CLOSED TANK FRYER
A tank closure assembly for a deep fryer is provided. The tank closure assembly includes a motor driver actuator that is adapted to actuate the tank closure assembly between an open position and a closed position and a plurality of pistons coupled to the motor. In addition, lift arms are removably coupled to respective pistons from the plurality of pistons. An actuation support structure having at least one actuation track is adapted to allow the lift arms to move along the actuation support structure during actuation of the tank closure assembly. Further, a fryer lid is removably coupled to a bottom portion of the lift arms and a cooking carriage is removably coupled to a bottom portion of the fryer lid.
Outdoor seafood boiling apparatus
An outdoor food frying apparatus includes a frame having a pot support, a burner element supported upon the frame, and a pot that removably fits the frame. The pot has end walls, a rear wall, a front edge portion, and a bottom wall. A basket is pivotally attached to the pot rear wall with one or more hinges. The basket is correspondingly sized and shaped to fit the pot interior. The basket is movable about the hinge between cooking and food discharge positions. The lid is pivotally attached to the pot. The lid is movable between a cooking position wherein the lid covers the pot upper opening and food discharge position wherein the lid rotates at least 180 degrees from said cooking position, forming a tray for receiving food discharged from the basket. A steamer plate can optionally be connected to the basket at the basket rim and/or basket side walls.

The present invention provides a combination pressure cooker and air fryer lid that may be attached to a vessel. The lid may be adjustable between two general cooking positions. In the first cooking position, the lid may operate with the vessel as a pressure cooker. In the second cooking position, the may operate with the vessel as an air fryer. In performing either of the pressure cooking or air fryer cooking functions, the lid need not be replaced.

LID AND COOKING DEVICE
A lid comprises a cover body (10), a rotating member (20) and a sensor (30). The cover body has a cover end (12) in a closing direction. The rotating member comprises a rotating portion (21) and a connecting portion (22). The rotating portion is rotatably disposed at the cover end, and the rotational axis of the rotating portion is perpendicular to the closing direction. The connecting portion is disposed at the rotating portion and extends perpendicularly to the rotational axis of the rotating portion. The sensor is disposed at the connecting portion and can rotate between an inoperative position near the cover end (12) and the working position away from the cover end under the driving of the rotating portion. The lid is capable of accurately detecting and controlling the temperature inside a cooking device, and accommodating the sensor.
