Providing enhanced functionality in an interactive electronic technical manual
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide methods, apparatus, systems, computer program products for transferring a performance of a procedure found in technical documentation for an item via an interactive electronic technical manual system (IETM) configured to provide electronic and credentialed access to the technical documentation. In one embodiment, a method is provided comprising: providing the steps of the procedure in an order in which the steps are to be carried out; and while a user is participating in the performance of the procedure: causing a particular step that is being carried out to be highlighted; receiving input of a selection of a transfer mechanism and in response: causing an indication to be displayed between the particular step and a next step to be carried out identifying where the performance has been suspended; providing a transfer window displaying transfer information; and recording the transfer information and an identifier for the indication.
AUTOMATED SYSTEM FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT
In an approach for building an automated customer support system, a processor receives a set of sentences extracted from a natural language conversation occurring between an IT support system and a user. A processor extracts an initial state and a goal state from the set of sentences using a Natural Language Classifier. A processor extracts one or more actions from the set of sentences. A processor creates a formal planning model. A processor determines the one or more formal actions are not complete using a first machine learning model. A processor completes the one or more formal actions with one or more missing parts. A processor produces an executable plan using a planner. A processor implements one or more executable scripts according to a sequence of the one or more formal actions of the executable plan using a plan executor.
SYSTEM AND METHOD TO OPTIMIZE PROCESSING PIPELINE FOR KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
A computer-implemented system, platform, computer program product, and/or method for optimizing a data analytics suspicious activity detection pipeline that includes identifying a data analytics suspicious activity detection (SAD) pipeline for optimization; inputting desired key performance indicators for the data analytics suspicious activity detection (SAD) pipeline; gathering key performance indicators from previous runs of the data analytics suspicious activity detection (SAD) pipeline; identifying candidate pipeline configurations for simulation runs; running simulations of the candidate pipeline configurations; analyzing the simulations of the candidate pipeline configurations; and identifying the optimal pipeline configuration for the desired key performance indicators.
NETWORK COMPUTER SYSTEM TO POSITION TRANSPORT PROVIDERS USING PROVISIONING LEVEL DETERMINATIONS
A computer system operates to receive transport service requests from computing devices of requesters within a geographic region. The system matches each transport service request with an available transport provider operating a service vehicle within the geographic region, and determines a location bias for a first transport provider that operates a corresponding vehicle within the geographic region, the location bias being associated with a preferred location of the first transport provider. The system may then match the first transport provider to a transport service request based on (i) the location bias of the first transport provider, and (ii) a destination of the transport service request which, upon fulfilling the transport service request, results in the first transport provider being positioned to arrive at the preferred location within a future time interval.
Automation of data storage activities
A system receives data storage workflow activities that include computer-executable instructions for carrying out data storage workflow in a network data storage system. Once the workflow is received, the system deploys the workflow to one or more workflow engines that can execute the various data storage activities related to the workflow. Prior to executing a data storage activity, the system can determine which workflow engine to use based on an allocation scheme.

Remote loading dock authorization systems and methods
Systems and methods for monitoring components of a loading dock station that implement a remote monitoring and authorization system are disclosed. The systems and methods can provide information regarding the status of various components of the loading dock station to a remote monitoring and authorization control unit, where a supervisor or the like is capable of reviewing real time information regarding the status of the components and progress through and adherence to a workflow protocol. The systems and methods can also provide for authorization requests to be sent to the remote monitoring and authorization control unit, such as requests to override certain components of the docking station. The user at the remote monitoring and authorization control unit can then grant or deny requests based on status information and other data provided at the remote monitoring and authorization control unit.
MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
A management system used in a charging facility for performing non-contact charge to electric vehicles running in a charge zone includes a control apparatus including a processor and a memory and configured to select one or more charge permitted vehicles for which charge is permitted from an electric vehicle group including electric vehicles running in a determination area including at least part of the charge zone. The control apparatus is configured to calculate an upper-limit number of the charge permitted vehicles based on a target vehicle speed indicated to the charge permitted vehicles, to order the electric vehicles in the electric vehicle group in an ascending order of mileages based on the mileage of each electric vehicle composing the electric vehicle group, and to select the charge permitted vehicle from the electric vehicle group based on a result of ordering the electric vehicles and the upper-limit number.
RECOMMENDATION SYSTEM FOR IMPROVING SUPPORT FOR A SERVICE
The present disclosure relates to systems and methods that provide recommendations to service owners on what actions to take to modify a service of the service owners. The systems and methods analyze the service owner’s workload and telemetry from the services worked on by the service owners. The systems and methods provide recommendations with actions to take to modify the service based on a predicted outcome of the recommendations.
Unified digital automation platform combining business process management and robotic process automation
Provided are methods and systems for combining business process management (BPM) and robotic process automation (RPA) into a unified BPM and RPA process. An example method commences with creating a BPM process flow. The BPM process flow can include one or more BPM models for executing BPM tasks. The method then proceeds with creating an RPA process flow. The RPA process flow can include one or more RPA models for executing the one or more RPA tasks. The method can further include linking the one or more RPA models to the BPM process flow. Thereafter, the method proceeds with creating an application package associated with the unified BPM and RPA process. The application package can include the one or more BPM models and the one or more RPA models. The method can further include exporting the application package for deployment.
