Systems and methods for database reconciliation
A method for database reconciliation, comprising: receiving, from one or more sources, attribute data of a plurality of attribute data types representing aspects of a product; generating a plurality of attribute categories based on the received attribute data types, each attribute category corresponding to one of the received attribute data types and containing all attribute data of the one of the received attribute data type; determining data scores for each of the attribute data contained in each of the plurality of attribute categories; generating reconciled data for each of the attribute categories, the reconciled data being the attribute data in each of the attribute categories having the highest data score; storing in a database, the plurality of attribute categories each containing reconciled data corresponding to the product; and providing, from the database, the reconciled data for display on a display interface.
Hydraulic system with electronic identifiers
A hose assembly for a hydraulic system is shown. The hose assembly includes a first hose that fluidly couples a pump with a hydraulic actuator using a first port. The first hose includes a first electronic device that provides identification information for the first hose. The hose assembly further includes a second hose that fluidly couples the hydraulic actuator with a reservoir tank using a second port. The second hose includes a second electronic device that provides identification information for the second hose. The hose assembly further includes a controller that receives a first connection signal and a second connection signal. The controller is further configured to determine that the first hose has fluidly coupled using the first port based on the first connection signal and determine that the second hose has fluidly coupled using the second port based on the second connection signal.
METHOD OF UNLOCKING AN OPERATION OF A DEVICE WITH A TINY RFID TAG EMBEDDED ON AN INTEGRATED CIRCUIT
A method includes reading data encoded on a tiny RFID tag that is embedded in an integrated circuit. The RFID tag has an area of 0.1 mm.sup.2 or less and, alternatively, of 0.05 mm.sup.2 or less. When the data satisfies predetermined criteria, a capability of a device or system is unlocked. The method may be used in conjunction with artificial intelligence (AI) for identification and authentication, fraud detection, behavioral analysis, predictive analytics, and/or access control, for example. The method may also be used in credit and/or debit card transactions, in which the tiny RFID tag and integrated circuit are on a credit and/or debit card. In another embodiment, the RFID tag and IC are incorporated into a label. The label may optionally be on a good for sale.
WIRELESS DEVICE AND SELECTIVE USER CONTROL AND MANAGEMENT OF A WIRELESS DEVICE AND DATA
A system and method to provide user marketing recommendations or suggestions based on an interaction between a user and a product, using a radio frequency tag in communication with the product, a radio frequency reader, and a computing device. A motion of the user detected by the radio frequency tag is used to generate a signal containing level of motion, which is utilized by the computing device to determine a level of user interaction and generate marketing information. Marketing information about how to use the product in a recipe is sent to the user interface device.
RFID loss-prevention based on transition risk
An RFID loss-prevention system (LPS) may monitor RFID-tagged items in a facility. An RFID reader transmits a first inventory command configured to cause tags in a first state to respond, receive a reply from a first tag, determine that the first tag has a low transition risk, and cause the first tag to switch to a second state. The reader may also receive a reply from a second tag, determine that the second tag has a high transition risk, and cause the second tag to remain in the first state. The reader may then transmit a second inventory command configured to cause tags in the first state to respond, receive a reply from the second tag in response to the second inventory command, determine that the second tag has inappropriately exited the facility, and issue an alert.
NFC ENHANCED AUGMENTED REALITY INFORMATION OVERLAYS
Various embodiments are directed to overlaying relevant product information in augmented reality via the use of near-field communication (NFC) and a product selection system. A user may authenticate into an application or user profile. Information about the user in the user profile may be used to determine which products are relevant to the user. Information related to the relevant products may then be displayed to the user in augmented reality, which improves at least the overall shopping and in-store experience.
SHARED CONTROLLER FOR SYSTEM WITH MULTIPLE NFC READERS
This disclosure relates to systems with multiple NFC front ends and at least one shared controller. One disclosed system includes a first discrete device having a first near field communication (NFC) controller, a second discrete device having a second NFC controller, a communicative connection between the first discrete device and the second discrete device, and a system controller located on the first discrete device. The system controller is communicatively connected to the first NFC controller. The system controller is connected to the second NFC controller via the communicative connection. In specific approaches, the second discrete device can include a display which is also controlled by the system controller, and the system controller is NCI compliant and application aware. In specific approaches, the system controller can control the second NFC controller based on the content concurrently being provided to the display.
Intelligent tracking system and methods and systems therefor
An intelligent tracking system generally includes one or more tracking devices, some of which may be passive tracking devices. Each passive tracking device includes one or more transceivers and is energized by an energizing signal. Some of these passive tracking devices may operate in a first communication mode or a second communication mode based on the energizing signal. Some tracking devices may include encryption modules or authentication modules. Some of these devices may incorporate a bulk acoustic wave oscillator.
Method and system for conducting transactions using electronic chip
A method and a system for conducting a transaction using an electronic chip are provided. One or more details of a plurality of payment modes and a first authentication parameter are stored in the electronic chip. The electronic chip receives an authentication request including a second authentication parameter from a terminal device when the transaction is initiated at the terminal device. The electronic chip compares the first and second authentication parameters, and communicates an authentication response including one or more details of a first payment mode of the plurality of payment modes to the terminal device based on a match between the first authentication parameter and the second authentication parameter. The transaction is processed based on the authentication response.
Construction site safety management apparatus
A construction site safety management apparatus which is wirelessly communicatively connected with a positioning device or a distance measuring device, the apparatus including a recognition unit for appropriately recognizing respectively mutual positions among the one or more construction machines and, the installation objects or the workers, based on positional information transmitted from the positioning devices and/or distance information transmitted from the distance measuring devices, and a judgement unit for judging mutual proximity among the one or more construction machine and, the installation objects or the workers, based on roles of the installation object and/or the workers preliminarily set for the said one or more of the construction machines, while searching said recognized mutual positions among the one or more construction machine and, the installation objects or the workers, thereby performing centralized control of safety of the construction site.
