The disclosure further relates to a dental prosthesis apparatus including: an abutment; a dental implant; a dental implant surgical guide including a first and a second double open-ended guide cylinder connected by a support bar; an implant mount including a rim; and a cap operable to engage the dental implant surgical guide and sandwich the rim between the cap and the dental implant surgical guide.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR DENTAL PROCEDURE PLANNING
The invention concerns a device for obtaining an occlusal registration of a patient; a method for obtaining an occlusal registration of a patient; and a method for dental procedure planning, such as dental implant planning. Radiopaque markers are advantageously applied to improve the devices, methods, and outcomes related to dental procedures.
MODEL FOR PRE-PROCEDURE VERIFICATION OF DENTAL TREATMENT PLAN, PRE-PROCEDURE VERIFICATION INSTRUMENT OF DENTAL TREATMENT PLAN, METHOD OF MANUFACTURING MODEL FOR PRE-PROCEDURE VERIFICATION OF DENTAL TREATMENT PLAN, PRE-PROCEDURE VERIFICATION SYSTEM OF DENTAL TREATMENT PLAN, AND NON-TRANSITORY STORAGE MEDIUM
A model includes a model main body, an opening defining portion, and a target model portion. A space is formed between the opening defining portion and the target model portion to allow visual recognition of a range present between the opening defining portion and the target model portion. The range includes a reachable range of the distal end of the procedural instrument from the opening defining portion toward the target model portion and a reachable range of the distal end of the procedural instrument from the opening defining portion in a teeth alignment direction and a direction intersecting the teeth alignment direction.
CAPPED, GUIDED DENTAL IMPLANT SHIELD
A guided dental implant shield having an implant connector piece where the implant is positioned and an inner shield where the implant connector piece is placed in such a way to grasp the implant, an outer shield with monolithic structure which moves by sliding on the inner shield and guides it at an angle inside the cavity opening to the jawbone, and which has an angled part at its lower end, and a cap which is positioned under the outer shield in such a way to isolate the implant inside the shields.
System, method and computer program for producing implant placing guide
According to the invention, there are provided a system, a method and a computer program for producing an implant placing guide. According to the invention, the system for producing an implant placing guide, includes: a dental-clinic terminal that transmits, to a managing server, a three-dimensional intraoral image acquired by a CT scan in a state where a guide tray filled with an impression material is inserted into an oral cavity of a patient and that receives an implant-placing-guide processing file from the managing server; a managing server that transmits a plan request signal to one or more preregistered planner terminals when receiving the three-dimensional image from the dental-clinic terminal and that generates an implant-placing-guide processing file by using implant planning information when receiving the implant planning information from a planner terminal that accepts the plan request signal; and a planner terminal that transmits, to the managing server, a signal of whether or not the plan request signal is accepted when the plan request signal is received from the managing server and that receives and transmits implant planning information corresponding to the three-dimensional image to the managing server when receiving the three-dimensional image from the managing server. The guide tray has one or more markers which are used for matching an image of the guide tray and the three-dimensional image and has an impression of a teeth shape of the patient. The implant planning information includes positional information of a guide hole which is formed at the guide tray. According to the invention, a time for producing an implant placing guide is significantly shortened, and thus convenience of a patient remarkably improves.
Dental implant system
A dental implant and final prosthetic placement system for small-diameter implants (and method for using the system) in which a final prosthetic is digitally designed and created, and is itself used as the drill guide to place the implants. The final prosthetic is held in the predetermined proper drilling position by a stent, such as an occlusal guard. The combination of final prosthetic (with holes through which the small-diameter implants are drilled to secure it) and the stent encasing the final prosthetic, is itself the drill guide.
IMPLANT DRIVER WITH SIMULTANEOUS CONTROL OF DEPTH AND ROTATION OF THE IMPLANT ACCORDING TO A DIGITAL PLANNING
An implant driver assembly for placing an implant according to a digital virtually planned implant and implant position in the jaw of a patient, wherein said implant driver assembly comprises at least an implant driver and at least a surgical template, wherein the implant driver having one or more first markers, and being adapted to be aligned with the surgical template, the surgical template having a guiding element and having one or more second markers, so that alignment of one or more first markers on the implant driver when connected to the implant and one or more second markers on the surgical template defines a spiral motion of the implant when it is being inserted in a jaw bone, the implant driver and surgical template also including at least one of the one or more first and at least one of the one or more second markers for indicating the implant driver's rotational or rotationally symmetric position as defined by the digital virtually planned implant position, whereby the guiding element is a bushing with a smooth bore; wherein the one or more first markers comprises a thread in or on an outer surface of the implant driver; wherein the one or more second markers comprises a thread follower for following the thread which is in or on the outer surface of the implant driver; wherein the thread follower comprises one or more pins that is/are removable or retractable from the guiding element of the surgical template.
Method of manufacturing dental implant placement guide, and preliminary guide and guide tray therefor
Disclosed herein is a preliminary guide including an impression resin and a guide tray. The guide tray includes an impression resin accommodation part, a jig fastening part, a protective cover part, and a grip part.
UNIVERSAL KEYLESS GUIDED SURGERY SYSTEM
A depth stop for a drilling tool to form a hole of predetermined depth. The depth stop includes an interface portion that couples directly to the shank of the osteotome via interlocking spur and groove features. The interface has a cap flange and a tapered skirt. The underside of the cap flange establishes a reference surface for a tubular key that slides onto the tapered skirt and is held there by friction. The skirt is formed with a relief directly under the cap flange to facilitate haptic confirmation of proper connection. Elongated irrigation windows in the key expose a domed transition on the osteotome, thereby facilitating irrigation. The depth stop can be used, optionally, with an alignment jig designed with a precision guide bushing. The guide bushing is semi-cylindrical and terminates with an internal abutment step against which the lower end of the key engages at full depth.
Surgical guide tool for single dental implant positioning
The surgical guide tool for single dental implant positioning includes an adjustable U-shaped frame having an inner member and an outer member. The inner member of the frame includes a first arm and a second arm that extends normal to the first arm. The outer member of the frame includes a first arm and a second arm that extends normal to the first arm. The first arm of the outer member includes an inner cavity for slidably receiving the first arm of the inner member. The first arm of the inner member can be moved within the cavity to adjust the size of the frame. A ring, attached to the second arm of the inner member, includes a circular wall with a central aperture extending therethrough. The central aperture is configured for receiving a drill bit therethrough for properly positioning the drill bit on the jawbone.
