Spotlight illumination system using optical element
An illumination system for a vehicle includes a light source to emit light along an optical path and into an environment. A lens is positioned along the optical path and configured to collimate the light to a light beam. An optical element, having a body comprising four sides and a reflective member within the body, is positioned along the optical path and configured to redirect the light beam. The optical element is configured to move around an optical element axis to change a direction the light beam is transmitted into the environment. The illumination system is configured to receive a target position within the environment and move the optical element to fixate the light beam onto the target position.
One-piece lens with driven wheel sector
The present invention relates to a vehicle lighting device including a lens intended to deflect the light rays emitted by a light source and including a wheel sector with a driven surface. The wheel sector is made in one piece with the lens as a whole. Also included is a driving means with a driving surface such that the driving surface is in contact with the driven surface, and movement of the driving surface drives movement of the lens.
Light Module, Motor Vehicle Light Assembly, and Production Method
A light module for a motor vehicle light is obtained, comprising a light source assembly comprising at least one light source unit, at least one first guide section, and at least one first fasting section, and an optics assembly comprising at least one optical element, at least one second guide section, and at least one second fastening section, wherein the light source assembly and the optics assembly can be moved toward one another along the adjustment axis (J) in a first state, in particular an adjustment state, by the first guide sections, and wherein the light source assembly and the optics assembly can be fixed in place in relation to one another with the first and second fastening sections in a second state, in particular in an adjusted final assembly state.
Exterior lighting
Light-based devices may be provided that emit light. The light-based devices may be incorporated into systems such as vehicles. The light-based devices may include light sources such as light-emitting diodes and lasers. Mirrors may be used to collimate light from the light sources. Light modulators may be used to pattern light from the light sources. The light sources may include light sources of different colors. Arrays of pixels may be used to provide dynamically varying patterns of emitted light. A light source may produce light that is diffracted by an array of diffractive elements on a window. Mechanical and electrical shutters may obscure light sources, mirrors, and light-emitting components mounted on windows.
PROJECTION STRUCTURE, PROJECTION METHOD, AND CORRESPONDING VEHICLE LAMP AND VEHICLE
A projection structure that occupies a small space and performs dynamic projection includes a first support, a lens assembly, a film portion, a light source, a motor, a control portion, and a second support, wherein the light source, the film portion, and the lens assembly form a projection light path, the film portion being driven by the motor to rotate. The lens assembly includes at least one lens, and the at least one lens is accommodated in the first support, the control portion being configured to control the motor and/or the light source. The second support is configured to support the first support, wherein the first support and second support are respectively configured to form a first space and a second space of the film portion.
VEHICLE HEADLIGHT HAVING A LIGHT SOURCE
A vehicle headlight includes a light source and an adjustable objective. The light source is designed as a field having a plurality of microlight sources. The adjustable objective includes at least three lens groups, at least two of which are designed to be displaceable along the optical axis in order to adjust the focal length and the focal plane.
Systems With Adjustable Lights
A system may have lights for providing illumination. The lights may be electrically adjustable so that the color and pattern of the illumination may be varied. Sensor data and/or other data may be used in determining how to adjust the lights. A light may have a light source such as a white light source or multicolored light source, a light collimator that receives light from the light source, and an adjustable lens array that receives collimated light from the light collimator and outputs corresponding adjustable vehicle illumination. The adjustable lens array may have fixed and/or adjustable lens elements and corresponding electrically adjustable light modulator elements.
Headlight module and headlight device
A headlight module includes: a light source for emitting light; a condensing optical element for concentrating the light; and an optical element including an incident surface for receiving the concentrated light, a reflecting surface for reflecting the received light, and an emitting surface for emitting the reflected light. The condensing optical element changes a divergence angle of the light to form a light distribution pattern. The reflected light and light that enters the optical element and is not reflected by the reflecting surface are superposed on a plane including a point located at a focal position of the emitting surface in a direction of an optical axis of the emitting surface and being perpendicular to the optical axis, thereby forming a high luminous intensity region in the light distribution pattern on the plane. The emitting surface has positive refractive power and projects the light distribution pattern formed on the plane.
Vehicular lamp
A vehicular lamp (1) includes a lamp unit (20), the lamp unit (20) including a light source (41) and a reflection device (50) serving as a light distribution pattern formation unit, wherein the light distribution pattern formation unit is irradiated with light (L) emitted from the light source (41) and emits light (LF) and is further capable of changing a light distribution pattern of the light (LF) to be emitted, and the lamp unit (20) adjusts an emission direction of the light (LF) to be emitted from the lamp unit (20) according to a change in the light distribution pattern of the light (LF) to be emitted from the reflection device (50).
AUTOMOTIVE HEADLAMP SYSTEM AND AUTOMOTIVE LAMP
An automotive headlamp system and an automotive lamp. The automotive headlamp system comprises a light source, a primary optical element, an automotive signal lamp structure, and a secondary optical element arranged sequentially along the light emitting direction. The automotive signal lamp structure comprises a light-transmitting portion and a rotating shaft. The light-transmitting portion comprises at least one light-transmitting plate mounted on the rotating shaft which can be driven to rotate by the rotating shaft. By means of rotation, light from the light source exits from the primary optical element, then selectively passes through one of or none of the light-transmitting plates, and is then projected by means of the secondary optical element to achieve a corresponding signal lamp function. The light-transmitting plate mounted on the rotating shaft is used to replace an existing signal lamp, reducing the space occupied by the original signal lamp, decreasing the volume of a headlamp.
