A transducer assembly is configured to monitor the displacement of the diaphragm assembly and generate a signal based, at least in part, upon the quantity of fluid displaced within the fluid chamber.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MANUFACTURING AND SAFETY OF AN NO2-TO-NO REACTOR CARTRIDGE USED TO DELIVER NO FOR INHALATION THERAPY TO A PATIENT
The principles and embodiments of the present invention relate to methods and systems for safely providing NO to a recipient for inhalation therapy. There are many potential safety issues that may arise from using a reactor cartridge that converts NO.sub.2 to NO, including exhaustion of consumable reactants of the cartridge reactor. Accordingly, various embodiments of the present invention provide systems and methods of determining the remaining useful life of a NO.sub.2-to-NO reactor cartridge and/or a breakthrough of NO.sub.2, and providing an indication of the remaining useful life and/or breakthrough.

GAS SUPPLY AMOUNT MEASUREMENT METHOD AND GAS SUPPLY AMOUNT CONTROL METHOD
A gas supply amount measurement method is performed in a gas supply system including a vaporization section, a control valve provided downstream of the vaporization section, and a supply pressure sensor for measuring the supply pressure between the vaporization section and the control valve. The method comprises: a step of measuring an initial supply pressure by the supply pressure sensor in a state where the control valve is closed; a step of opening the control valve for only a predetermined time; a step of measuring for a plurality of times of the supply pressure in a period of time between a time at which the pressure starts to fall from the initial supply pressure and a time at which a predetermined time has elapsed when the control valve is open for only a predetermined time, and a step of determining the gas supply amount when the control valve is open for only a predetermined time by calculation based on the measured values of the plurality of supply pressures.
Sensor apparatus
A sensor apparatus may include a channel structure configured to couple with an external element and a fluid conduit, such that the channel structure may receive a fluid, at least partially drawn through the external element from an ambient environment, and direct the fluid through the fluid conduit. A sensor may generate sensor data indicating a flow rate of the fluid through the fluid conduit based on monitoring a variation in a pressure at a location in hydrodynamic contact with the fluid conduit and in relation to an ambient pressure of the ambient environment. The sensor apparatus may enable generation of improved topography information associated with flows of fluid drawn from the external element based on measuring a local pressure at the location in hydrodynamic contact with the fluid conduit and determining the ambient pressure based on monitoring the local pressure over time.

Collecting and transmitting utility meter data
Apparatuses, systems, and methods for collecting utility meter data are described. An example system may include a flow controller and a server. The flow controller is configured to communicate with a water meter for a property and connected to at least one water outlet of a plurality of water outlets. The server is coupled to one or more infrastructure databases and the flow controller. The server includes a non-transitory computer readable media and is configured to execute instructions stored on the non-transitory computer readable media. The instructions include receiving water usage data from the flow controller and transmitting the water usage data from the water meter for the property to a water utility company.

Proverless Liquid Hydrocarbon Flow Measurement For Pipeline
A system for operating a flow meter in a pipeline includes at least one flow conditioner or mixer installed in a pipeline; at least one volumetric flow meter installed downstream from the at least one flow conditioner or mixer for measuring velocity of a fluid in the pipeline; a pair pressure transmitters for measuring fluid pressure at a first side and a second side of the at least one flow conditioner or mixer; and a flow computer, connected to the pair of pressure transmitters and to the at least one flow meter. The flow computer includes 1) at least one database having experimental Reynolds number data for the at least one flow meter for a plurality of fluids, and 2) a processor having programmable logic for calculating viscosity of a fluid in the pipeline and operating the flow meter when the fluid in the pipeline changes.
AIRFLOW-BASED VOLUMETRIC PUMP
A system for precision liquid delivery includes a gas reservoir having a known volume. The system has a tightly load-coupled pneumatic driver (a “TLCP driver”) that is configured to receive input power to cause the TLCP driver to move gas into the gas reservoir to produce a gas drive pressure. A valve is configured to couple the gas reservoir with a fluid reservoir having an unknown volume. The valve is further configured to selectively isolate or pneumatically couple pressures in the gas reservoir and the fluid reservoir. A gas-fluid interface couples pressure in the fluid reservoir to pressure in a fluid path. The fluid path is configured so that the fluid drive pressure driving the liquid in the fluid path is substantially the same as the fluid reservoir pressure. The system also has a pressure sensor configured to detect pressure in the gas reservoir and/or the fluid reservoir.
