Draper head with securing action for a height-adjustable reel
A harvester is provided with a draper head that has a frame extending substantially across a working width of the draper head. Cutting elements are arranged at a front side of the draper head and connected to the frame. Conveying surfaces and conveying members transport cut crop from the cutting elements to a discharge location of the draper head. A reel extends transversely to a working direction of the draper head across the working width of the draper head. Reel support arms are pivotably supported on the frame and support the reel. A hydraulic adjusting drive is operatively connected to the reel support arms to pivot the reel support arms to carry out a height adjustment of the reel. A hydraulic circuit is operatively connected to the hydraulic adjusting drive and has a hydraulic valve that is able to lock the hydraulic circuit.
Flow rate controller and drive device equipped with same
A flow rate controller and a drive device are provided with a cylinder flow passage connected to an air cylinder; a main flow passage for supplying air to and discharging air from the air cylinder; an auxiliary flow passage that has a first throttle valve and through which exhaust air discharged from the air cylinder passes with a smaller flow rate than that of the main flow passage; a switch valve that switches between a first position in which the cylinder flow passage communicates with the main flow passage and a second position in which the cylinder flow passage communicates with the auxiliary flow passage; and a pilot air adjustment part that guides a portion of the exhaust air from the air cylinder as pilot air to the switch valve.
SYSTEM FOR CONTROLLING VARIABLE VALVE APPARATUS AND OIL CONTROL VALVE FOR THE SAME
A system for controlling a variable valve apparatus may include a plurality of oil control valves (OCVs) configured to respectively supply oil from an oil pump to a plurality of variable valve apparatuses or block the supply of the oil, and a single relief valve coupled to the plurality of oil control valves, wherein pressure in a plurality of control galleries for providing an oil supply path from the plurality of oil control valves to the plurality of variable valve apparatuses is maintained constant by only the single relief valve.
Hydrostatic drive
A hydrostatic drive includes a diesel engine and a hydrostatic adjustable machine which supplies multiple consumers in normal operation as a pump. The machine has a pressure/flow regulator to which is communicated, according to the load-sensing principle, the highest load pressure of the consumers, in particular when the machine is operated as a pump. In order to realize a start/stop function of the diesel engine, a previously charged high-pressure reservoir supplies the hydrostatic machine, which then acts as a starter motor for the diesel engine. In order to switch from pump to starter motor, the hydro-machine is adjusted over zero. In order for this switch to take place quickly and reliably, the pressure/flow regulator is deactivated by means of a switching valve and the adjustment device is supplied with an adjustment pressure medium via the switching valve, which medium is taken from the high-pressure reservoir or from an auxiliary reservoir.
Energetic one way sequence termination valve
An energetic one way sequence termination arrangement may comprise a housing, a first inlet in operable communication with the housing, a second inlet in operable communication with the housing, and an outlet in operable communication with the housing. The energetic one way sequence termination arrangement is configured such that the second inlet is blocked from fluidic communication with the outlet in response to a first signal being received at the first inlet before a second signal is received at the second inlet, and the first inlet establishes fluidic communication with the outlet in response to the second signal being received at the second inlet before the first signal is received at the first inlet.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FOR WORKING MACHINE
A hydraulic system for a working machine includes a hydraulic pump to output an operation fluid, a hydraulic device to be operated by the operation fluid, an operation member to be operated, a first operation valve to regulate a pressure of the operation fluid in accordance with operation of the operation member, and a pressure supplying portion to supply a first counteracting pressure of the operation fluid against a first operation pressure, the first operation pressure being a pressure of the operation fluid regulated by the first operation valve.
MANIFOLD SYSTEM FOR 2OO3 CONFIGURATION
A manifold system 100 with 2oo3 configuration is disclosed having three solenoid valves 102 and two shuttle valves 108 operatively coupled to the three solenoid valves 102. The manifold system 100 includes an external pilot operated logic control valve 116 operatively coupled to the two of the three solenoid valves 102 and to at least one of the shuttle valves 108 to provide 2oo3 configuration.
Universal logic circuit for electro-hydraulic actuator
Universal control circuitry for an electro-hydraulic valve actuator system includes logic gate circuitry to control one or more of a closing solenoid valve, an opening solenoid valve, an emergency shutdown solenoid valve, and a hydraulic fluid pump motor to route hydraulic fluid through a hydraulic circuit to actuate a valve via a hydraulic actuator according to received commands. The universal control circuitry is configured to control operation for multiple different configurations of a hydraulic valve actuator system including double-acting configurations, single-acting spring-to-open configurations, and single-acting spring-to-close configurations, each with or without an emergency shutdown arrangement (which may be configured to trip based on an external shutdown input alone or in combination with a local system power failure), a hydraulic accumulator, and maintained or momentary input commands.
Valve subassembly having at least two pump lines for a pump
A valve subassembly includes a pump connection location, a tank connection location, and two constantly adjustable direction control valves each with first and second operating connection locations and an input connection location. A first valve group includes one direction control valve whose input is connected in parallel to two separate pump lines such that pressurized fluid is directed exclusively from the two pump lines to the control connection location. The two pump lines include a maximum of a first pump line and each remaining pump line is a second pump line. The maximum one first pump line is directly connected to the pump connection location in fluid terms, and a separate constantly adjustable pump valve is associated with each second pump line. Pressurized fluid is directed from the pump connection location via the pump valve into the associated second pump line.
