A toner includes toner particles. The toner particles each include a toner mother particle containing a binder resin and an external additive attached to a surface of the toner mother particle. The external additive includes fluorine-containing particles. The fluorine-containing particles include a fluorine atom at least in surface layers thereof. The amount of the fluorine-containing particles is at least 0.10 parts by mass and no greater than 0.50 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the toner mother particles. When ultrasonication is performed, a residual amount ratio of remaining fluorine-containing particles is at least 0% by mass and no greater than 20% by mass relative to the amount of the fluorine-containing particles attached to the toner mother particles before the ultrasonication.

A positively chargeable toner contains plural toner particles each containing a core, and a shell layer disposed over the core. The shell layer contains a first resin containing at least one repeating unit having an amide group, and a second resin containing at least one repeating unit having a quaternary ammonium cation. The toner attains a charge amount Q.sub.3 after stirring for 3 minutes and attains a charge amount Q.sub.30 after stirring for 30 minutes, and Q.sub.30Q.sub.3 and 20 C/gQ.sub.3 are both satisfied. Assuming that a second mixture of 100 parts by mass of the standard carrier and 10 parts by mass of the toner charged to a saturated charge amount is born on a development roller to measure a charge amount distribution, an arithmetic mean X and a standard deviation Y of the charge amount distribution satisfy Y/X3.5.

A green toner for electrostatic charge image development includes green toner particles containing a binder resin, an azomethine fluorescent pigment having an emission peak in a wavelength region of 500 nm or more and 550 nm or less in an emission spectrum, and a non-fluorescent pigment having a reflection peak in a wavelength region of 480 nm or more and 540 nm or less in a reflection spectrum, wherein a mass proportion of the azomethine fluorescent pigment in the green toner particles is 3% by mass or more and 10% by mass or less and a mass ratio M1/M2 of a content M1 of the azomethine fluorescent pigment to a content M2 of the non-fluorescent pigment is 1 or more and 5 or less; and oil-treated silica particles externally added to the green toner particles.

A toner comprising colored resin particles containing a binder resin, a colorant, a softening agent and a charge control agent, and an external additive, wherein the toner has a specific viscoelasticity; a conditioned bulk density obtained by use of a powder flowability analyzing device is 0.527 g/mL to 0.550 g/mL; and a flowability is 80% or more. Also, a toner comprising colored resin particles containing a binder resin, a colorant, a softening agent and a charge control agent, and an external additive containing fatty acid metal salt particles, wherein the toner has a specific viscoelasticity, and the ratio of a blow-off charge amount after a stirring time of 1800 seconds to a blow-off charge amount after a stirring time of 180 seconds, which are measured by a specific charge amount measurement method, is 0.50 to 1.00.

A green toner for electrostatic charge image development includes green toner particles containing a binder resin, an azomethine fluorescent pigment having an emission peak in a wavelength region of 500 nm or more and 550 nm or less in an emission spectrum, and a non-fluorescent pigment having a reflection peak in a wavelength region of 480 nm or more and 540 nm or less in a reflection spectrum. A mass proportion of the azomethine fluorescent pigment in the green toner particles is 3% by mass or more and 20% by mass or less; and silica particles externally added to the green toner particles. The silica particles have an average primary particle size of 50 nm or more and 350 nm or less.
