BROIL BURNER VENTURI COVER
A cooking appliance having a broiler may include a housing defining an upper compartment above the broiler and a rear compartment behind the broiler. A gas mixing pipe extends through the upper compartment to the rear compartment via an opening in an interior wall of the housing. A cover is removably coupled to an outer surface of the interior wall, such that opposing U-shaped slots of the two cover portions collectively form an aperture that conforms to an outer periphery of the gas mixing pipe. Accordingly, the cover blocks one or more gaps in the interior wall, such that the cover is configured to prevent gases from passing into the rear compartment through the gaps.
Cooking device
A cooking device including a frame that defines a cooking chamber, a burner cover provided in the frame to form a combustion chamber and includes an opening for flowing air, a burner provided inside the combustion chamber, and a barrier member provided between the burner cover and the frame in order to prevent heat of air discharged from the combustion chamber from being delivered to the frame.
COOKING DEVICE
A cooking device includes a frame forming a cooking chamber; a door opening and closing the cooking chamber; a burner cover disposed in the cooking chamber; and a burner located in the burner cover, the burner generating a flame, wherein the burner cover is provided with a first hole providing a path through which air flows, and the frame is provided with a second hole communicating with the first hole, the second hole providing a path through which the air flows.
Convection conveyor oven manifold and damper system
A gas manifold for a convection conveyor oven includes an elongated housing having a wall that at least partially encloses an interior volume; a gas inlet in fluid communication with the interior volume and extending through the wall; a plurality of gas outlets in fluid communication with the interior volume and extending through the wall; a plurality of seat inserts removably coupled with a plurality of gas outlets; a plurality of valve openings formed in the wall and aligned opposite the plurality of gas outlets; and at least one valve removably coupled to the wall and aligned with a first valve opening, wherein the valve is aligned with a first gas outlet and has a first position in which a first seat insert is not in fluid communication with the gas inlet.
PERFORATED PANEL IN COOKING COMPARTMENT OF GAS APPLIANCE
A domestic cooking appliance for heating a food item includes a main housing; a cooking compartment in the main housing, the cooking compartment being configured to receive the food item to be heated; a shelf located in the cooking compartment and configured to support the food item to be heated; a gas burner configured to provide heat to the cooking compartment; and a perforated panel located between the gas burner and the shelf, the perforated panel having a plurality of openings.
Oven gas burner shutter with ducted inlet
A burner assembly for an oven appliance, the oven appliance defining a vertical direction, a lateral direction, and a transverse direction and including a cooking chamber, the burner assembly including a gas burner provided in the cooking chamber, the gas burner defining a clean air port, and a shutter housing attached to a first end of the gas burner, the shutter housing defining an air inlet in fluid communication with the clean air port, and wherein the air inlet is positioned below the clean air port along the vertical direction.
Gas air fryer
An outdoor cooking appliance in combination with an air frying apparatus that has a frying burner, a blower, a heat exchanger, and a cooking chamber. The frying burner is adapted to combust fuel to create heat and other products of combustion. The blower is adapted to circulate a cooking airstream. The heat exchanger is adapted to allow passage of the heat from the combusted fuel while preventing passage of the other products of combustion into the cooking air stream. The blower is further adapted to supply the heated cooking airstream through the heat exchanger to the cooking chamber to cook foodstuff disposed therein while the other products of combustion are not supplied to the cooking chamber.
TRANSPARENT OVEN BOTTOM
A domestic cooking appliance for heating a food item includes a main housing; a cooking chamber located in the main housing and configured to receive the food item, the cooking chamber having side panels, and a back panel; a heater cover panel located in a lower region of the cooking chamber, the heater cover panel being one of translucent and transparent; and a heater that produces heat for heating the cooking chamber, the heater being located below the heater cover panel. The heater is visible through the heater cover panel.
OVEN APPLIANCE COMBUSTION CHAMBER
An oven appliance includes a cabinet extending vertically between a top portion and a bottom portion. The cabinet defines a cooking chamber configured for receipt of food items for cooking. The oven appliance also includes a combustion heating assembly. The combustion heating assembly includes a tubular combustion chamber extending from an inlet to an outlet. The outlet of the tubular combustion chamber is in thermal communication with the cooking chamber to provide combustion gas from the tubular combustion chamber to the cooking chamber. The combustion heating assembly also includes a burner in fluid communication with the tubular combustion chamber via the inlet of the tubular combustion chamber. Combustion products from the burner mix with secondary air within the tubular combustion chamber to produce the combustion gas.
FUEL INJECTOR FIXATION
Improvements for a gas burner bar are provided utilizing reduced parts, easier assembly, and greater reliability. In one or more implementations a portion of an air shutter is disposed between two parts of an injector assembly: an injector and an injector fitting. Assembly in this manner results in proper alignment of the injector assembly thus negating problems that arise with misalignment.
