FIXED SCROLL DISK AND SCROLL COMPRESSOR HAVING THE SAME
The present disclosure discloses a fixed scroll and a scroll compressor with the same. The fixed scroll includes: an end plate; a fixed scroll wrap protruding from one surface of the end plate; and an internal cavity formed in the end plate. By adopting the fixed scroll and the scroll compressor with the fixed scroll according to the embodiment of the present disclosure, a weight of the scroll compressor may be reduced for example.
SCROLL COMPRESSOR WITH IMPROVED SEALING PERFORMANCE OF BACK PRESSURE CHAMBER
A scroll compressor includes a movable scroll and a fixed portion. The fixed portion has a first bearing surface. The movable scroll has a second bearing surface. The scroll compressor includes a back pressure chamber located between the movable scroll and the fixed portion. At least one of the movable scroll and the fixed portion is provided with a groove disposed on a periphery of the back pressure chamber. The scroll compressor further includes a sealing assembly at least partially installed in the groove. One end of the sealing assembly is in contact with a groove bottom surface in the groove, and another end of the sealing assembly is in contact with the first bearing surface or the second bearing surface. The sealing assembly includes a wear-resistant ring and an elastic ring. The elastic ring has at least one recess on a surface thereof.
COMPRESSOR
A scroll type compressor includes an orbiting scroll including an orbiting wrap and a fixed scroll including a fixed wrap, in which first and second oil channels are respectively configured to supply oil to inner and outer oil channels formed by the orbiting wrap and the fixed wrap. Thus, the scroll type compressor has an oil channel structure that allows oil feeding into to the scrolls.
Compressor having Oldham keys
A compressor may include a non-orbiting scroll, an orbiting scroll, a bearing housing and first and second discrete keys. The non-orbiting scroll may include a first end plate having a first spiral wrap extending therefrom. The orbiting scroll may include a second end plate having a second spiral wrap extending therefrom and meshingly engaged with the first spiral wrap of the non-orbiting scroll. The bearing housing may support the orbiting scroll. Each of the first and second keys may be slidably engaged in first slots formed in the second end plate of the orbiting scroll and slidably engaged in second slots formed in the first end plate of the non-orbiting scroll or third slots formed in the bearing housing.
Scroll compressor having stable back pressure chamber with sealing members
A scroll compressor is provided, comprising: a compression mechanism comprising a non-orbiting scroll member and an orbiting scroll member, wherein the orbiting scroll member is axially displaceable between an engagement position and a disengagement position; a main bearing housing adapted to support the compression mechanism; a back pressure chamber formed between the orbiting scroll member and the main bearing housing, wherein the back pressure chamber is in communication with at least one of the compression chambers via a communication passage provided in the orbiting scroll member or the non-orbiting scroll member and is adapted to apply a back pressure to the orbiting scroll member to bias the orbiting scroll member toward the engagement position; and a first sealing means provided between the back pressure chamber and a suction zone of the compression mechanism and capable of maintaining sealing when the orbiting scroll member is axially displaced.
Scroll compressor with improved valve installation
A scroll compressor to prevent reverse flow of refrigerant and reducing flow noise. The scroll compressor efficiently distribute refrigerant suctioned into the scroll compressor to a compression chamber and a drive unit. The scroll compressor includes a main body, a fixed scroll fixedly installed in the main body, an orbiting scroll configured to engage with the fixed scroll and perform a relative orbiting motion, and to form a compression chamber with the fixed scroll, a partition plate disposed above the fixed scroll to separate an inside of the main body into a low-pressure portion and a high-pressure portion, a first check valve installed at a discharge port of the fixed scroll to open and close the discharge port, and a second check valve installed on the partition plate to open and close an opening allowing communication between the low-pressure portion and the high-pressure portion.
DAMPING APPARATUS FOR EXHAUST VALVE IN COMPRESSOR, EXHAUST VALVE ASSEMBLY, AND COMPRESSOR
A damping apparatus for an exhaust valve in a compressor, an exhaust valve assembly having the damping apparatus, and a compressor using the exhaust valve assembly. The damping apparatus comprises a fixed body; the fixed body comprises an exhaust hole comprises an exhaust hole through which a compression cavity and an exhaust cavity are in fluid communication with each other; the exhaust hole comprises an inlet, an outlet, and an intermediate cavity provided between the inlet and the outlet and allowing the inlet and the outlet to be in fluid communication with each other; the intermediate cavity is configured to enable the backflow of the gas from the exhaust cavity to form a vortex in the intermediate cavity. The damping apparatus has advantages of reducing the force and frequency of impacts on an exhaust valve plate, and prolonging the service life of the valve plate.
SCROLL COMPRESSOR
A scroll compressor includes a base seat portion which is integrally formed with one end surface of a shaft and in which a press-fitting hole exposing a first hole portion is formed. The base seat portion is disposed in a second portion of a penetration portion with a gap interposed between a drive bush body and the base seat portion.
COMPRESSOR
A compressor includes a deformable groove spaced apart from a key groove and deformable to reduce an impact force or stress generated at an Oldham's ring.
Scroll type micro-compressor, and method for machining fixed scroll plate and orbit scroll plate thereof
The embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a scroll type micro-compressor, and a method for machining a fixed scroll plate and an orbit scroll plate thereof. The scroll type micro-compressor comprises a fixed scroll plate and an orbit scroll plate each integrally made with a monocrystalline silicon substrate; the compressor device has an Oldham ring structure, and reduces a mass of the orbit scroll plate by optimizing a design of a substrate of the orbit scroll plate; a cross-sectional shape of a plurality of micropores provided on a lower surface of the fixed scroll plate is set as of a fan ring, in which an electrode material is accommodated to maintain an electric field uniformity and reduce an electric field loss; and hydrophilia of inner surfaces is changed to prevent a top leakage and facilitate capillary filling of a compression chamber.
