The light source portion includes a circuit board and a light source. A first end of the circuit board is disposed on the first surface, and a second end of the circuit board is disposed on the light guide plate. The circuit board is obliquely disposed on the sealant and the light guide plate.
Backlight module with sealant covering gaps and display device comprising same
The disclosure provides a backlight module and a display device. The backlight module includes an outer housing, wherein the outer housing includes a first housing and a second housing vertically connected to a periphery of the first housing. The first housing and the second housing encircle to form a cavity. The backlight module further includes a first brightness enhancement film (BEF) disposed on the cavity, wherein the first BEF extends to the second housing. A lateral side of the first BEF near the first housing is aligned with an outer side of the second housing.
Lighting module and display device
A lighting module includes a circuit board, a light emitting diode, a light guide plate, and a waterproof adhesive. The circuit board has an insulating layer, a metal layer, and a circuit layer. The insulating layer is interposed between the metal layer and the circuit layer. The metal layer has an opening exposing a portion of the insulating layer. The light emitting diode has a light emitting surface and a non-light emitting surface facing the metal layer. The light guide plate is parallel or substantially parallel to the circuit board and is adjacent to the light emitting surface of the light emitting diode. An optical axis of the light emitting diode coincides with or substantially coincides with a symmetry axis of the light guide plate. The portion of the insulating layer is adhered to the light guide plate through the waterproof adhesive.
OPTICAL WAVEGUIDE
In various embodiments, the disclosed subject-matter includes an optical waveguide for a look-through display is disclosed. The optical waveguide includes a light guiding layer and an anti-contaminant layer. The anti-contaminant layer has substantially no impact on the total internal reflection of light at an interface of the light guiding layer. Other devices and apparatuses are also disclosed.
Systems and methods for electromagnetic interference absorptive brushes
In some implementations, a device may include a first flexible barrier that is configured to prevent dust from passing through a cable slot of a network device. The device may further include a second flexible barrier that is configured to absorb at least a portion of an amount of electromagnetic energy generated by the network device.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR OPTICAL SENSOR PROTECTION
The present disclosure relates to an optical sensor protection system. The system may have a sensor for receiving an incoming optical signal, a passive sensing and modulation component, and an active sensing and modulation subsystem. The passive sensing and modulation component is configured to sense when a first characteristic is associated with the incoming optical signal is present that adversely affects operation of the sensor, and redirects at least a portion of the incoming optical signal thereof away from the sensor to thus reduce an intensity of the incoming optical signal reaching the sensor. The sensor is located on an image plane downstream of the ISM subsystem, relative to a path of travel of the incoming optical signal. The active sensing and modulation subsystem has an active modulation component and is located upstream of the passive sensing and modulation component, relative to the path of travel of the incoming optical signal, and is also located on a conjugate image plane, and is configured to use the redirected portion of the incoming optical signal as feedback in controlling a modification of the incoming optical signal to reduce a risk of damage to the passive sensing and modulation component.
Backlight module and display device using the same
The present disclosure provides a backlight module, including a substrate, a plurality of light-emitting elements, a protective layer and a plurality of first dots. These light-emitting elements are disposed on the substrate. The protective layer is disposed on the substrate and the light-emitting elements, the protective layer has an upper surface and a lower surface opposite to the upper surface, and the upper surface of the protective layer is flat. The first dots are disposed on the upper surface of the protective layer and cover the light-emitting elements. A vertical projection area of each of the first dots on the substrate is larger than a vertical projection area of each of the light-emitting elements on the substrate, so as to reduce the thickness of the backlight module and reduce the dots alignment process.
Image light guide with circular polarizer
An imaging apparatus for conveying a virtual image superimposed within a view of an ambient environment has a waveguide having first and second surfaces. An in-coupling diffractive optic on one of the planar surfaces is disposed to direct image-bearing light beams into the waveguide. An out-coupling diffractive optic on one of the planar surfaces of the waveguide is disposed to direct the image-bearing light beams from the waveguide toward a viewer eyebox. An outer cover protects as least part of the waveguide from undesirable environmental influences of an ambient environment while supporting views of the ambient environment from the eyebox. A circular polarizer interposed between waveguide and the outer cover blocks the return of stray light into the waveguide.
Optical fiber adapter with shutter assembly
A shutter assembly for a dual polarity fiber optic adapter is provided. The shutter assembly disposed in the dual polarity fiber optic adapter may eliminate dust accumulation and obstruct light beams emission, thus preventing eyes from a user from exposure to the light beams. Furthermore, an extending tab formed in the dual polarity fiber optic adapter may also prevent misplacement of fiber optic connector during installation.
Display device
A display device is provided and includes a display panel comprising a substrate; a case provided on a back side of the substrate, the case having an outer surface; and a flexible wiring board, one end of which is connected to a top surface of the substrate, curved along the outer surface of the case; wherein the flexible wiring board is fixed to a side surface of the substrate and the outer surface of the case with an adhesive.
