Combination wristband and label form
A combination wristband and label form has a front sheet with a top portion having labels; and a bottom portion having a wristband die cut therein. A portion of the wristband is configured to receive indicia. The form additionally includes a backing sheet comprising a release liner. The wristband has a central portion with a centerline therethrough, separating the central portion into an upper section and a lower section. A first arm portion extends from the upper section in a first direction and a second arm portion extends from the lower section in a second direction. The first and second arm portions have first and second lateral ends, respectively, and the lateral ends each have a respective adhesive area. Removal of the wristband from the form exposes an area of the release liner which is devoid of any voids. The wristband is formed of a single-ply of water-resistant material.
Combination wristband and label form
A combination wristband and label form has a first sheet and a backing. The first sheet has a top portion with a plurality of die cut labels, and each of the labels is removable from the form. The first sheet also has a bottom portion comprising a release liner having a release material. The backing has a top portion with a release liner having a release material and a bottom portion having wristband configured to receive an indicia. The wristband is separable from the form and is formed of a single ply of water-resistant and tamper-resistant material. The wristband has a first lateral end and a second lateral end extending outwardly from a central portion, and a fraction of the central portion is a label die cut into the first sheet top portion. The first lateral end has an adhesive area and the second lateral end has perforations without adhesive.
UNSEALING INDICATION STRUCTURE OF COUNTERFEIT TAPE
An unsealing indication structure of a counterfeit tape includes: a substrate layer, being a plastic sheet; and an adhesive layer, adhered to the backside of the substrate layer. The adhesive layer is adhered to a sealed object and has a tensile tension smaller than an adhesive force between the adhesive layer and the sealed object, so that when an external force greater than the adhesive force is acted between the adhesive layer and the sealed object, the substrate layer is deformed to produce a wrinkle, and the unsealed counterfeit tape shows a multi-indication status and provides an excellent effect of observability. In addition, no substance or mark of the adhesive remains on the sealed object, and the unsealed counterfeit tape may be adhered to the sealed object again for further use after it is torn and opened, so as to provide a convenient and economic sealing operation.
ANTI-COUNTERFEIT LABEL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
An anti-counterfeit label and a manufacturing method therefor. The anti-counterfeit label is provided with a bottom plate (1). Ink bags (2) filled with anti-counterfeit ink are disposed on the bottom plate (1). More than two ink bags (2) are arranged to form an anti-counterfeit pattern. A cover plate (3) is disposed at upper parts of the ink bags (2). The thickness of the bottom plate (1) is 0.2 to 2.0 mm. The depths of the ink bags (2) on the bottom plate (1) are 0.019 to 1.99 mm, The cover plate (3) adopts a plastic film cover plate, the thickness of the cover plate (3) being greater than 0.0001 mm. After the cover plate (3) of the anti-counterfeit label is destroyed, partial or integral information about the label will disappear within a period of time, thereby resolving the problems of high anti-counterfeit cost and complicated query means, and effectively preventing counterfeiters from counterfeiting in batches by using second-hand product packing.
STRUCTURE FOR PREVENTING COUNTERFEIT, FALSIFICATION OR REUSE, AND METHOD FOR DISCRIMINATING COUNTERFEIT, FALSIFICATION OR REUSE USING THE SAME
Disclosed is a structure for preventing counterfeit, falsification or reuse, including a metal layer, a photoconversion pattern layer including a plurality of photoconverting nanoparticles formed on the metal layer, a metal pattern layer placed on the metal layer and the photoconversion pattern layer, and an adhesive film placed on the metal pattern layer. Accordingly, the structure for preventing counterfeit, falsification or reuse according to the present disclosure allows a pattern indicating a genuine product to be easily identified with an eye through infrared light irradiation, and is fundamentally impossible to re-assemble after deformation of the structure caused by disassembly of a packaging container, thereby preventing counterfeit, falsification or reuse.
EASILY PEELABLE LAMINATE LABEL, PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF, USAGE METHOD THEREOF, ADHEREND WITH EASILY PEELABLE LAMINATE LABEL, AND OPENING DETERMINATION METHOD
The present invention provides an easily peelable laminate label including a base layer A, a brittle layer B, a visually recognizable layer C, an inhibition layer D, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer E; the brittle layer B, the visually recognizable layer C, and the inhibition layer D being laminated in this order between the base layer A and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer E; the brittle layer B and the visually recognizable layer C being in contact with each other, the visually recognizable layer C and the inhibition layer D being in contact with each other, the inhibition layer D being disposed in a discontinuous pattern; and a form of failure when the easily peelable laminate label is subjected to 180 peeling being delamination and/or adhesive failure at an interface between the inhibition layer D and the layer in contact with the inhibition layer D.
SELF-DESTRUCTIVE DOCUMENTS FOR INFORMATION SECURITY AND PRIVACY PROTECTION
The inventor here discloses destructive (self-destructing) documents useful for the protection of confidential information. The invention comprises a document which can be easily and instantly broken down into dozens of individual components, hence obliterating any information contained thereon. As the self-destruction of the document requires no extraneous equipment for destruction and guarantees elimination of readable data, the invention represents a vast improvement over the state of the art. Numerous embodiments of the document of the invention specialized for different applications are illustrated and described.

AUTHENTICATION AND LOGISTICS LABEL AND ASSOCIATED METHOD
A label construction including a substrate has a first and second opposite side. The substrate includes a layer of microporous film and a layer of elastomeric film. The layer of microporous film and the layer of elastomeric film are laminated together. The label construction further includes one or more layers of functional materials disposed on either or both of the first and second sides of the substrate.
CUTTING PLOTTER FILM WITH ANTI-COUNTERFEIT EFFECT
A cutting plotter film with anti-counterfeit effect includes: a heat-resistant layer; a stripe-embossed layer having releasing property and bonded on the heat-resistant layer, the stripe-embossed layer being formed with a stripe-embossed surface; a character film layer disposed on the stripe-embossed surface of the stripe-embossed layer, having a contact surface in contact with the stripe-embossed surface, the contact surface being formed with anti-counterfeit stripes; and a heat bonding layer disposed on the character film layer. Figures/characters are cut/engraved on the character film layer and the heat bonding layer. The cutting plotter film is placed on a product and heated to transfer and adhere the figures/characters onto the product.
