Systems and methods for messaging using contextual information are provided. For example, an apparatus for messaging using contextual information includes a processor and a memory. The memory includes computer program code. The computer program code is configured to cause the processor of the apparatus to determine a temporal element from user-submitted text. The computer program code is further configured to cause the processor of the apparatus to analyze traffic data or route data, or a combination thereof, based on the temporal element. The computer program code is further configured to cause the processor of the apparatus to provide for a display of a modification to the user-submitted text based on the analysis. The modification corresponds to the temporal element.
STRANDED MOTORIST ASSISTANCE SYSTEM
A help system is provided for a vehicle occupant who carries a mobile communication device. The vehicle has a transceiver providing two-way wireless telecommunication and which detects a loss-of-signal condition. A powertrain system provides vehicle movement and is configured for reckoning a path traversed by the vehicle. The help system includes a guidance controller and an interface adapted to connect to the mobile communication device. The guidance controller is configured to A) identify a crossing point when the transceiver detects an initiation of the loss-of-signal condition, B) store a breadcrumb route for returning to the crossing point based on the reckoned path, C) detect a stranded condition of the vehicle during the loss-of-signal condition, D) generate guidance instructions including the breadcrumb route from the vehicle back to the crossing point when the stranded condition is detected, and E) transfer the guidance instructions to the mobile communication device.
METHOD OF RECOMMENDING INFORMATION, ELECTRONIC DEVICE, AND STORAGE MEDIUM

The present disclosure provides methods and systems for predicting a trip intent or destination while a user is traveling along a route. The method may comprise: (a) receiving a starting geographic location of the route and data about an identity of the user; (b) retrieving a trained classifier based at least in part on the data about the identity of the user; (c) using the trained classifier to predict the trip intent or destination based on the starting geographic location; and (d) while the user is traveling in a terrestrial vehicle along at least a portion of said route, presenting one or more transactional options to the user on an electronic device, wherein the one or more transactional options are identified based on the trip intent or destination predicted in (c).
Mobile entity interaction countdown and display
Sensor data captured by one or more sensors coupled to a first entity are received by an apparatus. The sensor data comprises a location of the first entity or representation of surroundings of the first entity. Based at least in part on the sensor data, a second entity is identified. Based at least in part on trajectories along which the first and second entities are respectively traveling, it is expected that the second entity will enter a zone defined around the first entity. Based at least in part on the sensor data, an amount of time until the second entity will enter the zone is determined. The amount of time until the second entity will enter the zone is provided as (a) input to a navigation function and/or (b) to be displayed as a countdown via a display element and/or speaker element of the first entity.

The present disclosure provides a ride-hailing method and apparatus, an electronic device and a readable storage medium, and relates to the field of artificial intelligence technologies such as intelligent transportation and deep learning. The ride-hailing method includes: acquiring a rapid ride-hailing request, the rapid ride-hailing request including a departure position and a destination position of a user; determining a target pick-up point according to the departure position and the destination position; obtaining an arrival time from the departure position to the target pick-up point; and outputting the target pick-up point and path planning information from the departure position to the target pick-up point when a target region where the target pick-up point is located is determined as an easy ride-hailing region according to the arrival time. According to the present disclosure, users' ride-hailing time can be reduced, and the users' ride-hailing efficiency can be improved.

The travel route planning method includes obtaining a start place, a destination, and travel preference conditions; determining a plurality of route planning methods corresponding to the travel preference conditions, each route planning method having route planning constraint conditions corresponding to the travel preference conditions; performing route planning using each route planning method based on the route planning constraint conditions corresponding to the corresponding route planning method, the start place, and the destination, to obtain a candidate route set planned; and performing route deduplication on the candidate route set to obtain a travel route set.
System and method for generating origin-independent access maps
A method includes: selecting a set of access points in a focus zone that identifies an area around the travel destination; determining access paths through one or more access points in the set of selected access points; listing crossings that the access paths pass through; for each of the listed crossings: determining a probability that the listed crossing is passed through by an access path; determining at least one complexity score of the listed crossing; determining a set of points of interest (POIs) along access paths passing through the listed crossing; and determining quality scores for the POIs, respectively, the quality score of one of the POIs reflecting a utility of that one of the POIs to facilitate orientation; selecting POIs from the set of POIs based on the quality scores; generating the access map including the access paths and the selected POIs; and outputting the access map.
Mapping application with transit mode
Some embodiments provide a mapping application that displays a transit map including a group of transit lines. The mapping application receives a request to display a transit route in the transit map.
