System and method for supporting production management
Regardless of the production method applied, it is possible for a user to estimate a factor that causes trouble in one of the resources belonging to a resource type. A supporting system refers to management information indicating a production past record of the production system, and displays an overlay chart in which a diagram chart is relatively superimposed on a Gantt chart. The Gantt chart is a chart for a first resource type and has a resource axis and a time axis. The diagram chart is for a second resource type. In the overlay chart, a polygonal line connecting a plurality of points corresponding to a second resource, belonging to the second resource type, is on the Gantt chart, and each point is plotted at a position corresponding to an execution time of a step and a first resource, belonging to the first resource type, related to the step.
Queue management system
The present invention provides a system that comprises a memory and a queue manager that maintains a virtual queue in the memory for a consumable event, the virtual queue defining a current order of a plurality of agents, and summons one or more agents of the plurality of agents to the consumable event, wherein the queue manager is configured to communicate with a plurality of mobile devices, each mobile device of the plurality of mobile devices associated with an agent of the plurality of agents, wherein the queue manager communicates with each mobile device in order to monitor the associated agent, and wherein the queue manager is configured to dynamically determine when to summon one or more agents of the plurality of agents in the virtual queue to the consumable event based on the monitoring of the plurality of agents.
System and Method of Running an Agent Guide Script-Flow in an Employee Desktop Web Client
In the field of government engagement management, an agent guide or script-flow in an employee desktop web client is implemented. In such a system and method, when agents create interactions with clients they can follow a script-flow which will guide the agent through the interaction through a series of menu selections and automated sets of instructions. This feature of the government engagement management system allows existing customer investment from the rich desktop client or non-web client in developing specific scripts, that can also now function in the web client atmosphere. This system and method also enables an agent to handle calls with the web client more efficiently, and allows agents on the web client to automatically classify.
Scalable order management monitoring
Scalable order event monitoring and handling is provided. A fulfillment process of an order may be represented by a plurality of events corresponding to state or status changes of items included in the order. Consistent hashing is used to track order events to associate events that are tied to a same order to each other and to ensure associated events are distributed to a same general computing device/cluster for tracking purposes, while allowing parallel storage of order events across multiple separate data stores. Additionally, the order process may be represented as a weighted directed graph, which can help track missing events and order transitions efficiently.
Security assessment scheduling tool
A security assessment scheduling tool uses a configuration file that is configurable via a user interface, to specify one or more elements of an application to be analyzed during the scoping process. Further, the security assessment scheduling tool may automatically schedule assessments for large numbers of applications using one or more constraining optimization techniques and/or via modeling the scheduling problem as an RCPSP problem. The security assessment scheduling tool processes the RCPSP problem for a defined period of time and then schedules remaining unscheduled applications within a specified time period thereby allowing the security assessment scheduling tool to schedule assessments of tens of thousands of applications.
Bus Stop Systems and Methods of Scheduling
Methods of providing services to individual and methods of manufacturing items are described. Data structures to represent priority values for those individuals or items are also described. By ascribing priority values to a set of items, those items can be grouped based on those priority values. Once grouped based on priority values, the items within each group can be manufactured according to group priority as well as according to the characteristics of each item to be manufactured within that group. The same concept applies to providing services to individuals.
Computer-Implemented System And Method For Predicting Activity Outcome Based On User Attention
A computer-implemented system and method for predicting activity outcome based on user attention is provided. Sensor data is collected for a user, and an activity performed by a user is identified based on the sensor data. Features of the user are collected while performing the activity and a subject of focus of the user is determined based on the collected features. An outcome of the activity performed by the user is predicted based on the features and the determined subject of focus.
METHOD OF COLLABORATIVE SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT
A method of collaboratively developing software includes recording a plurality of developers' tasks relating to a collection of software development files via software executing on a computer. The method further includes calculating a proximity score between a plurality of tasks based on the overlap of the developers' activities via software executing on a computer. The method further includes selecting and capturing a group of task properties that along with the proximity score can be used to select a group of task pairings that require coordination. The method further includes notifying the developers assigned to the task pairings selected that they may need to coordinate their development efforts.
Method for augmenting procedures of a locked, regulated document
A method for augmenting procedures at production equipment includes: linking a first description of a first step in a procedure and a capture type to a first capture field; generating a digital draft procedure comprising descriptions of steps extracted from the procedure and the first capture field specifying data capture of the first capture type from an equipment unit; generating augmented guidance for the first step in the procedure based on visual content recorded by a mobile device—assigned to an exemplary operator—during completion of the first step in the digital draft procedure; linking the augmented guidance to a location proximal the equipment unit based on locations of the first mobile device during completion of the first step in the digital draft procedure; and generating an augmented digital procedure based on steps in the procedure, the augmented guidance, and definitions for data capture according to the first capture field.
MULTIPLE INSPECTOR VOICE INSPECTION
Systems, methods, and devices of a voice-directed inspection system that supports multiple inspectors in the inspection of business assets are described. Inspection plans for large and complex business assets can involve several steps. It is advantageous to split large inspection plans into non-overlapping sections to allow multiple inspectors to perform concurrent inspections. Such sectionalizing is also useful in training new inspectors.
