DYNAMICALLY UPDATING RESOURCE ALLOCATION TOOL
20230049160 · 2023-02-16 · ·

An allocator tool represents work items in project. Work items may have an associated ID, status, cross-reference to child tasks to be complete before a work item may be complete, a child status of what resource the child is assigned, a sequence ID to indicate in which order a resource is going to work on a work items, and an expectation of how long it will take to do each work item. A calendar aspect of the allocator tool may track when work items are to be performed. Calendar entries may employ formulas/logic/AI to determine whether or not on that date for that work item a resource will be working on a task. Calendar gaps (idle time) may be identified and work items rearranged or reassigned to minimize gaps. Artificial Intelligence may perform calendar gap identification and remediation.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR UTILIZING CHECKLISTS FOR LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT IN A CASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Case management systems and techniques are disclosed. Specifically, embodiments of the case management systems and methods disclosed herein utilize checklists to manage the lifecycle of the cases of the case management system.

INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS, INFORMATION PROCESSING SYSTEM, NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER READABLE MEDIUM, AND INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD

An information processing apparatus includes a processor configured to: obtain a video and an instruction to generate a still image from the video, the video being a video in which a work target is photographed, the work target being a target on which to work; generate the still image in response to the instruction, the still image being cut from the video including the work target; specify the work target in the video, position information, and a superimposition area by using the still image, the position information describing a position of the work target, the superimposition area being an area in which an image is superimposed, the image being obtained by using the position of the work target as a reference; receive instruction information indicating an instruction for work on the work target; and superimpose and display an instruction image in the superimposition area in the video, the instruction image being an image according to the instruction information.

ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION SYSTEM FOR MANAGING HUMAN AND ROBOTIC TASKS
20230050430 · 2023-02-16 ·

Improved techniques for combining human tasks and robotic tasks in an organized manner to define an automation workflow process. A workflow process platform can assist a developer in creating an automation workflow process, and/or manage performance of an automation workflow process. The improved techniques enable a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) system to support programmatically combining various robotic tasks with human actions to provide an interrelated relationship of both human tasks and automated tasks.

Method for operating a cleaning system

A method for operating a cleaning system that comprises at least one self-traveling cleaning device that travels in an environment based on an environment map and carries out cleaning activities. The cleaning device accesses a database, in which multiple cleaning activities are stored. A user accesses the database and defines in advance at least one randomly occurring event, depending on the occurrence of which at least one certain cleaning activity is carried out. The user defines an event-dependent activity scenario and the activity scenario is carried out upon the subsequent occurrence of the defined event. At least one cleaning activity is also scheduled time-dependently, and predefined rules determine whether only the event-dependent activity scenario or only the time-dependently scheduled cleaning activity is carried out if the time of an occurrence of a defined event falls short of a predefined minimum time interval.

Engineering support system, engineering support method, client device, and storage medium

An engineering support system that supports engineering of a process control system, the engineering support system includes: a server device that creates a work list including work order information that specifies a work order of work included in the process control system; and at least one client device that gives work authority to each worker based on the work list issued by the server device and that enables work on devices included in the process control system within a scope of given work authority to be implemented in the work order.

Systems and methods for state machine management

A case management system is configured to provide one or more case generation and management functions. As configured, the case management system enables a user to define a workflow, the workflow including one or more states, one or more operations which may be performed at the one or more states, and one or more transitions corresponding to the operations and defining a sequence of the states; to generate and configure a state machine; to receive a workflow identifier to assign to the state machine; and through a command received from a client device, to open and manage a case based on the configuration of the state machine.

Systems and methods of efficiently performing biological assays

An automated laboratory system for processing biological samples in a batch type manner is disclosed. In one embodiment, the system may receive assay instructions for biological samples processing among a plurality of devices. The devices may include a pre-analytical instrument and one or more analysis systems. The system may include an orchestration core application for determining an order of performance for the assays ordered for the samples.

Methods and systems for task execution in a workplace

According to the embodiments illustrated herein, a method is disclosed. The method comprises receiving, by a computing device comprising a processor, an input from an operator device, wherein the input facilitates determining a task to be performed. Further, the method comprises activating, by the computing device, a first light device associated with a first location in a workplace in response to receiving the input, wherein the first location is associated with the task to be performed. Furthermore, the method comprises receiving, by the computing device, a first voice input from the operator device, indicative of an exception encountered during execution of the task. Additionally, the method includes modifying the task, in response to determining that the first voice input is indicative of the exception encountered during execution of the task.
