METADATA BASED TARGETED NOTIFICATIONS
A method includes, determining a portion of metadata of a media file associated with a first user matches a portion of metadata search parameters, wherein the metadata search parameters are associated with sending targeted notifications. Identifying, a targeted notification to send the first user based at least on the portion of the metadata of the media file matching the portion of the metadata search parameters. The method sends, the targeted notification to the first user, wherein the targeted notification is viewable on the first user's electronic device.
Location Based Advertisement System
An advertising system configured to enable advertisements to be configured by a user via the internet, and then scheduled for display as desired on the back of a bus or other remote fixed or mobile advertising site. The system includes a website configured to enable an ad buyer to log onto the website; upload and approve advertising graphics, and select variables for display of the advertising graphics; and a remote advertising display linked to the website via the internet. The advertisement is displayed on the remote advertising display based on the variables selected by the ad buyer.
Identifying fault conditions in combinations of components
A control mechanism in a system monitors inputs and outputs (such as sensor data representing one or more environmental conditions in one or more environments, sub-services in the services, and/or compensation) exchanged among components in combinations that provide the services in the environments, where the components in a given combination include at least one of: environmental monitoring devices in the environments and one or more of the partner electronic devices in the environments and/or service providers. Moreover, the control mechanism stores the monitored inputs and outputs, and analyzes the monitored inputs and outputs based on quality criteria and historical inputs and outputs exchanged within the combinations. Based on the analysis, the control mechanism identifies an instance in the inputs and the outputs of: incorrect sensor data and/or fraudulent compensation. Furthermore, the control mechanism performs a remedial action based on the identified instance.
LOCATION EVENT FORCED EXIT WITHIN A PROGRAM
A second related location event within a marketing program is listened for by a listener after a first location event has occurred. If the second related location event occurs before the program exits, the program is moved to an exit state and any further processing regarding the program is disregarded.
Methods and apparatus for virtual competition
A system configured to be coupled with a participant of an activity. The system comprises: a participant activity monitoring unit configured for monitoring a performance of the activity by the participant; an activity information module configured for storing performance information corresponding to the activity; and a participant performance correlator configured for delivering comparative performance data based on the monitored performance of the activity by the participant and the stored performance information.
PROVIDING CONTENT BASED ON EVENT RELATED INFORMATION
Systems and methods for selecting content based on an event associated with a device identifier are provided. One or more processors can receive a request to serve content. The processors can identify a device identifier associated with the request. The processors can determine, from the device identifier, an event for which to serve content. The processors can determine, from the request, a length of time between a time the request to serve content is received and a time at which the event is scheduled to occur. The processors can select, based on the determined length of time and event parameters associated with the event, content for display and provide the selected content for display at a computing device associated with the device identifier.
MOBILE APPLICATION COMPRISING CONTENT BASED ON LOCATION
A mobile device system comprising a global positioning satellite processor to locate a position of the mobile device, a mobile display interface for displaying at least one event and the position on a map and an event processor coupled to a server and a remote database and to filter at least one event in the mobile display interface, wherein the at least one filtered event includes a destination and is filtered from a plurality of categories based on selected criteria, wherein a collection of events is selected from the database based on the selected criteria, and displayed on the map as the destination.
Providing Destination-Specific Electronic Offerings Through an Inflight Entertainment System Onboard an Aircraft
Technology is described for providing electronic offering items to passengers on an aircraft. In one example of the technology, destination information may be obtained from an aircraft data bus that receives aircraft flight information from a plurality of aircraft information systems located on the aircraft. The destination information may be sent to a vendor application programming interface (API) to obtain at least one electronic offering item associated with the destination information to display in an inflight entertainment system. An electronic offering item may be received via the vendor API, and the electronic offering item may be sent to a client device to be displayed via the inflight entertainment system. A graphical interface of the inflight entertainment system at the client device may enable a passenger on the aircraft to interact with the electronic offering item.
ADAPTIVE SENSORY REINFORCEMENT GENERATION IN DISPENSING ENVIRONMENTS
A method for adaptively determining and generating a sensory reinforcement in a dispensing environment is provided. The method can include receiving first data characterizing a state of a dispensing environment and second data characterizing a graphical communication to be provided on a display screen within the dispensing environment. The method can also include determining a sensory reinforcement to be provided in the dispensing environment based on the first data and/or the second data. The method can further include generating the sensory reinforcement and providing the sensory reinforcement and/or the graphical communication within the dispensing environment. Related systems, devices, and computer-readable mediums are also provided.
SaaS PLATFORM, MOBILE APPLICATION, AND INTERFACE FOR MANAGEMENT BETWEEN COORDINATOR, VENDORS, AND ATTENDEES
Systems and methods are directed to an event management platform which unifies event coordinators, vendors, and mobile application users. In an example implementation, such systems and methods can involve providing an event coordinator interface configured to receive input for first information from an event coordinator for an event, the first information comprising an event location and a start date for the event; providing the event on the event management platform for access to one or more vendors; and providing a vendor interface configured to display the first information for the event and receive input for second information from ones of the one or more vendors registering for the event, the second information comprising a list of proposed products to be sold at the event.
