A system is provided for displaying information related to a task in a chronological chat format. The system may include a memory, a processor configured to execute instructions stored within the memory, a network interface communicatively coupled to a network, a task database having records for a plurality of tasks, and a display that allows selection of a task record from the plurality of tasks. The display displays chat information obtained from the task record along with task-related data, such as customer data, received over the network interface in real time. The display may also allow selection of other individuals related to the task to participate in a chat session. The task-related data includes both textual data and attached file information.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR UTILIZING CHECKLISTS FOR LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT IN A CASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Case management systems and techniques are disclosed. Specifically, embodiments of the case management systems and methods disclosed herein utilize checklists to manage the lifecycle of the cases of the case management system.
DECENTRALIZED RIDESHARING SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MATCHING VEHICLES WITH USERS
Decentralized ridesharing systems and methods for assigning a user request to a particular registered vehicle. The method includes organizing a geographic area into a plurality of geographic zones, each of the plurality of geographic zones serviced by a corresponding regional server, each regional server monitoring a location and a passenger status of one or more registered vehicles within a corresponding geographic zone, and allocating dispatching and ridesharing tasks between the regional servers and the one or more registered vehicles within each of the geographic zones, wherein the regional servers and the one or more registered vehicles are each equipped with decision-making modules powered by a graph neural network with reinforcement learning.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PROVIDING COUNSELING SERVICE
Provided are a method and apparatus for providing a counseling service. A method of operating a counseling center server interworking with an instant messaging service includes providing a profile of at least one expert account for counseling linked to a channel of a second user to a terminal of a first user, identifying an initiation condition for a counseling ticket for counseling with a first expert account, creating a counseling ticket to be allocated to the first expert account, and transmitting counseling content through a chat room for counseling of the channel in which the first expert account and an account of the first user participate.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR REAL TIME WORKLOAD BALANCING
A method and system for generating real time workload balancing recommendations comprising receiving transition data, medical data, and staffing data; determining a transition probability for each of a plurality of patients; determining a predicted workload to be generated by each of the plurality of patients; simulating the predicted workload to be generated by each of the plurality of patients, the future workload for each of a plurality of units in the hospital; generating staffing recommendations; and displaying the generated staffing recommendations on a user display of the workload balancing system.
METHOD AND SERVER FOR PROVIDING SERVICE TO A CLIENT FROM AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR
A technique for connecting independent contractors to clients is described. A server receives, from a first contractor device, a request to add a first independent contractor to a database including a plurality of independent contractors. The server prompts the first contractor device for information descriptive of the first independent contractor including an hourly wage for the first independent contractor. The server receives the information and adds the first independent contractor to the database and the plurality of independent contractors. The server receives, from a client device, a request to view at least a portion of the plurality of independent contractors. The server sends the client device at least the portion of the plurality of independent contractors and respective information for each independent contractor included in the portion of the plurality of independent contractors, wherein the portion of the plurality of independent contractors includes the first independent contractor.
Management of tasks
A method, computer program and apparatus is disclosed. The method, performed by one or more processors, may comprise receiving, from one or more predetermined organizations, datasets representing entities and datasets representing one or more tasks for those entities and storing in a database, in accordance with an ontology which is common to the organizations, the received one or more datasets as data objects, the ontology defining properties of data objects and relationships between the data objects. The method may also comprise mapping the data objects stored in the database to the organization from which the one or more datasets were received and receiving, through a querying application, a query from a user of one of the predetermined organizations to view one or more data objects relating to a task. The method may also comprise identifying the organization to which the user is associated, generating, based on the mapping, a view including at least the one or more task data objects associated with the identified organization and not data objects associated with other organizations and displaying the view on a user interface.
Methods and systems for task execution in a workplace
According to the embodiments illustrated herein, a method is disclosed. The method comprises receiving, by a computing device comprising a processor, an input from an operator device, wherein the input facilitates determining a task to be performed. Further, the method comprises activating, by the computing device, a first light device associated with a first location in a workplace in response to receiving the input, wherein the first location is associated with the task to be performed. Furthermore, the method comprises receiving, by the computing device, a first voice input from the operator device, indicative of an exception encountered during execution of the task. Additionally, the method includes modifying the task, in response to determining that the first voice input is indicative of the exception encountered during execution of the task.
Decentralized robot cooperation platform
Systems and methods of the present disclosure leverage distributed ledger technology (DLT) to provide decentralized control of cooperative tasks performed by a plurality of robots. Characteristics of the plurality of robots may be stored in a distribute ledger, which may be provided by a blockchain or a distributed database system. When a service request is received, a set of tasks may be identified for providing the requested service and the robot characteristics recorded to the distributed ledger may be used to identify a list of candidate robots possessing characteristics corresponding to the set of tasks may be identified. A smart contract may be utilized to select one or more candidate robots for performing the task and to verify the selected robot(s) successfully completed the task. State information associated with operation of the selected robot(s) may be monitored to verify task completion.
Utilizing machine learning models to aggregate applications and users with events associated with the applications
A device may receive data that identifies applications utilized by users, databases utilized by the applications, and the users, and may process the received data, with first models, to determine context data that matches the users and events associated with the applications, and task data that identifies tasks to be performed by the users in response to the events. The device may process the received data and the context data, with a second model, to generate role data that identifies user interfaces utilized by the users to access the applications, and credentials of the users, and may process the context data, the task data, and the role data, with a third model, to generate persona data that identifies personas, and assignment data that assigns each of the users to one of the personas. The device may perform actions based on the persona data and the assignment data.
