An adjustable cushion pad locking system may include two cushions, cushion cover with locking mechanisms on each side, and buckles to attach straps to. The cushion covers locking mechanisms has an engaged condition in which they can lock to similar locking mechanism to form alternative uses of the cushion pad.

Alternatively, a motion sensor detects a baby or child's movements and preprogrammed sound and visual responses indicating the identity of top layer symbols are activated. A USB port and/or a wireless connection allows the transfer of data concerning use of the Play Mat by the baby or child from the microprocessor of the flexible circuit board to a handheld device, such as a phone or tablet.

A foldable surface for supporting a user relative to a support surface during an activity includes a plurality of surface panels that are movably coupled to one another with panel connectors. The plurality of surface panels include a first surface panel having a first shape, and a second surface panel having a second shape that is different than the first shape. Each of the surface panels has a first surface and an opposing second surface. The surface panels are movable between an open configuration wherein the first surfaces of the plurality of surface panels cooperate to form a substantially planar surface that is adapted to be positioned adjacent to the support surface, and a stacked configuration wherein the surface panels are positioned substantially side-by-side with the first surface of one surface panel directly facing the first surface of an adjacent surface panel.

An assembly, in one embodiment, compromising an exercise mat having a top layer and a bottom layer, and a towel is described. The top layer of the exercise mat is configured to have a first exposed surface. The towel comprises a first surface and second surface, the first surface configured to be coupled to the first exposed surface of the top layer of the exercise mat, the surface area of the towel being less than or equal to a surface area of the top surface of the exercise mat.

A padded prayer mat is provided. The padded prayer mat comprises an elongated mat. The elongated mat has a first end opposite of a second end. A first fastener and a second fastener are included on the first end and second end of the elongated mat, respectively. These fasteners hold the padded prayer mat in a folded configuration when they are engaged. Several pockets are disposed on a top surface of the elongated mat. At least one pad is removably placed in an internal cavity formed by each pocket.

A yoga towel is for use in conjunction with a suitable mat or converter that allows an existing mat to be retrofitted to be used with the present yoga towel. The yoga towel has one or more magnets and/or metal attached, advantageously to its perimeter and/or with a center portion of the towel. A suitable surface such as a yoga mat will have a complementary metal and/or magnet so that when the yoga towel is placed on the yoga mat, the yoga towel through magnetic forces (i.e. attraction) is held in place. In one embodiment there is provided a clip for use with a yoga mat and towel. The clip includes a first and second plates each having a first and second jaw section, respectively. The jaw sections are disposed to face each other. The clip further includes a threaded knob configured to move the first and second plate such that the first jaw section and the second jaw section move into and out of open and closed configurations. The threaded knob is configured to fit within a well defined on the first plate and an opening defined on the second plate, such that a height profile of the threaded knob matches a height profile of the first and second plates when assembled.

One example includes a utility mat. The utility mat includes a first material layer comprising a rubber material. The utility mat also includes a second material layer overlying the first material layer and comprising a geotextile material. The utility mat further includes an adhesive material configured to bond the first material layer and the second material layer together.
