Provided herein are devices, methods, and systems of applying cosmetic, serum, and medical/medicinal product to an eyelash or hair, in several embodiments, about which a plurality of arms and heads interact with the hairs to apply and distribute an even amount of product to the hairs or eyelash. By intertwining two or more heads in a scissors fashion the device can evenly distribute the amount of product on the eyelashes, thus saving time, effort, and product.

The present invention is directed to a cosmetic applicator brush comprising a plurality of columns, and a shaft. The shaft comprises a plurality of opening parts around a circumference of the shaft, and the plurality of opening parts are spaced around the circumference in a radial direction of the shaft. Each of the plurality of columns comprises bristles or combs. Each of bristles or combs has a projecting part, which are inserted into the plurality of columns with an equal distance or different distances among them. A number of the plurality of opening parts around the circumference of the shaft is both even and odd number. The plurality of columns are inserted into the opening parts of the shaft irregularly to show the zigzag effect of the cosmetic applicator brush.

Provided is a cosmetic applicator having a coil spring at an applying portion thereof with which mascara may be easily applied to eyelashes. It is preferred that the coil spring not be exactly helicoidal, it being preferred that radial distance from the central axis to the outermost circumferential surface be made to vary as a function of angular position about the central axis. Variation in radial distance from the central axis to the outermost circumferential surface of the coil spring may occur in a repeating pattern of periodicity different from the pitch of the coil spring, causing coil spring shape element(s) to shift in angular position with each turn of the coil spring. Mascara may be held in spaces between adjacent coils, presence of bent portions which shift in the circumferential direction making it possible for the applying portion to easily retain mascara.

The present invention relates to an applicator member (1) for an applicator for applying cosmetic product, notably for applying mascara to the eyelashes, said applicator member comprising a metal core (2) having an end (2a) for connecting to a gripping member (5), characterized in that said connecting end is shaped so as to be able to form a joint head that is able to engage in a corresponding housing in the gripping member, and in that said connecting end is produced by moulding in one piece with the metal core.

A one-piece applicator device for applying a fluid or pasty product to keratin fibres includes a core that extends along a longitudinal axis XX and at least one flexible stem that is embedded at at least a first and a second point along the longitudinal core, the stem extending substantially along the longitudinal axis XX, spikes being provided on the core and/or on the at least one stem. The core is provided with at least one through-opening and the at least one flexible stem extends substantially in a radial plane and has at least a first and a second curve along its length, such that the stem crosses the at least one opening without contact in order to ensure mobility in a radial plane of the device.

A mascara comb allows a user to quickly apply mascara liquid to the eyelashes without forming clumps. On the upper surface of the mascara comb a plurality of protrusion elements are disposed so as to form a plurality of rhombus structures; the rhombus structures are configured so as to form a predetermined gap for applying the mascara liquid to the eyelashes while combing the eyelashes, wherein a diagonal line in the axial direction of the comb portion forms a rhombus longer than a diagonal line in the orthogonal direction orthogonal thereto; further, the rhombus structures function as a velocity adjustment mechanism for making the velocity with which the mascara liquid flows in the axial direction slower than the velocity with which the mascara liquid flows in the orthogonal direction; and the inside of the rhombus structures are a holding portion having a function of holding the mascara liquid.

A packaging and application device including a container containing the composition to be applied, an applicator for applying the cosmetic composition to the eyelashes or eyebrows, the applicator including a core, at least one element attached to the core, each element comprising a central part fitted onto the core and at least one application member carried by the central part, a composition collection surface being formed by the proximity between two different portions of one and the same application member or of two adjacent application members, the gap between these portions being sufficiently small for a bridge of composition to be able to form there by surface tension, these portions being situated at a distance from the central part of greater than or equal to 0.5 mm.

A method for manufacturing a cosmetic product applicator including a gripping part and an applicator part having bristles or teeth. The method includes additive manufacturing (S1) by sintering a powder of a plastics material followed by depowdering (S2) and post-treatment for the removal of particles that have become detached from the cosmetic product applicator or are partially sintered, the post-treatment including blasting (S4) and ionizing blowing (S5). This method allows the removal of particles likely to be irritating, for example with a size greater than 500 micrometers, while being suitable for industrial production. The invention also relates to an associated production method.

An applicator for cosmetic product is disclosed, in particular for mascara, extending in a main longitudinal extension direction, referred to as the main direction, between a proximal end and a distal end opposite the proximal end. The applicator includes a structural support element, referred to as a support, and at least one branch. The support and the branch are interconnected by means of an articulation rigidly connected to the support.
