The screw arrangement (3) has an occlusal head portion (311) and an apical fastening thread portion (321). The coupling sleeve (4) has an apical opening (41), an occlusal opening (42), an axial bore (43) extending between the apical aperture (21) and the occlusal aperture (22), and a clip structure (44) configured to elastically deform from a liaising position to an intermediate position. The axial bore (43) of the coupling sleeve (4) is equipped with a head socket section (431) configured to receive the occlusal head portion (311) of the screw arrangement (3). The coupling sleeve (4) is configured such that the clip structure (44) is locked in the liaising position when the occlusal head portion (311) of the screw arrangement (3) is received in the head socket section (431) of the axial bore (43) of the coupling sleeve (4).
RETENTION ELEMENT FOR ATTACHING A FIRST DENTAL COMPONENT TO A SECOND DENTAL COMPONENT AND DENTAL ASSEMBLY COMPRISING THE RETENTION ELEMENT
The invention relates to a retention element (1) for attaching a first dental component (20), such as an abutment, to a second dental component (30), such as a dental implant. The retention element (1) comprises a coronal attachment portion (2) for attaching the retention element (1) to the first dental component (20), and an apical attachment portion (4) for attaching the retention element (1) to the second dental component (30). The retention element (1) is elastically deformable at least in all directions perpendicular to the direction from the apical attachment portion (4) towards the coronal attachment portion (2). The apical attachment portion (4) comprises at least one projection (8) extending in one or more directions substantially perpendicular to the direction from the apical attachment portion (4) towards the coronal attachment portion (2). Further, the invention relates to a dental assembly comprising the retention element (1) and to a use of the retention element (1) for attaching a first dental component (20), such as an abutment, to a second dental component (30), such as a dental implant, outside a human or animal body.
ADAPTER FOR ATTACHING A DENTAL SUPERSTRUCTURE TO A DENTAL IMPLANT AND DENTAL ASSEMBLY COMPRISING THE ADAPTER
The invention relates to an adapter (1, 1) for attaching a dental superstructure (50) to a dental implant (30). The adapter (1, 1) comprises a coronal attachment portion (2, 2) for attaching the adapter (1, 1) to the dental superstructure (50), an apical attachment portion (4) for attaching the adapter (1, 1) to the dental implant (30) and an intermediate portion (6) arranged between the coronal attachment portion (2, 2) and the apical attachment portion (4). The apical attachment portion (4) is a protrusion defining an apical end portion of the adapter (1, 1) and configured to be received in a corresponding recess (32) of the dental implant (30). The protrusion is rotationally symmetric, so that the adapter (1, 1) is rotatable relative to the dental implant (30) in the state of attachment of the adapter (1, 1) to the dental implant (30). Further, the invention relates to a dental assembly comprising the dental superstructure (50) and at least one such adapter (1, 1).
Dental component for the individual prosthetic reconstruction of a tooth
Dental component for the individual prosthetic reconstruction of a tooth, intended to be received on a dental implant, including a first element with an angled through-passage, and a second element intended to be received against or in a dental implant. Assembly features between the first and second elements make it possible effectively to limit the removal of material to be performed in the first element in order to create the angled through-passage.
System and Dental Implant for Reducing Losses of Dental Implants or Dental Prostheses
The present invention relates to a system which comprises a dental implant (10) and a replacement ring (28). The dental implant (10) has an insertion portion for anchoring in a jaw bone. The replacement ring (28) serves for replacing a subtractively removable annular material region in a coronal region of the insertion portion, the shape of the replacement ring (28) being inscribable into the shape of the dental implant (10) in the coronal region at least to some extent such that an inner lateral surface (32) of the replacement ring (28) lies within the shape of the dental implant (10).
System and dental implant for reducing losses of dental implants or dental prostheses
A dental implant includes an insertion portion which extends along an implant axis, and a coronal projection for receiving an abutment having a dental prosthesis formed thereon, which can be mounted on the dental implant with a screw. The insertion portion includes a coronal region and an apical region. The coronal projection extends from the coronal region of the insertion portion in the coronal direction and along a prosthesis axis. The coronal projection and the insertion portion are integrally connected in one piece. The prosthesis axis and the implant axis are inclined towards each other, and the abutment having the dental prosthesis formed thereon is attachable to the dental implant with only one screwing operation in the direction of the prosthesis axis.
Implant abutment
Provided are related to implant abutments. The implant abutment that is coupled to a fixture that becomes an artificial tooth root by being implanted to an alveolar bone, the implant abutment includes: a main body; a first rotating member that is coupled to the main body to be able to rotate with respect to a first rotational axis, includes a first gear portion on an end portion thereof, and includes a male screw portion that is formed on the other end portion thereof to be screw coupled to the fixture; and a second rotating member that is coupled to the main body to be able to rotate with respect to a second rotational axis which crosses the first rotational axis, and includes a second gear portion that is formed on the other end portion thereof to form a bevel gear structure by being coupled to the first gear portion. The implant abutment that can readily ensure a space for coupling work of a fixture in an oral cavity of a patient since a coupling tool, such as a hex screwdriver can be readily placed in a horizontal direction which intersects the direction of implanting the fixture.
RENEWABLE DENTAL IMPLANT
The present invention relates to an endosseous implant assembly adapted for treatment of peri-implantitis. The implant assembly comprises an implant core body configured to receive and couple with implant insert structures that potentially facilitate treatment of peri-implantitis.
Dental bridge
A system for attaching a natural tooth to a dental implant includes a dental prosthesis and an elastomeric cushion. The elastomeric cushion is positioned in contact, either directly or indirectly, with at least a portion of the dental implant and at least a portion of the dental prosthesis such that the elastomeric cushion permits movement of the dental prosthesis relative to the dental implant in response to movement of the natural tooth transferred through the dental prosthesis.
FIXING PIN SUPPORT FOR DENTAL PROSTHESES AND METHOD OF THE MANUFACTURING THEREOF
An improved fixing pin support for a dental prosthesis in order to be able to connect the dental prosthesis to a jaw by means of fixing pins which can each be moved through a guide bore in the fixing pin support. The improved fixing pin support has a guide sleeve separate from it which can be temporarily fitted over the fixing pin support so that the guide bore can be formed in the fixing pin support through a guide channel in the guide sleeve, by precise guidance of a drill. After this, the guide sleeve can be removed from the fixing pin support.
