An electromagnetic rotary drive includes a rotor and a stator. The rotor magnetically driven without contact about an axial direction, and magnetically levitated without contact with respect to the stator. The rotor actively magnetically levitated in a radial plane and passively magnetically stabilized in the axial direction against tilting. The stator has coil cores, each including a longitudinal limb extending in the axial direction and a transverse limb arranged in the radial plane. The transverse limb extends from the longitudinal limb and is bounded by an end face. A concentrated winding is arranged on each of the longitudinal limbs surrounding a respective longitudinal limb. The end faces have a first distance in the radial direction from a first portion and a second distance in the radial direction from a second portion, the second distance greater than the first distance.

Disclosed is an electric pump, comprising a stator assembly, an electric control board assembly, and a conduction member capable of conducting electricity, wherein the stator assembly is electrically connected to the electric control board assembly; the stator assembly comprises a stator core; and the conduction member is electrically connected to a reference ground layer of the electric control board assembly and to the stator core, such that the influence of accumulated charges on the electric control board assembly is reduced, thereby improving the performance of the electric pump.
Electric coolant pump and manufacturing method for movable unit of the same
An electric coolant pump includes a pump house, a motor connected to the pump house, and an impeller housed in the pump house and driven by the motor. The motor includes a stator and a movable unit rotatably mounted within the stator. The stator is provided with a central shaft. The movable unit includes a support body, a bearing assembly fixedly embedded in the support body, a rotor core fixed to the support body, and a plurality of permanent magnets attached to the rotor core. The bearing assembly includes at least one bearing rotatably sleeved on the central shaft. The support body is formed by an injection-molding process to wrap the bearing assembly and fixed connecting bearing assembly and the rotor core.

Pumping device, a single-use device and a method for operating a pumping device
A pumping device includes a single-use device and a reusable device. The single-use device is to be inserted into the reusable device and includes two pump units in series, one behind the other. Each pump unit includes a rotor for a bearingless motor, and can be magnetically levitated and driven without contact for rotation about an axial direction. The reusable device includes a stator for each rotor which form an electromagnetic rotary drive for rotating the rotor about the axial direction. Each stator is a bearing and drive stator with which the rotor can be magnetically driven and levitated without contact with respect to the stator. An independent control device is provided for each stator, and can independently activate a respective stator.

A rotor assembly and an electronic water pump are provided, and the rotor assembly includes an impeller cover, an impeller base and a rotor. One end of the impeller base is connected to the impeller cover, an outer wall of the other end of the impeller base is provided with a ring-shaped mounting recess, and the rotor is mounted in the mounting recess. The rotor comprises a rotor iron core, a sleeve and at least two end plates, the rotor iron core is sleeved on an outside of the impeller base and located in the mounting recess, the sleeve is sleeved on an outside of the rotor iron core to seal the rotor iron core in the mounting recess, the at least two end plates are located on both ends of the rotor iron core, respectively. And the at least two end plates are connected to the sleeve.
ELECTRIC FUEL PUMP
An electric fuel pump includes a housing having an oil inlet and an oil outlet, an impeller, a stator unit mounted in the housing and including a stator and a starter terminal set connected to the stator, a packaging adhesive encapsulating the stator and the starter terminal set to create an oil guide passage in communication between the oil inlet and the oil outlet, and a rotor unit mounted in the housing and including a rotor rotatably mounted in the stator and a rotating shaft mounted in the rotor and connected with the impeller. When the stator unit is electrically conducted, the rotor unit drives the impeller to draw a fuel oil into the oil guide passage. When the fuel oil goes through the oil guide passage, the stator and the starter terminal set are well protected by the packaging adhesive and prohibited from contacting the fuel oil.
Rotary pump
Disclosed is a rotary pump including a magnetic rotor arranged in a pump housing and having a magnetic rotor plane, which rotor is operatively connected to a drive for conveying a fluid. The drive is a bearingless motor having a stator configured as a bearing stator and drive stator and having a magnetic stator plane, wherein the stator bears a drive coil and a bearing coil lying in the stator plane and/or a drive bearing coil. The rotor is magnetically contactlessly journalled within the stator, wherein an axial height (H) of the rotor is smaller than or equal to half a diameter (D) of the rotor so that the rotor is passively magnetically stabilized by reluctance forces with respect to the magnetic stator plane both against axial displacement and against a tilt from an equilibrium position.
