HYBRIDOMA CELL LINE FOR SECRETING ANTI-RABIES VIRUS M PROTEIN MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY AND APPLICATION THEREOF
The present invention discloses a hybridoma cell line for secreting monoclonal antibody against rabies virus M protein and application thereof, relates to the field of biotechnology. A classification of the hybridoma cell line is named as hybridoma cell line 4A1, and the hybridoma cell line was deposited on Apr. 1, 2019 in the China Center for Type Culture Collection, Wuhan University, Wuhan, China, with a deposit number CCTCC NO: C201947. The monoclonal antibody prepared by the hybridoma cell line has high titer, good specificity and excellent biological characteristics. The present invention identifies the variant antigen epitope recognized by the RABV M protein, the hybridoma cell line can be used to distinguish Flury strain and other RABV strains, prepare kit for detecting rabies virus RABV, detect RABV infection and differential diagnosis vaccine Flury strain and other RABV strains.
IDENTIFICATION OF ANTIBODIES SPECIFIC FOR LYSSAVIRUSES AND METHODS OF THEIR USE
Described herein is a method of identifying a monoclonal antibody (or antigen-binding fragment thereof) that specifically binds a plurality of lyssaviruses for use in post-exposure rabies prophylaxis or in the treatment of clinical rabies. The method includes using a naive antibody phage display library to screen for phage clones that bind whole recombinant rabies virus or cells expressing glycoprotein from multiple lyssaviruses (such as RABV, MOKV and WCBV) and/or specifically bind recombinant glycoprotein from different lyssaviruses.
Detection assays for coronavirus neutralizing antibodies
The disclosure provides methods for determining the presence of coronavirus neutralizing antibodies in a sample as well as associated compositions and kits. The methods of the disclosure use recombinant vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV) particles, wherein the VSV glycoprotein (G) is replaced by a coronavirus spike(S) glycoprotein or a fragment or a derivative thereof. In a specific embodiment, the S glycoprotein is derived from Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) and the methods are used for determining the presence of SARS-CoV-2 neutralizing antibodies.
