphragm-shaped, elastically flexible separating layer (12) separating gas and liquid chambers from each other within an accumulator housing. The production method includes introducing a flowable, preferably liquid, foam material into the pressure accumulator with the foam material being at least partially surrounded by the separating layer (12), curing the foam material in the hydraulic accumulator, and building up a pressure gradient in which the visibly curing foam material expands the separating layer (12) from an originally partially filled starting state in the direction of an end state in which the accumulator is finally filled with the cured foam (38).
Robotic hydraulic system
A control system may receive sensor data indicative of respective fluid levels of two or more hydraulic accumulators configured to operate at respective target fluid levels within a hydraulic system. The control system may determine respective errors of the hydraulic accumulators based on the respective fluid levels and respective target fluid levels of the hydraulic accumulators. The respective errors may correspond to pressure errors, fluid volume errors, or other types of errors of the hydraulic accumulators. Responsive to determining the respective errors, the control system may determine that the error of a given hydraulic accumulator is greater than errors of the other hydraulic accumulators and provide instructions to control a hydraulic valve to supply fluid from a single pump of the hydraulic system to the given hydraulic accumulator.
EQUALIZATION DEVICE, IN PARTICULAR IN THE FORM OF A TANK
The invention relates to an equalization device, in particular in the form of a tank, the housing (2) of which has at least one inlet (8) and one outlet (10) for receiving and discharging fluid, respectively, at least in one of the housing walls (4) of said housing, which housing can be filled with the fluid, characterized in that at least one equalization body (14) is arranged within the housing (2), which equalization body is at least partly provided with an elastically compliant separating wall (20), the interior of the equalization body thus being delimited, and that the interior is at least partly in pressure-equalizing connection (32) with the surroundings at a passage (12, 32) through one of the housing walls (4).
Method for the production of a bladder accumulator and bladder accumulator produced according to said method
A method for the production of a bladder accumulator (10) that separates two media chambers (16, 18) from one another in a storage housing (12) by a bladder body (14). The following production steps include extruding a plastic tube over the bladder body (14), shaping the plastic tube with the integrated bladder body (14) in a molding tool that corresponds to a predeterminable plastic core container (20), and winding at least one plastic fiber from the outside on the plastic core container (20) for the purpose of creating the storage housing (12).
Self-contained pressure compensation system
A self-contained pressure compensation system and a control method thereof are provided, wherein the self-contained pressure compensation system comprises an oil supply device, a pressure compensation device, a power unit associated with the pressure compensation device, and a switch control device, the pressure compensation device supplies oil to the power unit and detects a change in a chamber pressure of itself in real time, the switch control device triggers the oil supply device to supply oil to the pressure compensation device if the chamber pressure is less than a predetermined first threshold and triggers the oil supply device to stop supplying oil to the pressure compensation device if the chamber pressure is greater than a predetermined second threshold. The invention can detect a chamber pressure of the pressure compensation device in real-time and can achieve automatic oil refilling, and can provide pressure compensation for the power unit effectively.
