20230026732 · 2023-01-26 ·

A first optical measurement of tissue with a first optical device is initiated. The first optical measurement includes a first shallow optical reading and a first deeper optical reading. A second optical measurement of the tissue with a second optical device spaced is initiated. The second optical device is spaced apart from the first optical device. The second optical measurement includes a second shallow optical reading and a second deeper optical reading. A first difference value between the first shallow optical reading and the first deeper optical reading is determined. A second difference value between the second shallow optical reading and the second deeper optical reading is determined. A large vessel occlusion (LVO) alert is generated when a ratio of the first difference value to the second difference value is larger than a threshold value.

OFF-ROAD ACTIVITY TRACKER

Disclosed embodiments include systems, vehicles, and methods for tracking off-road travel. In an illustrative embodiment, a system includes a computing device having computer-readable media storing computer-executable instructions configured to cause the computing device to monitor a vehicle location. The vehicle location is identified on map data for an area encompassing the location and including road data for recognized roads in the area. Off-road travel is detected in response to determining that the vehicle location is outside of the recognized roads. Travel data is recorded representing the off-road travel of the vehicle.

A data processing unit is provided as a unit that generates traveling section display data that has section information indicating an autonomous driving section and a manual driving section on a traveling route of a vehicle and further generates display data that has information set to indicate offerability of a remote driving assistance service of a control center as additional information associated with a traveling position included in the traveling section display data. The data processing unit generates display data that has an icon which indicates offerability of the remote driving assistance service and which is set in association with a traveling position according to the traveling section display data.

VEHICULAR TELEMATIC SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR GENERATING INTERACTIVE ANIMATED GUIDED USER INTERFACES

Telematics systems and methods are described for generating interactive animated guided user interfaces (GUIs). A telematics cloud platform is configured to receive vehicular telematics data from a telematics device onboard a vehicle. A GUI value compression component determines, based on the vehicular telematics data, a plurality of GUI position values and a plurality of corresponding GUI time values. A geospatial animation app receives the plurality of GUI position values and the plurality of corresponding GUI time values. The geospatial animation app implements an interactive animated GUI that renders a plurality of geospatial graphics or graphical routes on a geographic area map via a display device. The geospatial graphics or graphical routes are rendered to have different visual forms based on differences between respective GUI position values and corresponding GUI time values.

Map change detection

The present technology provides systems, methods, and devices that can update aspects of a map as an autonomous vehicle navigates a route, and therefore avoids the need for dispatching a special purpose mapping vehicle for these updates. As the autonomous vehicle navigates the route, data captured by at least one sensor of an autonomous vehicle can indicate an inconsistency between pre-mapped from a high-resolution sensor system describing a location on a map, and current data describing a new feature of the location. The current data can be clustered together based on a threshold spatial closeness, where the clustering describes the new feature, and semantic labels of the pre-mapped data from the high-resolution sensor system can be updated based on the new feature described by the clustered current data.

Suggesting a route based on desired amount of driver interaction

Aspects of the disclosure relate generally to generating and providing route options for an autonomous vehicle. For example, a user may identify a destination, and in response the vehicle's computer may provide routing options to the user. The routing options may be based on typical navigating considerations such as the total travel time, travel distance, fuel economy, etc. Each routing option may include not only an estimated total time, but also information regarding whether and which portions of the route may be maneuvered under the control of the vehicle alone (fully autonomous), a combination of the vehicle and the driver (semiautonomous), or the driver alone. The time of the longest stretch of driving associated with the autonomous mode as well as map information indicating portions of the routes associated with the type of maneuvering control may also be provided.
