Reservoir tank and vehicle brake apparatus
A reservoir tank includes a reservoir body defining a storage chamber for an operating fluid; and a float guide in the storage chamber. The float guide forms a float chamber on the inner side. The reservoir tank further includes a fluid level detection device that has a float moving up and down in the float chamber in accordance with fluctuations of a fluid level, and has a detector detecting when the float is below predetermined position. The reservoir tank is provided with a slit in the float guide. The slit is in communication with the storage chamber and the float chamber. An operating fluid passage is provided on an inner face of the float guide which is continuous with the slit, which is in communication with the slit and the float chamber.
Liquid level meter
In one embodiment, an apparatus may meter a level of a liquid. The apparatus includes a float component, wherein the float component includes a sensor and a controller. The sensor senses a parameter usable to determine an inclination of the float component. The controller is operable to receive the sensed parameter, and communicate information based on the sensed parameter to an external controller. When operating to determine a level of a liquid within a container, the apparatus physically contacts the container. Further, at least one of the controller or the external controller is operative to estimate the inclination of the float component based on the sensed parameter, and determine the level of the liquid within the container based on the estimated inclination.
ARTICULATED VEHICLE HAVING A PASSAGE WITH A NOISE INSULATING LAYER
The invention relates to an articulated vehicle, for example a rail vehicle or an articulated bus, formed from a plurality of vehicles or vehicle parts (2, 3) connected to one another in an articulated manner, wherein a passage (10) is arranged between the vehicles or vehicle parts (2, 3), wherein the passage has an inner cladding (12) and an outer cladding (14) laterally spaced apart from the inner cladding, wherein the inner (12) and outer cladding (14) are arranged so as to form the spacing (A) relative to one another on the end walls of two adjacent vehicles or vehicle parts, wherein a sound insulation layer (18) can be applied to the free surface (16) formed by the spacing (A) on the end wall.

FLOAT INDICATOR DEVICE AND METHOD
A float product and method of use. A float is described comprising an elongated body having first and second end sections extending between and connecting a weighted section at the first end and a bulb section at the second end. The float is particularly adapted for use in a jug, such as a growler, during filling to help prevent overflow and spillage. Methods of using the float product are also described. The float can be mounted to the jug by way of a ring clip which slides over the neck of the jug.
BATHTUB WITH WATER USE INDICATOR AND LIMITER
The water conservation system for limiting water consumption during showering, the consumption levels being determined based on accepted international consumption standards. The system features a layered/hollow bathtub designed to include: a floatable, manual indicator; a sensor positioned in the bathtub's vertical wall; a reservoir for collecting water; and a waste water drainage outlet. Three different colors (red, yellow, and green) are associated with the floatable indicator to indicate the amount of water consumed during showering. An optional controlling valve automatically shuts off water flow, if the consumption rate is too high.
LIQUID LEVEL METER
Embodiments of methods, apparatuses, and systems for metering a level of a liquid are disclosed. One apparatus includes a float component, wherein the float component includes a sensor and a controller. The sensor senses a parameter usable to determine an inclination of the float component. The controller is operable to receive the sensed parameter, and communicate information based on the sensed parameter to an external controller. When operating to determine a level of a liquid within a container, the apparatus physically contacts the container.
