The digital assistant may then match the determined intent to a flow of a set of flows, where the set of flows may include at least one of: (i) requesting curbside pickup of an item, (ii) requesting locker storage of the item, (iii) requesting an indication of locations that the item is available, (iv) requesting an indication of an inventory of a retail store, (v) requesting ads for an additional item that is related to the item, (vi) requesting a status of an order for the item, (vii) requesting drone delivery of the item from a retail store to a residence, or (viii) requesting drone delivery of the item from a warehouse to the residence. The matched flow of the set of flows may then be executed.

Techniques described herein are directed to e-commerce tags in multimedia content. In an example, multimedia content is received and item-recognition techniques are performed to identify one or more items referenced in the content. An interactive element is generated that indicates information about a given referenced item, and that interactive element is displayed while the multimedia content is output. Selection of the interactive element may cause a purchasing user interface to be displayed with item and/or or payment information prepopulated based at least in part on identified attributes of the item and/or user preferences determined from historical purchase data associated with the user.

As described herein, a system, method, and computer program are provided for using full and partial dynamic customer criteria sets for targeting promotions. In use, a promotion criteria set is configured for each of a plurality of promotions associated with salable entities. Additionally, a customer criteria set is dynamically generated for a customer. Further, full and partial matching of the customer criteria set to the promotion criteria sets is performed to determine one or more target promotions from the plurality of promotions. Still yet, the one or more target promotions are output for presentation to the customer.

The communication may be a commercial transaction completed using the cellular phone. The premises display apparatus selectively enables a generic menu of third party icons, or a home web page of one or more third parties, or another specific web page of any selected third party or via an application to be displayed on the cellular phone.
