Providing enhanced functionality in an interactive electronic technical manual

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide methods, apparatus, systems, computer program products for transferring a performance of a procedure found in technical documentation for an item via an interactive electronic technical manual system (IETM) configured to provide electronic and credentialed access to the technical documentation. In one embodiment, a method is provided comprising: providing the steps of the procedure in an order in which the steps are to be carried out; and while a user is participating in the performance of the procedure: causing a particular step that is being carried out to be highlighted; receiving input of a selection of a transfer mechanism and in response: causing an indication to be displayed between the particular step and a next step to be carried out identifying where the performance has been suspended; providing a transfer window displaying transfer information; and recording the transfer information and an identifier for the indication.

Automated robotic pre-staging of prioritized pick up orders for non-notifying customers of a retail store

Examples provide a system and method for managing non-notifying customer orders for pickup. An order manager component identifies orders received from customers that typically do not provide advance notification prior to arrival at an order pickup location. A prioritization component assigns a priority to each order based on a per-customer confidence level. Customers providing notification and new customers receive the highest priority. Non-notifying customers having consistent pickup times associated with a threshold minimum number of previous orders receive a second highest priority. Non-notifying customers having inconsistent pickup arrival times and/or fewer than the threshold number of previous orders receive lower priority. A routing schedule is generated for pre-staging the orders based on the assigned priorities, pre-staging area capacity, and/or bot capacity. Totes are moved to the prestaging area based on instructions provided in the routing schedule.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR GENERATING A DATA TABLE FOR A PROVIDER

A system for generating a data table of transports for a provider includes a computing device configured to receive a carrier request on a server, wherein the carrier request includes a transport datum of at least one transport. The computing device is configured to generate a transport optimizer. The transport optimizer provides a transport request as a function of the carrier request and provider resource datum. The computing device is configured to receive an electronic acknowledgement from a provider, wherein the electronic acknowledgement includes an electronic communication from a computing device of a provider acknowledging the transport time is confirmed by the provider. The computing device is configured to update a provider data table as a function of the electronic acknowledgement, wherein the provider data table includes a table of confirmed transports and resource status datums for a provider.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICE FOR SUGGESTING A RESPONSE TO A RECEIVED MESSAGE

A third-party service may be used to assist entities in responding to requests of users by determining a suggested response to a received communication. The third party service may receive a request from a first entity, such as via an application programming interface request, that includes a message in a conversation. A conversation feature vector may be computed by processing the message with a first neural network. A suggested respond to the message may be determined by processing the conversation feature vector with a second neural network. The third-party service may then return the suggested response for use in the conversation. The third-party service may similarly be used to assist other entities in responding to requests of users.

NETWORK COMPUTER SYSTEM TO POSITION TRANSPORT PROVIDERS USING PROVISIONING LEVEL DETERMINATIONS
20230215276 · 2023-07-06 ·

A computer system operates to receive transport service requests from computing devices of requesters within a geographic region. The system matches each transport service request with an available transport provider operating a service vehicle within the geographic region, and determines a location bias for a first transport provider that operates a corresponding vehicle within the geographic region, the location bias being associated with a preferred location of the first transport provider. The system may then match the first transport provider to a transport service request based on (i) the location bias of the first transport provider, and (ii) a destination of the transport service request which, upon fulfilling the transport service request, results in the first transport provider being positioned to arrive at the preferred location within a future time interval.

Travel coordination system implementing pick-up location optimization

A computing system can implement pick-up location optimization by receiving trip requests and location data from computing devices of users and determining a specified region in which each requesting user is located. Each region can be associated with a plurality of eligible pickup locations. The computing system can score each of a plurality of eligible pickup locations based, at least in part, on (i) ETAs of vehicles to the pickup locations, and (ii) an amount of reduced time for utilizing each pickup location as opposed to the current location of the requesting user or a pick-up location specified by the requesting user. Based on the scoring, the computing system may then select (i) a trip pickup location to initiate the trip request, and (ii) a selected vehicle from the set of candidate vehicles to service the trip request.

MANAGEMENT SERVER

A management server enables a user to make a dish on a selected date and time and a selected space designated by a company. A user information management unit manages user information including confirmation information and profile information; a company information management unit manages company information including information regarding a space; a recipe determination unit determines a recipe of the dish on the basis of the user information and the company information; an ordering unit orders at least one of an ingredient and a seasoning for making the dish on the basis of the recipe; and a content management unit manages content related to the recipe to be provided to the user. The confirmation information of the user indicates the selected space and the selected date and time, and the information regarding the designated space includes constraint information regarding use of the space.

Network computer system to position transport providers using provisioning level determinations

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ENHANCED CALL PROGRESS ANALYSIS UTILIZING DUAL-PRONG ANALYSIS
