VIDEO LARYNGOSCOPE WIRELESS HUB SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A video laryngoscope system includes one or more wireless hubs. A wireless hub of the system includes a transmitter that transmits a signal to a video laryngoscope to initiate wireless pairing of the wireless hub and the video laryngoscope. Upon wireless pairing, the video laryngoscope can stream acquired images to the wireless hub operating in a streaming operating mode or can transfer the acquired images to a memory of the wireless hub in a data transfer operating mode.
MEDICAL SYSTEM, COMMUNICATION METHOD, IMAGING DEVICE, INFORMATION PROCESSING DEVICE, AND ENDOSCOPE SYSTEM
The present technology relates to a medical system, a communication method, an imaging device, an information processing device, and an endoscope system capable of stably transmitting sensor signals output from a sensor that obtains data in a living body by wireless communication. A medical system includes a sensor that is provided in or connected to an insertion part to be inserted into a living body via an insertion aid and obtains data in the living body, and a sensor communication unit that serves as a communication unit that transmits, by wireless communication, a first sensor signal output from the sensor to an aid communication unit that serves as a communication unit provided in the insertion aid. The present technology can be applied to, for example, an endoscope system.
INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD, INFORMATION PROCESSING DEVICE, AND INFORMATION PROCESSING SYSTEM
An information processing system includes a server, a client, and a tag reader. The server and the client are connected via a network. The tag reader includes: a reading unit that reads an endoscope ID assigned to a single-use endoscope; and a transmitting unit that transmits the endoscope ID read by the reading unit to the client. The client includes: a receiving unit that receives the endoscope ID transmitted from the transmitting unit; and a use information transmitting unit that transmits use information on the endoscope based on the endoscope ID received by the receiving unit. The server includes a use information acquisition unit that acquires the use information transmitted from the use information transmitting unit.
Methods and apparatuses for forming a model of a subject's teeth
Methods and apparatuses for generating and displaying a model of a subject's teeth. Described herein are intraoral scanning methods and apparatuses for generating a three-dimensional model of a subject's intraoral region (e.g., teeth). These methods and apparatuses may be used for identifying and evaluating lesions, caries and cracks in the teeth.
FLOW BASED DYNAMIC CONNECTIVITY SYSTEM
A Dynamic Connectivity System (DCS) comprising a patient module configured for communication with an in-vivo device and with at least one additional device; the DCS further comprises a gateway device configured for providing an access point for the patient module for accessing a network; the access point is configured for termination after an idle period of predetermined idle time, and the patient module is configured for uploading data to the network via the mobile device during a non-idle period of the gateway device; the patient module is also configured for sending, during the idle period, a pinging signal to the mobile device different from the data, the pinging signal having a period time shorter than the predetermined idle time, thereby interrupting the idle period and preventing termination of the access point.
Method of examining digestive tract images, method of examining cleanliness of digestive tract, and computer device and readable storage medium thereof
A method of examining digestive tract images is provided. The method of examining digestive tract images include: obtaining a basic image taken by a photographing apparatus; obtaining a set H of pixels with Hue in the range of D1 in the basic image; obtaining a set S of pixels with Saturation in the range of D2 in the basic image; obtaining a set of pixels with Value in the range of D3 in the basic image, and recording it as an effective pixel range; selecting all pixel sets of the set H and the set S in the effective pixel range to form a detection graph block; examining whether the basic image is an unclean image according to the detection graph block. The present invention further provides a method of examining the cleanliness of the digestive tract, a computer device, a computer-readable storage medium thereof.
Surgical instruments and systems and methods for determining condition information thereof
An exemplary system includes a memory storing instructions and a processor communicatively coupled to the memory. The processor is configured to execute the instructions to receive, from a sensor of a surgical instrument, environmental condition information associated with the surgical instrument and detected by the sensor while the surgical instrument is disconnected from an external power source, the surgical instrument including circuitry configured to be powered and operate only while the surgical instrument is connected to the external power source, determine, based on the environmental condition information, an operational condition of the surgical instrument, and provide a notification indicating the determined operational condition of the surgical instrument.
Ingestible device with propulsion and imaging capabilities
Introduced here is an ingestible device comprising a capsule, a camera, an antenna, and a propulsion component. The camera can capture images of various in vivo environments as the ingestible device traverses the gastrointestinal tract, and these images can be wirelessly transmitted to an electronic device located outside of the living body. The images may be transmitted to the electronic device for review by an operator responsible for controlling the ingestible device.
Handheld wireless endoscope image streaming apparatus
Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media relate to a handheld wireless endoscope image streaming apparatus. The apparatus may establish a wireless connection to a computer system. The apparatus may obtain, via a digital camera, video imagery via an endoscope, the video imagery including multiple frames. The apparatus may stream to a computer system video data.
Intubation device capable of bi-directional distal deflection and temporary proximal shaping for laryngoscopy, tracheoscopy, and bronchoscopy
An intubation device and method of use to intubate a subject. The intubation device includes a distally deflectable and proximally flexible stylet having a malleable rod that is removable from its housing in the stylet. The malleable rod and its housing fit together to prevent movement of the malleable rod within the stylet during use. The stylet further includes a flexible proximal portion having a predetermined shape defined by the malleable rod when inserted in the stylet through a proximally located lumen opening, and a distal tip, the distal tip being capable of deflection by use of a proximally located actuator.
