METHOD FOR PRODUCING FLAVOR SOURCE AND PACKAGE

A portable package including an inhaling flavor product including a flavor base material configured by a non-tobacco material, a tobacco raw material that has undergone an alkali treatment and emits an inhaling flavor component as a vapor phase, and a container portion that contains the tobacco raw material and the flavor base material, wherein the container portion limits a movement of at least one of the tobacco raw material and the flavor base material so as to maintain the tobacco raw material and the flavor base material in a non-contacting state, and the tobacco raw material and the flavor base material are arranged within a same space constructed by the container portion

Method for extracting tar aroma components from within cigarette butts and application thereof in cigarettes

The present disclosure provides a method for extracting tar aroma components from a cigarette butt and use of the tar aroma components in a cigarette. The method includes the following steps: (1) adding the cigarette butt to an extraction solvent, and carrying out ultrasound-assisted extraction to obtain an extraction solution; (2) centrifuging the extraction solution, and carrying out vacuum distillation on the supernatant to obtain a concentrated extractum; and (3) carrying out molecular distillation on the concentrated extractum, and collecting a light fraction of the molecular distillation to obtain the tar aroma components. In the present disclosure, the cigarette butt is used as a raw material, through the ultrasound-assisted extraction and separation by the molecular distillation to extract the tar, harmful substances in the tar are removed, and the aroma components are retained. The tar aroma components are applied to a heat-not-burn cigarette, so that the aroma, smoke and taste characteristics of the heat-not-burn cigarette are improved, and the problems of insipidness and uneven aroma release of the heat-not-burn cigarette are solved effectively.

TOBACCO-DERIVED PROTEIN COMPOSITIONS

The disclosure describes methods for the purification of protein-enriched extracts to provide concentrates and isolates and methods for incorporation of such materials into products. The purification methods are adapted for removal of one or more of ash, metal salts, alkaloids, particulates, heavy metals, and other impurities and/or contaminants from extracts, as well as modifying the sensory characteristics (e.g., odor, color, and/or taste characteristics) of extracts. The methods generally include diafiltration, treatment with functionalized resins, and supercritical extraction. A protein composition in the form of a concentrate or isolate is provided, the protein composition including RuBisCO, F2 fraction proteins, or combination thereof extracted from a plant of the Nicotiana species, wherein the protein composition is characterized by one or more of: an ash content of less than about 15% by weight; a nicotine content of less than about 10 ?g/g; and a heavy metal content of less than about 60 ?g/g.

ENHANCED SMOKABLE THERAPEUTIC CANNABIS PRODUCT AND METHOD FOR MAKING SAME

An enhanced smokable cannabis-based product produced by separating hash resin from plant material of the cannabis plant, pressing the hash resin to expel oil, leaving spent hash resin, extracting further cannabinoids from the spent hash resin using MCT oil, enriching the extracted oil with a formulation comprising at least purified -myrcene, and spraying the enriched oil onto dried smokable cannabis plant matter.

PLANT PRODUCT INFUSED WITH OIL AND METHOD OF INFUSION

An oil-infused plant product and method of infusing is provided. The method includes placing dried botanical matter with an alcohol and oil mixture into a pressurizable container, pressurizing and heating the pressurizable container, allowing the botanical matter and oil/alcohol mixture to remain in the container for a development time period while the oil is drawn into the botanical matter, and removing the oil/alcohol mixture via a vacuum. The botanical matter may be a processed plant matter, such as a blunt wrapper, or may be a natural or minimally processed plant matter, such as dried edible plants, smokable herbs, or herbs suitable for brewing (such as tea, coffee, and herbal tea components). The oil may be any nontoxic oil.

AEROSOL GENERATING APPARATUS

Provided is an aerosol generating apparatus, including: a supercritical extraction unit that includes at least one of tobacco and aromatic plant as a raw material, and extracts an extraction component from the raw material by a supercritical fluid; a collection unit that collects the extraction component discharged from the supercritical extraction unit as a collection material; an inlet part that is disposed between the supercritical extraction unit and the collection unit and serves as a path through which the extraction component is introduced from the supercritical extraction unit into the collection unit; a heating unit that heats at least one of the supercritical extraction unit and the collection unit, and a body part in which the supercritical extraction unit, the collection unit, the inlet part, and the heating unit are disposed.

FUME HARVESTING AND ACCUMULATION SYSTEM, METHOD AND EXTRACT FOR DISSOLVING IN A TINCTURE
20240225081 · 2024-07-11 ·

Fume extract extracted by a fume-dissolution harvesting and accumulation system for accumulating in a tincture featuring at least one sonic cavitation device configured to exert cavitation effect in a solvent-fume mix, and a fume generating compartment for burning and/or vaporizing fume-releasing source-material configured to produce a portion of the fume at burning temperatures, and another portion at evaporation temperatures. Corresponding method is provided.

Vaporizable Tobacco Wax Compositions and Container thereof
20190045834 · 2019-02-14 ·

The invention relates to tobacco wax compositions suitable for use in a vaporizer. The tobacco wax may comprise additional excipients including vapor agents, penetration agents, buffer agents, and rheological agents. The composition contains nicotine. The tobacco wax composition leaves a minimum of residue in the vaporizer when used. In another aspect, the invention relates to a portion-sized container (pod) of a tobacco wax composition for administration to a mammal or person. The pod is intended for use in a personal (or other) vaporizer.

FLAVOR SOURCE MANUFACTURING METHOD

A method of manufacturing a flavor source includes: a step A of adding a basic substance to a tobacco raw material; a step B of heating the tobacco raw material added with the basic substance and releasing an inhaling flavor component into a vapor phase from the tobacco raw material; a step C of collecting the inhaling flavor component released into the vapor phase in the step B; a step D of washing a tobacco residue being the tobacco raw material obtained after the inhaling flavor component is released in the step B, with a washing solvent; a step E of pulverizing or cutting the tobacco residue obtained after being washed in the step D; and a step F of adding the inhaling flavor component collected in the step C to the tobacco residue obtained after pulverized or cut in the step E.
