Disclosed herein are embodiments for full body garments having wide, abdominal-shaping portions stitched onto an inner shaping liner, and methods of making the same. The garments disclosed herein have wide, abdominal-shaping portions with features constructed to smooth and restrain the garment-wearer's abdominal area, back, and upper hip. The combination of the outer shell, liner, and inner third partial layer create the unique shaping garment.

Modified clothing is designed for everyone but more specifically it is designed for use with individuals that may be considered special needs. Some individuals through various activities can have slippage of their clothing without the ability to control this slippage or understand that it has occurred. The present invention prevents this slippage, automatically maintaining modesty.

A bodysuit garment includes a main body member having a front panel, a back panel, a head opening, a pair of arm openings and an open bottom end. The bottom end of the front panel includes a protruding section that terminates along the pelvic area of a wearer. Multiple rows of connectors are positioned along the protruding section. A lower panel extends downward from the bottom end of the back panel. The lower panel includes a gusset along the length thereof, and a second connector along the distal end. The second connector removably engages any of the first connectors on the protruding section to secure the gusset in the closed position when wearing. During use, the location of the protruding panel and the connectors is visible to the wearer so as to be accessible and is not positioned against the vaginal area of the wearer.

The tubular elasticized extension is joined to and extends from the waistband of the main body portion and terminates in a continuous free annular and elasticized edge. The free elasticized and annular edge of the tubular extension is spaced from the annular waistband of the main body by a distance ranging between about 5 inches to about 15 inches.
