Computer-Based System and Method for Providing an Augmented Reality Interface at Real-World Music Festivals
20210279766 · 2021-09-09 ·

An advertising network includes a first network server containing real world media of consumers from a live event, a second network server containing sample media, virtual world media, and supporting meta data belonging to vendors, merchants, or service providers, a server interface to the first server distributed to consumer and third party computing appliances and a non-transitory medium resident on the first server containing machine-readable code thereon, the code instructing the first server to (a) process the real world media against sample media to identify virtual objects associated with virtual world media and supporting meta data, (b) upon recognition of a virtual object(s), retrieving associated virtual world media and supporting meta data, (c) integrating the retrieved virtual world media and supporting meta data with the real world media producing an augmented reality overlay layer, and transmitting that to a computing appliance operated by the consumer for display and interaction.

System and method for gig vehicle parking

A gig parking system is provided with a mobile platform having a secure access mechanism permitting a trusted parking agent to gain control over the platform. The platform may include a location subsystem to determine the geographic location of the platform and a communications subsystem to transmit verification information including an identification code associated with the parking agent, an identification code associated with the vehicle, and geographic location. A parking software application may permit the selection the destination parking location from a plurality of potential destination parking locations, which may have weighted values with a corresponding reward, and which may be given to either, or both, the platform owner and the parking agent. The reward may be based upon additional factors, such as vehicle starting parking location, distance between starting and destination parking locations, travel time between starting and destination parking locations, time of day, and day of the week.

System and Method for Coordinated Mobile Media Projection
20210201354 · 2021-07-01 ·

A coordinated mobile media projection system is provided using multiple media projection systems (MPSs). Each MPS is attachable to a mobile platform (e.g., automotive vehicle or aircraft). Each MPS is selectively enabled to supply a portion of coordinated media, and includes a location subsystem to determine the geographic location of the MPS. The combination of the MPSs supplies a coordinated media integration or unified message, with a first portion of the coordinated media being linked to a second portion of the coordinated media. Each MPS may include a deployment subsystem to supply an enablement signal in response to either the mobile platform occupying an assigned position or the MPS being enabled. The geographic location determined by the locations subsystem may be a stationary location or a moving location route. The first and second portions of the coordinated media may be identical, sequentially projected, form a billboard, or display related topics.

System and Method for Monitoring Mobile Media
20210201356 · 2021-07-01 ·

A public exposure monitored media projection system is presented made up of a media projection subsystem that is configured for attachment to a mobile platform, and which may be selectively enabled. A monitoring subsystem measures public exposure to projected media and supplies exposure measurements. A communications subsystem accepts verification information including media projection subsystem enablement and the exposure measurements. A handicap subsystem offsets the media value associated with the enablement of the media projection subsystem, which is calculated in response to the exposure measurements. Typically, a rewards subsystem provides a reward to an entity (e.g., the media projection subsystem (MPS) owner) in response to the media value offset by the exposure measurement. The system may also include a publically accessible access point, a location subsystem, and a targeting subsystem for selecting a media projection subsystem target geographic location.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PROVIDING TRANSACTION AFFINITY INFORMATION

In certain aspects, the disclosed implementations include methods and systems for dynamically generating and providing transaction affinity recommendation data. In certain implementations, the transaction affinity recommendation data may include information that identifies a target merchant and associated merchant promotion data that may be generated based on a dynamic analysis of transaction data corresponding to an account record. The disclosed implementations may determine temporal relationships between pairs of sequential transactions corresponding to the account record, and based on such relationships, may identify pairs of transactions involving separate merchants. The disclosed implementations may determine affinity relationships associated with one or more pairs of the temporally related transactions and a target merchant, and based on such relationships, generate and provide the transaction affinity recommendation data.

Ranking requests by content providers in video content sharing community

A method of sharing an experience between a tapper and a content provider is provided. In this method, at least two interfaces are provided that are configured to allow the tapper and the content provider to join a content sharing community. A third interface is also provided to allow the tapper to select the content provider from a map where at least one of the tapper and the content provider are unknown to the other prior to the tapper selecting the content provider. Then a solicitation is conveyed from the tapper to the content provider to provide a video feed. A fourth interface is further provided to present the solicitations in an order according to predetermined ranking criteria.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PROVIDING CONTENT ITEMS VIA A PUSH MARKETING AUCTION

The present disclosure is directed to systems and methods of providing content. A server can generate a request for a push content item for an account identifier linked with a computing device. The server can establish a push auction for the account identifier with multiple candidate push content items. The server can determine an auction score for each candidate push content item and select a push content item therefrom based on the auction score. The server can determine a parameter for the account identifier and control delivery of the selected push content item based on a delivery control policy. The server can compare a value of the parameter with a threshold value to authorize the push content item. The server can provide the selected and authorized push content item for presentation in a push content slot via the computing device linked to the account identifier.

TIME-DEPENDENT DEMOGRAPHICS FOR DIGITAL BILLBOARDS

In examples provided herein, a method comprises calling a demographic package to analyze data associated with electric toll tags used on a toll road along which a digital billboard is positioned to determine time-dependent demographics of drivers of vehicles driven on the toll road. The method also includes calling an advertisement selection package to identify an advertisement to be displayed on the digital billboard, where the advertisement to be displayed is based on the time-dependent demographics of the toll road. Further, the method comprises transmitting the advertisement to be displayed to the digital billboard.

Systems for teaming up, calendaring, social networking, planning, and e-commerce
10990932 · 2021-04-27 ·

A computerized system is provided for generating a visual presentation for visually organizing one or more activities of a user, including consumers & vendors. The systems are directed to teaming up, calendaring, social networking, planning, E-COMMERCE for users, including vendors, consumers and enterprises.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR GENERATING FOR DISPLAY RECOMMENDATIONS THAT ARE TEMPORALLY RELEVANT TO ACTIVITIES OF A USER AND ARE CONTEXTUALLY RELEVANT TO A PORTION OF A MEDIA ASSET THAT THE USER IS CONSUMING
20210160579 · 2021-05-27 ·

Systems and methods are provided herein for displaying recommendations that are temporally relevant to activities of a user and are contextually relevant to a portion of viewed media. This may be accomplished by a media guidance application identifying activities a user has planned, as well as respective times for which each of the plurality of activities was planned to be performed by the user. The media guidance application may filter the activities by determining which of the first plurality of activities has a corresponding respective time that is within a threshold period of time. The media guidance application may then identify characteristics of each filtered activity and of a media asset that the user is consuming at the present moment, and may compute whether the characteristics match. If the characteristics match, the media guidance application may generate for display a recommendation relating to the respective activity.
