Multi-Leveled Cooking Apparatus
A multi-leveled cooking apparatus is an apparatus that is used to prepare food. The apparatus includes an enclosure, a heat source, at least one convectively-heated cooking mechanism, a radiatively-heated cooking mechanism, a first duct, and a second duct. The enclosure is used as a structural base to mount the aforementioned components, and to maintain and regulate temperature fluctuations. The heat source sends hot air through the first duct and the second duct to heat the at least one convectively-heated cooking mechanism. The heat source is also in contact with the radiatively-heated cooking mechanism. A series of tubes within the enclosure provide adequate dispersal of combustible gaseous material, and an ignition starter allows the user to ignite the gas contained within the present invention. Removable grates are arranged at various heights within the enclosure, allowing customization of the size of the working space as well as improving accessibility for sanitization.

A griddle and a cooking appliance having a griddle is provided. The griddle may include a housing, a heating plate seated on a top of the housing, a burner provided inside the housing under the heating plate, and an exhaust vent forming a passage through which exhaust gas generated in the housing by the burner is discharged. The exhaust vent may be provided at a rear of the housing adjacent to a second end of the heating plate. The burner may be arranged such that a first end of the burner adjacent to a first end of the heating plate is positioned closer to the heating plate than a second end of the burner adjacent to the exhaust vent.

Method and apparatus for cooking a skewered food item
A turkey cooking apparatus provides a pot and a specially configured insert (e.g., basket) that rests upon the pot bottom. A lower funnel shaped section and upper tube shaped section are provided inside the pot. The insert (e.g., basket) sits upon funnel shaped portion. The insert has a central opening that is receptive of the tubed portion. Both the insert and the tube section can have openings that enable steam to travel upwardly to cook the turkey carcass.
Open-Flame Oven
Disclosed is an open-flame oven comprising a housing surrounding an oven chamber for containing foodstuffs during cooking. The oven housing comprises an inner surface forming an internal wall of the oven chamber. The open-flame oven further comprises an oven mouth for accessing the oven chamber and a floor forming a base of the oven chamber for supporting foodstuffs, the oven floor extending across the oven chamber from the oven mouth. The internal wall of the oven housing comprises wall sections extending generally upwardly along lateral sides of the oven floor and an alcove in the internal wall of the oven housing adjacent the lateral side of the oven floor. The open-flame oven further comprises a gas burner arranged in the alcove adjacent the lateral side of the oven floor.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PERFORMING COOKING
A cooking pot for pressure cooking or frying is disclosed, comprising a housing 122 accommodating a pan 112 to hold food items to be cooked, and one or more heating devices to heat the pan. A lid 102 covers the top side of the housing 122 and creates an enclosure 124 above the pan 112. The one or more heating devices include a microwaves generating device 202 located remote from the airtight enclosure 124. A microwave guide 210 is provided to transfer microwaves generated by the remotely located microwaves generating device 202 to the pan 112. A window 110 is provided for passage of the microwaves to the pan 112, and includes a microwave transparent material, which can withstand pressure in the enclosure 124 when the cooking pot is configured for pressure cooking. A flame stove 204 is provided below the pan 112 for direct heating of the pan 112.
ROTARY PIZZA OVEN
A pizza oven comprises an upper casing and an enclosure positioned beneath the casing. The casing comprises a shell structure mounted to a bottom plate defining a chamber therein and an opening for accessing the chamber. The enclosure is mounted to the bottom plate and comprises a control panel beneath the opening. A rotatable tray is rotatably mounted within the chamber. The underside of the tray comprises a central seat rotatably positioned within a bottom plate opening. An actuator is mounted within the enclosure and comprises an upwardly extending drive shaft positioned beneath the seat and operatively communicating therewith for imparting a rotational movement to the tray. A heating assembly is mounted within the enclosure and comprises a heating part extending into the chamber behind the tray for providing heat. Controls are provided on the control panel for controlling the actuator and the heating assembly.
