SLEEVE PART AND MEASURING DEVICE
The two inflatable sleeve cushions (10) which can be arranged in the receiving tubes (9) are each connected by means of a connection (11) at the interface between sleeve part (2) and base part (3) to the pressure generation and pressure control system in the base part (3). A valve device is preferably provided on the connection (11). The channels (19) that connect the respective connection (11) to the respective sleeve cushion (20) are formed in the main body (21) of the receiving body, said main body being produced from plastic by means of injection moulding, and are covered towards the outside by means of a cover (20). The connections (11) are disposed one behind the other in the direction parallel to the axial direction of the receiving tubes (9). From there, each channel (19) is first guided upwards, then diagonally to the side, and finally downwards to the fluid access opening (22) of the respective sleeve cushion (10).
ATTACHED SENSOR ACTIVATION OF ADDITIONALLY-STREAMED PHYSIOLOGICAL PARAMETERS FROM NON-CONTACT MONITORING SYSTEMS AND ASSOCIATED DEVICES, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS
The present technology relates to the field of medical monitoring. Patient monitoring systems and associated devices, methods, and computer readable media are described. In some embodiments, a patient monitoring system includes one or more sensors configured to capture first data related to a patient and a monitoring device configured to receive the first data. In these and other embodiments, the patient monitoring system can include an image capture device configured to capture second data related to the patient. In these and still other embodiments, the one or more sensors can be configured to instruct the patient monitoring system to display the second data.
CUFF STRUCTURE AND BLOOD PRESSURE MEASUREMENT DEVICE
A cuff structure is provided in a curler of a blood pressure measurement device that includes a device body and the curler provided on the device body. The curler curves following along a circumferential direction of a wrist. The cuff structure includes a sensing cuff provided on a side of an inner circumferential surface of the curler and contacting a region where an artery is present in the wrist and a pressing cuff having a portion provided between the curler and the sensing cuff, having a portion of another portion of the cuff disposed in a region where the sensing cuff is present in an outer circumferential surface of the curler with the blood pressure measurement device attached to the wrist, and inflating to press the sensing cuff to the wrist.

CUFF STRUCTURE AND BLOOD PRESSURE MEASUREMENT DEVICE
To provide a cuff structure capable of improving measurement accuracy of blood pressure, and a blood pressure measurement device. A cuff structure includes a sensing cuff configured in shape that is long in one direction and coming into contact with a region of a wrist where an artery is present, a pressing cuff configured in a shape that is long in one direction, provided on a side of the sensing cuff opposite from the wrist side surface, and pressing the sensing cuff against the wrist by being inflated, and a wall portion provided along at least one edge portion along a longitudinal direction of the sensing cuff and having a leading end surface on the wrist side coming into contact with the wrist.
FLUID CIRCUIT AND BLOOD PRESSURE MEASUREMENT DEVICE
A fluid circuit of a blood pressure measurement device includes a first cuff connected to a secondary side of a pump that supplies a fluid to the secondary side, a first fluid resistor connected to a secondary side of the first cuff, a second fluid resistor provided on a secondary side of the first fluid resistor and connected to an atmosphere, and a second cuff provided between the first fluid resistor and the second fluid resistor.
Housing comprising a sensor
An assembly of at least one radiation detector, at least one radiation emitter and a housing configured to be positioned inside the ear canal of a person or animal, the detector(s) and emitter(s) being provided in or on the housing, the emitter(s) being configured to emit radiation away from the housing and the detector(s) being configured to receive radiation directed toward the housing. No overlap may be provided between the field of view of the radiation detector(s) and the emitter(s), such as by providing a blocking element.
VENOUS BLOOD FLOW STIMULATOR FOR EXTRACORPOREAL THERAPY
A blood flow stimulator may help encourage blood flow in a limb of a patient. The blood flow stimulator may include a housing configured for sealing about the limb of the patient. The housing may include a sealable volume, and the sealable volume may receive the limb of the patient. The blood flow stimulator may include a seal, and the seal may be coupled with the housing. The seal may engage with at least a portion of the limb, for instance to segregate the sealable volume from a surrounding environment of the blood flow stimulator. The blood flow stimulator may include a conduit extending through the housing. The conduit mat help provide access to the sealable volume, for instance from the surrounding environment. In some examples, an adjustable stent is utilized to enhance blood flow within vasculature of a patient. A stent operator may change a size of the stent.
DEVICE AND SYSTEM FOR PASSIVE CLINICAL ASSESSMENT
A device for gathering vital sign and other heath indicator data. The device is constructed to register with a person’s anatomical structure in a predictable fashion, and to include integrated sensors positioned to register with specific anatomical portions of the person. Accordingly, relevant data and assessment may be performed passively, e.g., during physical contact/engagement of the patient with the sensors of the device, which may be for, example, a chair or other piece of furniture in which the patient may sit. The device may analyze gathered sensor data and draw clinical assessment conclusions. Data analysis may be done at the device, or remotely. Vital sign/data and/or assessment conclusions may be displayed to the caregiver only, e.g., via a display device or via an EHR or other computing system receiving data from the device. A separate display screen may display information to the patient for entertainment or instructive purposes.
