METHODS AND APPARATUS TO GENERATE AUDIENCE METRICS USING THIRD-PARTY PRIVACY-PROTECTED CLOUD ENVIRONMENTS
Methods and apparatus to generate audience metrics using third-party privacy-protected cloud environments. In some examples, an apparatus comprising a model generator to generate an individualization model based on truth data indicating first true users exposed to media via first panelist client devices, a model analyzer to produce user probabilities for second panelist client devices based on the individualization model, the user probabilities indicating likelihoods of second true users being exposed to media via the second panelist client devices, a data modifier to: select a user probability from the user probabilities based on an impression, the impression associated with at least one feature and a selected device from the second panelist client devices, the user probability associated with the at least one feature and the selected device, the user probability indicating a likelihood of a set of second true users being exposed to media corresponding to the impression via the selected device, and assign the impression to the set of second true users.
WEB CONTENT ORGANIZATION AND PRESENTATION TECHNIQUES
An online system that identifies allocations of both organic and promoted content on a given page. The allocations of page content are compared against one another and configured to prioritize for overall utility based on objective factors that quantify a page “look and feel” as measured by machine learning models. The page allocations are operated on an automatic and continuous basis for each user viewing the page. In some embodiments, the page content allocations are based on individual viewing users stored characteristics.
AUTOMATIC RECOMMENDATION OF OFFER PARAMETERS TO AN OFFER PROVIDER BASED ON HISTORICAL TRANSACTION DATA
According to an embodiment, a computer-implemented method stores a set of historical transaction records pertaining to past consumer transactions, contextual transaction data, and offer activation and redemption tracking logs; receives a request to generate a new item offer; and uses a parameter optimizer to create suggested additional parameters. The parameter optimizer receives the stored records and data and determines a potential impact of the suggested additional parameters on sales of the item. In an embodiment, a visualization of the impact of the set of the parameters is presented on an offer definition interface. In an embodiment, the suggested additional parameters are automatically sent to the offer provider based in part on previous offer data associated with the offer provider.
COMPUTER-IMPLEMENTED SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR COLLECTING FEEDBACK
A computer-implemented system in which information is obtained form a user using an automated (i.e. non-human, computerised) interface that is arranged to dynamically adapt questioning based on received feedback from the user. The automated interface may comprise: (i) an agent for extracting information (e.g. meaning, sentiment, etc.) from feedback information from the user and using it to determine a direction for further questioning, and (ii) an agent for controlling the manner in which the further questioning is expressed to the user. The interface may be embodiment as a feedback collection manager communicatively connected over a network with a client device to receive the feedback information, wherein the feedback collection manager comprises: an AI-based topic generator module configured to generate a queiy topic; and an automated interactive question generator for directing an interactive information exchange with the client device using the generated queiy topic.
CAPTURING A CLUSTER EFFECT WITH TARGETED DIGITAL-CONTENT EXPOSURES
This disclosure covers methods, non-transitory computer readable media, and systems that determine a cluster effect representing the impact that a user's digital-content exposure has on other users' conversion actions. The disclosed methods, non-transitory computer readable media, and systems detect the downloads, purchases, or other forms of consumption of a featured item that result from users within the same cluster viewing digital content featuring the item. In some embodiments, the methods, non-transitory computer readable media, and systems apply the cluster effect by, for example, generating a conversion report representing the cluster effect or by providing tools that exploit the cluster effect in distributing digital content.
Online survey spawning, administration and management
A method and apparatus for spawning and management of online surveys is provided. An administration and redirector subsystem (ARS) is used manage ongoing surveys for a plurality of sites. Surveys can be added to or removed from individual sites using the ARS. The ARS also tracks statistics for individual surveys. Redirector tags invite users to participate in surveys and track user survey participation through cookies. The system can be used to conduct advertisement effectiveness studies. Tracker tags and corresponding cookies are used to track users who have viewed content containing the tag. Each study is issued a unique content tag, but uses the same redirector tag.
Managing Internet Advertising and Promotional Content
Methods, systems and articles having machine-readable instructions can be implemented to manage advertising content using a computing device, for example, by retrieving a page of content from a network, the retrieved page including at least some advertising content, presenting the retrieved page of content to the user of the computing device, receiving user input via a user interface identifying at least a portion of the presented advertising content to be saved, saving the identified portion of advertising content, receiving user input via the user interface identifying some or all of the saved advertising content to share with another user, and causing the identified saved advertising content to be shared with the other user.
AUTOMATIC AFTER CALL SURVEY AND CAMPAIGN-BASED CUSTOMER FEEDBACK COLLECTION PLATFORM
This disclosure provides systems, methods, services, and platforms for automatically prompting a user of a mobile device to send feedback after a triggering event. This disclosure enables Mobile Network Operators to immediately solicit timely feedback from a mobile user after an interaction with the user. When a business, group, or other entity has an active survey campaign, a survey message comprising one or more response options is automatically sent to a mobile device after a triggering event occurs. Based on the user's selected response option, subsequent, follow-up survey messages can be automatically sent to the mobile device.
Highly scalable internet-based controlled experiment methods and apparatus for obtaining insights from test promotion results
Methods and apparatus for conducting test promotions in a highly scalable and cost-effective manner using controlled experiment methodology are disclosed. Test promotions of interest are presented to visitors of a website in a controlled experiment manner wherein each page presents one test promotion of interest among other promotions. The other promotions presented in the same page are kept constant in the pages. The visitors' responses with respect to the test promotions of interest are then recorded and analyzed to determine the performance of each presented test promotion of interest.
SYSTEMS, METHODS AND PROGRAMMED PRODUCTS FOR DYNAMICALLY TRACKING DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE OF DIGITAL ADVERTISEMENTS IN ELECTRONIC DIGITAL DISPLAYS
Systems and methods for dynamically tracking delivery and performance of digital advertising placed on non-personal devices in physical locations and integrating, displaying, and reporting impressions and events in digital advertising systems.
