Portable surgical methods, systems, and apparatus
Portable surgical systems, methods, and kits are described. The surgical systems may include a camera configured to capture images, viewing equipment configured to receive and display the captured images, a processor, and a stand. The camera, the viewing equipment, the processor, and the stand are configured to be housed in a case. Surgery may be performed using the surgical system by retrieving surgical components from the case, assembling the retrieved surgical components into a surgical system, positioning a patient within the surgical system for surgery, configuring the surgical system, performing the surgery with the surgical system, reconfiguring the surgical system during the surgery, disassembling the surgical system after the surgery, and placing the components in the case.
Sanitary Medical Surface Device
A sanitary medical surface device is provided having a first portion with a first outer surface and a first inner surface. The first inner surface may have a first work surface and the second inner surface may have a second work surface. The device may further utilize a first channel depression formed into the first inner surface such that the first channel depression may be disposed along first perimeter edges of the first work surface. The device may utilize a first raised lip disposed along third perimeter edges of the first inner surface along with one or more stabilization structures disposed upon the first outer surface.
System, Method, and Apparatus for Remote Patient Care
A portable patient-care kit is disclosed. The kit includes two-housing portions, a plurality of compartments and a touch-screen user interface device. The two-housing portions pivotally coupled together to form a container space. The plurality of compartments is disposed within at least one of the housing portions such that each compartment is configured to retain at least one medical apparatus. The touch-screen user interface device has a transceiver that can communicate via a mobile data network.
Protective Box for Surgery
The present invention is directed to providing a sterile container protecting various surgical grafts, implants and devices from incidental contamination and damage during operative procedures. The design includes an inner box to contain the items, and an outer box to protect the exterior of the inner box from contamination in the event of fall or other contamination, such as from airborne particles or liquids, fall from the sterile field, or by non-sterile handling. In the event of fall or contamination of the outer box, the surgical staff will be able to recover the inner box and its contents in sterile and unspoiled condition without difficulty.
Modular CASEVAC Kit
A protective assembly for medical devices that includes a case having a case base and a case lid, at least one case hinge joins the case base to the case lid, a mounting system contained within the case base. The mounting system further including an enclosure attachment system movably attached to a hardware attachment system by a front rotating pin connector and at least one lockable hardware attachment support.
System, method, and apparatus for remote patient care
A portable patient-care kit is disclosed. The kit includes two-housing portions, a plurality of compartments, a touch-screen user interface device, and a light bar. The two-housing portions pivotally coupled together to form a container space. The plurality of compartments is disposed within at least one of the housing portions such that each compartment is configured to retain at least one medical apparatus. The touch-screen user interface device has a transceiver that can communicate via a mobile data network. The light bar is disposed along an exterior of one of the two-housing portions configured provide light.

Packaging device for medical products to be sterilized or having been sterilized comprising internal fixation
A packaging device including a receiving compartment for medical products to be sterilized or having been sterilized, the receiving compartment being sealable in a sterile manner; a carrier for hanging and/or guiding and/or handling the packaging device, wherein the carrier extends into the interior of the receiving compartment and includes at least one accurately fitting mount for a section of a medical product to be sterilized or having been sterilized. Also, secondary packaging for accommodating a plurality of such packaging devices.
EASY ACCESS BANDAGES
A medical supply case or cabinet is provided having a case body. A first hinged door is providing access to a first compartment residing within the case body. A retaining mechanism has a peg spaced apart from the first hinged door such that the peg may receive an aperture of the first medical item when in a first configuration. When the retaining mechanism is in the second configuration the peg remains disposed through the aperture of the first medical item which is secured between the first hinged door and a securing member. The medical supply case can include a second hinged door that provides access to a second compartment. Additionally, the first hinged door may reside within the second hinged door.
Wearable multi-accessory tool for nurses and other health care workers
A wearable healthcare multi-accessory tool includes a truncated conical body adapted to support health care attachment and illumination accessories, and an elongated tubular shaft having an interior open cavity and a lower opening to enable insertion of at least one of a hemostat and scissor into the shaft. The shaft supports the body about the shaft in a displaced relationship above the lower opening of the shaft so as to provide an annular space surrounding the shaft below and recessed relative to the body exterior so as to enable incorporation of a roll of health care tape into the annular space being rotatable about the shaft to enable a strip of the health care tape to be pulled and severed from the roll. The shaft also has at least one protrusion thereon adjacent to the lower opening to support the roll of health care tape about the shaft in the annular space.
