On-site Rapid Quantification of Tetrahydrocannabinol
Aspects of the present disclosure provide devices and methods for rapid, quantitative, on-site detection of controlled substances. Devices include a sample processing module and a sensor cartridge, and optionally a detection cradle.
CONSUMER OPERATED ANALYSIS OF CANNABIS BASED PRODUCTS AND OTHER PRODUCTS, RELATED DATA PROCESSING, SYSTEMS AND METHODS THEREOF
A system for analyzing a Cannabis product, comprising: (1) at least one detecting unit; the unit comprising (i) at least one detector; and (ii) at least one detection/sensor/sensing source; (iii) a computer readable medium (CRM), configured to process the detection results; (2) a processing unit, configured to read the detection results; (3) a communication unit, configured to transmit the results; (4) an analysis database; and (5) an analysis unit, configured to analyses the product results and compare the results to the database; wherein the system provides a report, disclosing the quality of the sample.
Particle-based drug detection method and device embodiments
Disclosed herein are embodiments of methods for detecting the presence of and amount of drugs in a sample, particularly a particle sample obtained from a subject. In particular disclosed embodiments, the particle samples are skin particle samples, saliva particle samples, and/or mucous samples isolated from a subject and analyzed using thermal desorption methods combined with a selected detection method.
Nanostructure-based cannabinoid sensor
A device for detection of tetrahydrocannabinol or THC in a sample includes a sensor including a substrate and a sensor medium on the substrate. The sensor medium includes at least one nanostructure, wherein at least one property of the sensor medium is dependent upon the presence of THC on a surface of the sensor medium. The device further includes electronic circuitry including at least one measurement system in operative connection with the sensor to measure a variable relatable to the at least one property of the sensor medium dependent upon the presence of THC.
Analyte detection from breath samples
Systems and techniques for collecting and analyzing breath samples to detect one or more target analytes are disclosed.
Antibodies to olanzapine haptens and use thereof
Disclosed is an antibody which binds to olanzapine, which can be used to detect olanzapine in a sample such as in a competitive immunoassay method. The antibody can be used in a lateral flow assay device for point-of-care detection of olanzapine, including multiplex detection of aripiprazole, olanzapine, quetiapine, and risperidone in a single lateral flow assay device.
METHOD OF TESTING TEARS AS A BIOMARKER FOR CANNABINOIDS
A method of obtaining and processing a tear sample from an individual, includingobtaining a sample of tears from an individual by use of a flexible tapered polymer structure having opening at a distal end thereof, the opening having a diameter of less than 1 millimeter and placing the distal end of the flexible tapered polymer structure into contact with the tears adjacent the eye and applying negative pressure to the flexible tapered polymer structure. The method further includes buffering the sample of tears by addition of a buffering solution, analyzing the sample of tears to identify cannabinoids within the sample of tears; and presenting results of analysis of the sample of tears.
Detection apparatus for detecting analyte in a liquid sample and method thereof
The present invention discloses a detection apparatus, comprising a base layer, wherein the base layer comprises a groove for containing a testing element and a sample chamber for collecting a fluid sample. The detection apparatus can achieve fast, efficient and accurate detection of analytes in liquid samples, make operators to perform testing conveniently and freely, without causing incorrect results. In some preferred modes, the sample chamber comprises a liquid channel.
Systems and Methods for Pesticide Detection
This disclosure provides quantitative, rapid, and reliable LC-MS/MS methods for analyzing panels of pesticides and mycotoxins in various samples, including very hydrophobic and chlorinated compounds normally analyzed on a GC-MS/MS system. The methods can be carried out using a single instrument and can detect and quantify levels of the pesticides and mycotoxins that are well below action limits specified by U.S. states (e.g., California) and other countries (e.g., Canada) for these compounds in cannabis products.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR DETECTING SUBSTANCES USING SUBSTANCE DETECTION ROUTINES
Methods and devices for sampling, processing and identifying use of a substance or substances of abuse are provided. Systems and kits for sampling, processing and identifying acute use of a substance of abuse is also provided.
