CONVERTIBLE TOOL CASE TO A SUPPORT ASSEMBLY
A position adjustable support assembly is convertible to and from a tool case, to allow transport with a plurality of articles attached thereto. A segmented position adjustable support assembly has a center assembly and a left and right assembly. The left and right assemblies are rotatable about the center assembly and the vertical supports of the center, left and right assemblies can be retained in base and top-receivers of a tool case. Retainers may secure the segmented assembly to the base and top. This allows a user to mount the segmented assembly in a first work location, and then convert the segmented assembly to a tool case for transport to a second work location.
MODULAR FLAT-PACK APPARATUS FOR CUSTOMIZABLE CABINETRY FRAMING
Systems and methods are provided for customizable cabinetry framing. The systems presented describe components which can be assembled into customizable framing modules for cabinetry in outdoor kitchens, farming sheds, restaurants, warehouses, or more. The methods presented describe making each component by cutting sheet metal or other sheet material, and then by folding the cut sheet metal, and using some fasteners. Standardized components may be assembled on-site into customized modules. These materials and assembly eliminate the need for costly and time-consuming welding at point of manufacture or assembly, while providing advantages in strength of the assembled framing modules. Various components may be packed for shipping in relatively flat units. The present invention solves problems with the currently available means of manufacturing and assembling outdoor kitchens and other custom framing built on-site. Lower costs of materials, manufacture, shipping, and labor for assembly result in more cost-effective and/or stronger framing.
SHELF FRAME ASSEMBLY SYSTEM
A shelf frame assembly system includes a first vertical post that includes a plurality of openings, a side beam comprising a receiving bore, an end piece having a coupling portion and a receiving portion that includes a plurality of protrusions, and an end connect- or configured to be inserted into one of the plurality of openings. The end connector includes a plurality of recesses configured to receive the plurality of protrusions and a stop configured to make contact with at least one edge of the one of the plurality of openings. The receiving bore of the side beam is configured to receive the coupling portion of the end piece. The receiving portion of the side beam connector is configured to receive the end connector. Further, the plurality of protrusions are configured to resist a horizontal withdrawal of the side beam connector from the end connector.
SHELVING UNIT WITH CAPACITY INCREASING TIE MEMBERS
A tie bar for connecting two horizontal beams includes first and second elongate walls arranged parallel to each other, and a third elongate wall arranged perpendicular to the first and second elongate walls and coupled to a lateral side of each of the first and second elongate walls. The tie bar further includes at least one pair of hook elements positioned at terminal ends of at least one of the first, second, or third elongate walls. Each of the hook elements includes a depending tab configured to be received by an elongate slot of a horizontal beam of a shelving unit. The first and second elongate walls may be top and bottom walls, respectively, the third elongate wall may be a side wall, and the at least one pair of hook elements may include first and second hook elements positioned on the second elongate wall.
Center store arrangement for retail markets
A shelving layout concept which allows selective configuration and reconfiguration of the orientation of certain shelving systems within the central portion of a store to create a PrimeZone area including an assembly of End Caps, Center Caps, Power Sets, Corner Boards, Hot Spots and Banner Boards, the combination of which provides a solution for enabling retailers to re-invigorate their Center Store, increase their vendor promotional revenue, and increase their in-store sales due to more favorable consumer response to greater promotional activity and the continuing change of product venues in key areas of the store layout. The concept also includes novel hardware which enables the reconfiguration of the shelving layout to accommodate vendors' desire to change display schemes.
MODULAR CANTILEVER ARMS FOR MODULAR CANTILEVER RACK SYSTEMS
A rollout cantilever arm for a modular cantilever rack system comprising a fixed horizontal member comprising two oppositely-facing fixed parallel load bearing surfaces, a roller mechanism and one or more interconnecting elements; and a mobile horizontal member partially encased in the fixed horizontal member. The fixed horizontal member comprises a roller-end engaged between the two load bearing surfaces and a load bearing surface supported by the roller mechanism. The interconnecting elements of the fixed horizontal member are configured for interconnecting two supporting vertical members of the modular cantilever rack system. The load-bearing surfaces extend perpendicularly between the two vertical members and the roller mechanism being located at an end distant from the two vertical members
SHELVING UNIT
Apparatus and associated methods relate to a vertical shelving unit with rails following a curvilinear path protruding into the shelving space and slidingly supporting a lip of a bin. The vertical shelving unit may, for example, include multiple vertical posts (VPs) defining a three-dimensional space. The VPs may, for example, include a set of horizontal support members (HSMs) coupled to the VPs on opposing sides of the space. The HSMs may, for example, be used to couple to the VPs on opposing sides of the space. For example, when a bin is inserted between the opposing sides, a protruding lip of the bin may be supported by the upper most surface of the HSMs. Each of the HSMs may, for example, include an upper HSM connected by a truss structure to a lower HSM. Various embodiments may advantageously provide a modular shelving unit that individually suspends storage bins.
Shelf system
The invention relates to a shelf system comprising a rear wall, props, shelves that are arranged on the rear wall by means of brackets, and a base. The invention wherein each prop is formed by a vertical front column and a vertical rear column and in that the rear wall is stationarily arranged between the two columns.
MODULAR RACK FOR PHYTOCHEMICAL EXTRACTION SYSTEM
A modular rack for mounting components of a phytochemical extraction system is described. The module rack includes at least two legs and one or more frame modules that are each at least 2 units in length. Multiple frame modules can be combined to create racks of width N, where N is an integer greater than 2 units in length. Each frame module may also include mounting devices configured to removably attach extraction columns to the frame module.
Multi-tiered expandable filing assembly
A multi-tiered expandable filing assembly provides at least three modular trays arranged in stacked tiers and supported from two side by a pair of lateral frames. The modular trays receive, store, sort, and organize files, documents, and mail. The modular trays comprise a panel, a peripheral region, and at least one protrusion extending from the periphery. The protrusion extends from the sides of the panel and are configured to couple with the concave humps that form in the support bars of the lateral frames. The modular trays are arranged into three tiers and expanded to additional tiers of trays through constructive arrangement with the lateral frames. The lateral frames comprise a pair of legs, a top bar forming a top convex hump, and a bottom bar forming a bottom convex hump. The top and bottom convex humps from multiple assemblies can be stacked to further expand the assembly.
