CONVECTION HEAT EXCHANGER FOR OVEN
An oven includes a gas burner provided at a rear bottom portion of the oven and below an opening in a bottom panel of the oven. A heat exchanger is provided above the bottom panel opening such that heated air from the gas burner flows upwardly through the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger is positioned in front of a fan provided at a rear wall of the oven. The fan forces air through a plurality of openings in the heat exchanger to supply heated air to an oven cavity of the oven. The gas burner flames are substantially isolated from turbulent airflow from the fan.
Built-in oven with height adjuster
A domestic appliance including a built-in oven configured to be positioned in a cut-out defined in a kitchen. The built-in oven includes a housing having a cooking chamber defined therein, a lower frame positioned below the cooking chamber, and a height adjuster coupled the lower frame. The built-in oven has a first vertical height when the height adjuster is positioned in a first predetermined position and a second vertical height when the height adjuster is positioned in a second predetermined position.
Gas Air Fryer
An outdoor cooking appliance in combination with an air frying apparatus that has a frying burner, a blower, a heat exchanger, and a cooking chamber. The frying burner is adapted to combust fuel to create heat and other products of combustion. The blower is adapted to circulate a cooking airstream. The heat exchanger is adapted to allow passage of the heat from the combusted fuel while preventing passage of the other products of combustion into the cooking air stream. The blower is further adapted to supply the heated cooking airstream through the heat exchanger to the cooking chamber to cook foodstuff disposed therein while the other products of combustion are not supplied to the cooking chamber.
CONVEYOR OVEN AIR SYSTEM
A conveyor oven for cooking food and having an oven chamber in which food is cooked; a conveyor moveable to convey food within the oven chamber; a burner assembly operable to emit a flame to heat air for cooking food moving within the oven chamber on the conveyor; a burner tube extending into a compartment and positioned to receive at least a portion of the flame emitted by the burner assembly; and one or more passive tubes in the compartment positioned opposite the burner tube, wherein elongated baffles are located between adjacent passive tubes, wherein a baffle plate is located between the burner and passive tubes to restrict airflow from the burner tube to the passive tube, and/or wherein shelf assemblies in the oven enable movement (and in some cases removal) of a shelf with a corresponding fan and/or motor without disturbing other shelves and their corresponding fans and/or motors.
OVEN
An oven with an enhanced structure to keep a cooking space clean includes a main body, a cooking chamber formed inside the main body and including a bottom wall, a burner provided at an outer lower part of the cooking chamber to heat up the cooking chamber, a door arranged to open or close the cooking chamber, a bottom plate coupled to the bottom wall of the cooking chamber with a gap from the bottom wall such that the bottom plate is located inside the cooking chamber, and an outlet for heated air formed between one end of the bottom plate facing the door and the bottom wall of the cooking chamber such that heated air generated from the burner is supplied to the door.
GAS OVEN WITH ELECTRIC AND GAS HEATING ELEMENTS
An oven has a housing defining a cooking cavity. A door is configured to open and close to provide access to the cooking cavity. At least one gas heating element is provided at a lower portion of the cooking cavity, and an electric heating element is provided at an upper portion of the cooking cavity.
COOKING APPLIANCE
A cooking appliance is provided. The cooking appliance may include a convection fan installed in a cooking chamber; a fan motor installed outside of the cooking chamber and configured to rotate the convection fan; a cooling fan installed outside of the cooking chamber and rotated by the fan motor to generate air currents to flow to the fan motor; a duct that forms a passage that connects an inside of the cooking chamber and the outside of the cooking chamber, wherein an opening in the duct is opened toward the cooling fan; and a blocking member installed outside of the cooking chamber and configured to block a path of air flow from the opening to the cooling fan.
COOKING APPLIANCE WITH CYCLING OF MULTIPLE GAS BURNERS TO MAINTAIN TEMPERATURE SETPOINT
A temperature setpoint is reestablished and maintained in a gas oven using multiple gas burners. In some instances, the multiple gas burners may be cycled using predetermined activation durations for each gas burner when reestablishing the temperature setpoint, and in some instances, the gas burners may be cycled over multiple iterations in order to reestablish the temperature setpoint. Furthermore, in some instances, each gas burner may include a spark igniter that may be used to minimize the amount of time required to ignite the gas burner when reestablishing the temperature setpoint.
CONVECTION CONVEYOR OVEN MANIFOLD AND DAMPER SYSTEM
A gas manifold for a convection conveyor oven includes an elongated housing having a wall that at least partially encloses an interior volume; a gas inlet in fluid communication with the interior volume and extending through the wall; a plurality of gas outlets in fluid communication with the interior volume and extending through the wall; a plurality of seat inserts removably coupled with a plurality of gas outlets; a plurality of valve openings formed in the wall and aligned opposite the plurality of gas outlets; and at least one valve removably coupled to the wall and aligned with a first valve opening, wherein the valve is aligned with a first gas outlet and has a first position in which a first seat insert is not in fluid communication with the gas inlet.
Portable baking oven
A portable baking oven has an upper portion and a lower portion that define a baking chamber. A baking chamber opening may be defined entirely by the oven upper portion. The upper portion may pivot away from the lower portion to allow access to the interior of the oven for cleaning. The oven may include a gas-powered infrared bottom burner and a gas-powered curved back burner.
