Spectral regions opposite water from chemical regions of interest are evaluated and used in at least one processing operation. Frequency shift error is estimated via spectral correlation between free induction decay (FID) frames and a reference spectrum. Multiple groups of FID frames within the acquired set are identified to different phases corresponding with a phase step cycle of the acquisition. Baseline correction is also performed via rank order filter (ROF) estimate and a polynomial fit. Sections of the ROF may be excluded from the polynomial fit, such as for example sections determined to be associated with relevant spectral peaks.

The present disclosure directs to a method for image processing. The method may include obtaining scanning data of a spine of a subject, determining one or more centrum parameters of each of a plurality of centrums of the spine based on the scanning data, and identifying at least one intervertebral disc based on the one or more centrum parameters.

Each of the at least one intervertebral disc may be between a pair of neighboring centrums of the plurality of centrums. The method may include determining an intervertebral disc reconstruction protocol of each of the at least one intervertebral disc, determining a target intervertebral disc of the at least one intervertebral disc, and reconstructing one or more images of the target intervertebral disc based on an intervertebral disc reconstruction protocol of the target intervertebral disc. The intervertebral disc reconstruction protocols may relate to MPR.

The computational system is configured to receive and process the real-time data from the hardware system, and is communicatively connected to the portable device for transmitting real-time data for evaluating the bedding system and adjusting the hardware system. A mobile application executable on the portable device is configured to collect subjective opinion of the sleeper using questionnaires, and the processor is configured to perform combined analysis of the subjective opinion and the real-time data of the bedding system.
