An apparatus formed or constructed from a stain resistant fabric or material to be worn as a full body bib that covers individuals of various sizes. The apparatus has an opening at the top to form a neck strap and an opening at the bottom portion to form legs. The neck portion has a closure and the leg portion is formed by an enclosed zipper. The leg portion is constructed with leg straps to secure the bib legs to the individual's legs. A fictitious pocket is attached at the top of the zipper edge.

The invention relates to a piece of clothing (1), in particular to a bodysuit or overall for infants and young children, made from an elastic material for variably wrapping up and for supporting the sleep of an infant or young child, which can be used to cover up at least the torso and at least partially the arms of the body of the infant or young child, comprising a torso section (2) and a sleeve section (3), wherein the torso section (2) is connected to the sleeve section (3) and the sleeve section (3) has at least two regions (4) for variably fixing the arms of the infant or young child, and fastening means (5) for variably wrapping up the infant or young child, wherein the fastening means (5) are at least partially attached in the two regions (4) of the sleeve section (3).

An innovative sleeping suit for infants, configured to provide warmth, a contained environment, and positive proprioceptive input, and thereby reduce neurological reflexive twitching or habitual waking patterns prevalent when infants are placed on their backs for sleeping and are not swaddled. The weighting in the suit is believed to reduce the neurological reflexive twitching and provides a swaddling effect to infants helping them to fall asleep and remain sleeping when on their backs. At least a portion of an anterior portion of the suit includes the weighting. The weighting may be accomplished by varying the thickness of the materials and/or quantity of layers of materials used on the anterior portion of the suit. The weighting may be distributed uniformly throughout the suit, the anterior portion of the suit, or can be strategically placed at proprioceptive target points along the anterior portion of the suit.

An improved garment, preferably for infants, young children and people with disabilities, comprises functionality to detach the garment's legs from the upper portion and expose the pelvic area, wherein a caregiver may easily and efficiently change the wearer's diaper without going through effort to take their legs out from the garment's legs, while also continuing to keep the wearer comfortable by having their legs covered and warm during diaper changes.

The garment comprises 2 sections; an upper portion with the bottom having the front panel and rear panel separated from each other, and a pair of legs.

The middle part of both the front panel and rear panels of the upper portion are secured via a magnetic closure system.

The legs can be connected with the bottom of the upper portion via zippers or other garment closures including, but not limited to, buttons, snap fasteners, and hook and eye fasteners.

A garment having a configurable pouch is disclosed. The garment includes the improvement of a pouch configured to fold over a pair of opposing pockets positioned on a front side thereof. The pouch comprises a sheet of material, or flap being attached to the garment. The flap is attached to the garment along a lateral seam extending about an area of the garment beneath the opposing pockets. The flap can be configured to hang downwardly from the lateral seam, with the opposing pockets being exposed. Alternatively, the flap can be configured vertically about the garment and engaged with one or more securing elements such that the flap is configured to form a pouch covering the opposing pockets. Using a method of attachment such as, without limitation, button(s) or hook and loop (velcro), the present invention comprises a bib which can be fastened via snap button(s) or the like to a onesie, thereby combining the bib and onesie into a set. An infant swaddling garment assembly for selectively positioning the arms of an infant in a releasably secured condition against the torso of the infant includes an infant garment, which comprises a torso section to which is attached a plurality of sleeves that includes a left arm sleeve and a right arm sleeve. The torso section and the left and right arm sleeves receive a torso and arms of an infant, respectively. The torso section has an upper edge, which is open and which defines a neck opening. A connection assembly releasably attaches the left and right arm sleeves at respective selectable positions on a front side of the torso section. The connection assembly thus enables selectively positioning of the arms of the infant in a releasably secured condition against the torso of the infant.

A baby onesie to be worn by a baby includes body covering material configured to cover a body of the body, the body covering material including an opening through which the baby's head can protrude out from, a neckline provided around a perimeter of the opening, the neckline including a neckline fastener configured to be fastened and unfastened to thereby close and open the neckline, respectively, a zipper configured to open and close the body covering material, and a zipper locking mechanism attached to the zipper, the zipper locking mechanism configured to selectively attach to the neckline fastener and thereby lock the zipper in place according to whether the neckline fastener is fastened or unfastened.
