SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR TRANSPORTING FUEL AND CARBON DIOXIDE IN A DUAL FLUID VESSEL
Embodiments of systems and methods for transporting fuel and carbon dioxide (CO.sub.2) in a dual-fluid vessel thereby minimizing transportation between locations are disclosed. In an embodiment, the dual-fluid vessel has an outer shell with two or more inner compartments, positioned within the outer shell, including a first inner compartment for storing CO.sub.2 and a second inner compartment for storing fuel. The dual-fluid vessel may connect or attach to a transportation vehicle to thereby allow transportation of the fuel and CO.sub.2. Insulation may provide temperature regulation for the fuel and CO.sub.2 when positioned in the respective first and second inner compartments. One or more ports having an opening in and through the outer shell and a fluid pathway to one or more of the first inner compartment or the second inner compartment may provide fluid communication through the opening and fluid pathway for loading/offloading the fuel and/or CO.sub.2.

Carbon dioxide compression and delivery system
The present invention is embodied in a carbon dioxide compression and delivery device that uses a plurality of reversible thermoelectric devices and to a method to operate such carbon dioxide compression and delivery device.
TRANSPORT CONTAINER AND METHOD
The invention relates to a transport container for helium, comprising an inner container for receiving the helium, an insulation element that is provided on the exterior of the inner container, a coolant container for receiving a cryogenic liquid, an outer container in which the inner container and the coolant container are received, and a thermal shield which can be actively cooled with the aid of the cryogenic liquid and in which the inner container is received, wherein a peripheral gap is provided between the insulation element and the thermal shield, and said insulation element comprises an electrodeposited copper layer that faces the thermal shield.
THERMOELECTRIC CRYOGENIC MATERIAL STORAGE CONTAINER
A thermoelectric cryogenic material storage container including: an inner container containing cryogenic liquid material; a supply pipe connected to the inner container to supply the cryogenic liquid material from the outside to the inner container; an outer container for accommodating the inner container to be spaced apart from each other; a discharge pipe provided to be connected to the inner container to discharge a vaporized material of the cryogenic liquid material vaporized in the inner container to the outside of the outer container; and at least one thermoelectric module provided to have one side in contact with the outer side of the supply pipe and the other side in contact with the outer side of the discharge pipe. When current is supplied to the thermoelectric module, the other side becomes a heating side, and the one side becomes a cooling side.
AIR COOLER FOR DISCHARGING COLD OXYGEN
Disclosed is an air cooler, of which a body unit is provided with a cold air generating unit having a cryogenic oxygen transfer tube to discharge cold air, without using a vaporizer for an oxygen container for supplying cold oxygen, thereby simplifying a construction of the oxygen container, which results in decreased costs and improved cooling efficiency. The air cooler includes a body unit (10) for discharging a cold oxygen gas; and an oxygen container (20) for supplying a cryogenic oxygen gas to the body unit (10). The body unit (10) discharges the oxygen gas, which is supplied from the oxygen container (20) through a cold air outlet (11) which is provided to an upper end of the body unit (10), in cooperation with a flow fan (13). The cold air outlet (11) is provided therein with a cold air generator (31) which includes a transfer tube (30), the transfer tube being spiraled in a circular or rectangular shape, and a discharge portion (32) which is the end of the cold air generator is disposed to face the cold air outlet (11).
CARBON DIOXIDE COMPRESSION AND DELIVERY SYSTEM
The present invention is embodied in a carbon dioxide compression and delivery device that uses a plurality of reversible thermoelectric devices and to a method to operate such carbon dioxide compression and delivery device.
Device, system, and method for pressurizing and supplying fluid
A heat exchanger generally employs a method for supplying liquid having critical pressure or higher or high pressure in order to suppress boiling. However, gas obtained by a evaporator behind the heat exchanger has relatively low pressure, and therefore supplying the liquid to the heat exchanger requires a system for converting an energy form of the obtained gas into kinetic energy or electrical energy, and increasing the pressure by a mechanical pump. Thus, the complicated system involving an efficiency loss is only solution, and it is difficult to achieve simplification of a system or reduction in the weight of a propellant supply device in a moving body, specifically, a flying object.
Method for determining an optimal value of at least one parameter for implementing a method for cooling a watertight and thermally insulating tank
A method of determining an optimum value of at least one first parameter of execution of a process for cooling an internal space of a tank, including testing a plurality of different values of the first parameter, each phase of testing one of the values of the first parameter including cooling the internal space of the tank, the cooling power P.sub.f or the setpoint final temperature T.sub.c being representative of the tested value of the first parameter. The steps include loading liquefied gas into the internal space of the tank after cooling, measuring a variable P1 representative of the pressure inside the thermal insulation barrier and comparing it to at least one particular threshold, and detecting a fault if the variable P1 crosses the at least one particular threshold, and choosing, among the plurality of values tested, the optimum value of the first parameter during the corresponding test phase.
